Aftermath of Sentou, Shin, Rin, and Mia mission
The Owl Lady was taken down with the combined efforts of Rin, Mia, and Shin while Sentou was temporary blind after fighting the Pirate Captain. It was the combined efforts of Rin and Shin that lead to defrosting the frozen Yukigakure, freeing all of its inhabitants from the frozen age. After the fall of Owl Lady, she spilled the beans and told the four of them about the person who froze the island. "That person... as cold as crystal, she calls herself a Sage and froze this island alone, nobody knows... gender... weird.... boy or girl... dunno. She is..." And then she died. After the mission, they got home and the Uchiha's leader promoted Sentou and Shin police detectives.
Cutting to that a mysterious woman stands before Kirigakure...... her name is Setsura Reikan and beside the androgynous person is a woman with beautiful eyes and both are affiliated with Keihatsu.
Road to Ninja - Interlude
The time drew near for the missions to end, with all of them ending successfully. To a degree, one might suggest, as there were many problems in these missions, that of Tsukiko specifically, but none the less everything was handled adequately. A small period of rest would follow, where the chunin were told to rest for their next mission. Training, hanging out, whatever they wanted, it was all up to them. Meanwhile, in the Hokages office, important meetings were had.
“Hokage, you summoned us?” Ayame's voice rang throughout the room, alerting the hokage to her presence.
The meeting was held to discuss prospect jonin promotions - recent mission failures, accidents or even just retirements hand opened up several positions for chunin to be promoted to jonins. Obviously, this was a prestigious promotion in and of it's own, but there was extra pressure due to rising pressure from outside criminal organisations, as well as tensions rising from other countries. The Yakuza were becoming a real problem in other villages, and Konoha itself was noticing some minor changes regarding the criminals too. Most of the small-time criminals were begining to get organised and form bonds with these criminal families. It got to the point where the Yakuza were openly starting to collect protection money, and there wasn't much that the Konoha police force, or even the shinobi's could do against it openly.
As a result of that support for the Keihatsu was on a rise, something that didn't seem bad.. or good. As long as it stayed support, and not mutineering to join the band of rogue shinobi fighting for a 'better world' as they put it, there was no issue at hand. Never the less, Zeno would have to speak out sooner or later. Zeno turned himself around with his chair, towards the load of compiled papers comprising of reports and miscellaneous papers, indeed, it was tedious to deal with all of it, but only the patient reap the fruits. He opened the report about the Keihatsu.
"Good to see you my dear friend. This will be quick as I have a meeting yet again..""Remember that one specific book I asked your brother to keep? It is related to what we're about to discuss now." he said in a serious tone while continuously pressing the button that presents the visual of slideshows, of which the purpose is to assist him in his speech, but also for the Choko siblings to look at the information if they don't catch what he had just discussed.
"Jashinists and the Yakuza. Even with the 5 Kage working on it, these groups are becoming more and more difficult to control. It's become such an issue that the Shinobi Alliance Council is hell bent on unleashing Fury on the Jashinists. More accurately, the remote island near the Mist, which is full of Jashinists according to reports, and if the council does decide on using Fury... it will cause internal strife in the Kirigakure government. The Jashinists, and the Yakuza is what's to be dealt with momentarily, though I have informed the the Police Force to deal with them. Still what bothers me more is the mysterious organization, Keihatsu but for now it is not a matter to worry. After some discussion with the Kazekage, I have decided to promote selected few to be Jonin. Who do you think is suitable?" His speech is matched with visuals to make it easier for his colleagues to understand.
“Hai, hokage-sama.” Ayame answered as she looked upon the writing board in her hands. In one of her hand she had a pen, the other was holding up the board for her to write on.
“We've several candidates that me and Fujitora discussed after our initial meeting. They are not all.. eligible as proper candidates, and they've not all shown true jonin qualities. Some are holding themselves back, others are too aggressive. But..” She would glance shortly at the Hokage before looking back down at her papers. She took a moment to think about how to bring this message clearly in a way that would be understood, and that would make clear the message she was trying to bring across.
“In all cases, the negatives are overshadowed by the positives. Every single candidate has a good skillset and good tactical abilities, able to asses and take command of any situation. Many are also aware of their shortcomings and they are working on it as stated by jonins that have seen these people in the field - including me and Fujitora ourselves.” What Ayame meant to say with this was that all of the candidates were simply good candidates, and despite their shortcomings they'd be good jonins,
if the Hokage agreed. Furthermore, if the situation was desperate they would need more jonin, as the recent events have led to a shortage of jonins, team leaders that are both capable in combat and in leadership.
“The candidates that we have selected are, respectively, Don Maquia Aoi, Minamoru Yamato and Naito Daiki. All fine candidates, I assure you. I.. do have one other issue to adress.”While drinking tea and transferring data to their respective email address, Zeno stops and thinks whether if the candidates are suitable indeed. The Maquia young lady sure qualifies to be a Jonin due to her hyperactive and enthusiastic character and versatile skill set. Indeed the young lady have no second thoughts from him but hearing the young Minamoru and Naito together gives him a little bit of doubt.
"Wise choices. I definitely agree on Ms. Maquia to be promoted. However Mr. Naito and Mr. Minamoru, I can't fully agree. One is a prodigy with respectable skill but my concern is what will become of the boy after his promotion. As for the Naito, I can only hope he will open up to his true personality. So far, he's not been very forthcoming.. socially and in combat. Never the less I accept your propositions. Now what's this other matter you want to talk about, if you could make it quick, I need to get to my meeting.''“Yes, Hokage-sama. I wanted to notify you of our selected chunin exam candidates. Reihana Minamoru, Giichi Uzumaki and Rin Reikan have been selected to partake, amongst others. I just wanted your approval to set up a small caravan consisting of our chosen proctors and the candidates, so that they all arrive in one piece.” Ayame said as she took some further notes on other things she had to do. Mostly they pertained to plans she had to set up in order to make the chunin exams a success, things like setting up a small supply chain to ensure atleast 1 resting point between the hosting village and Konohagakure.. stuff that the hokage couldn't be bothered with. That said, if Zeno had even attempted to do any of the more manageratorial stuff he'd probably mess it up anyway.
''Yes, yes, that's quite alright. I need to go now. I'll see you around.'' Without waiting as much as a second more Zeno walked out of the room to go meet with whatever person he had to meet this time. Zeno seemed to be more away from the village than inside of Konoha. Perhaps that was a good thing, since according to Ayame he was quite a messy person. AAll she could do was shake her head and follow in his footsteps on her way out of the office.
Two and a half years have past and the state of the five nations grew more heated, a summit is currently being held at the land of unity, Shimizu to where our world leaders furiously discusses about the forbidden technique, Fury; a technique invented by the late Tsuchigumo Clan Leader, En no Gyoja. The argument here is that the Raikage and Tsuchikage have decided to use it and destroy Itokuma island, a remote island residing in the land of waves, infested with Jashin Worshipers. Both Mizukage and Hokage Zeno disagrees in their resolve, the Mizukage didn't want its citizens face such death and destruction but to the Raikage and Tsuchikage, there is no other choice. On the other hand, the Kazekage had not given her answer to the problem, she remains neutral. The Raikage pointed out that her nation is also infested with Jashin Worshipers and said that she will use fury on Sand Village if the Kazekage does not take immediate action. As the meeting continuously heats up, the debate came to a break and there are three votes so far; Raikage, Tsuchikage, and Councilman Roka Shinami who in the first place convinced the two Kage on the Fury Alternative. Roka stated that the Kazekage, Hokage and Mizukage have at least three days to answer otherwise the council will act on using other alternatives on using Fury.
In the village hidden of the leaves, not much have changed a bit, the reign of Zeno is about to end in a few months and election banners were being built and shown all over the city and the media. While officials and fanatics are fixated with the election; the Konoha elites welcome their new Jonin and these Jonin are none other than Yamato Minamoru, Aoi Don Maquia, and Daiki Naito. It is noted that only the three of them have been promoted in their batch while the likes of Sentou Uchiha and Shin Maru are now part of the Police Force, ranked police detective despite retaining the rank of Chuunin; the both of them are now law enforcers and shinobis of justice. Change is inevitable and is only natural like the wind and as to Konoha is is shedding the skin from the ashes like a phoenix! The previous scrawny Genin are now Chuunin and their efforts have flourished, it was bitter work but it was worth it, the Chuunin exams two and half years ago was a breakthrough!
Meanwhile Sentou and Shin are facing Captain Rika Shimura, they are relieved from their duties.
"Nice work the both of you but before you guys have a vacation, I need you to do me a favor." She asked both her subordinates as she mentioned Itokuma Island, Sentou's puzzled and asked what is it about. Captain Rika replied;
"Not here." After saying that, the trio went to a nearby cafe and continued their conversation.
"This mission will go against countless laws, it is a top secret mission that Lord Hokage and Chief Kaito were discussing for the past two years and I need the both of you to take supervision. Lord Hokage assigned that suicide mission upon your comrades, it's suicide but there is no other choice, his orders are absolute."Sentou states that in a nutshell their Captain want them to be witnesses and authority figures in case an arrest is filed against their comrades but still it doesn't change the laws. Regardless of authorization and power, Kage, Official, Police, an arrest will still happen because of the law, the law is:
Shinobi Constitution # 36 Verse 3-7; Private missions are against the law as it is not permitted by the Kage or any significant authority figure. The highest approval is the Shinobi Alliance Council. Disobey and you will be sentenced for 10 years.
In the land of waves lies Itokuma Island, once a tourist attraction for its fertility and two volcanoes upon its valley now infested with Jashin Worshipers. Slaves are being cornered underground for a ritual that is soon to come.
"The time has come for Lord Jashin's long standing wish."The scary looking man said to his men.

"THAT'S IT! ALL OF YOU ARE GOING ON A TOP SECRET MISSION! ANY QUESTIONS NO? GOOD." He yelled out loud at the top of his voice to his subjects.
"There is not much time to waste, the Shinobi Alliance Council are at odds of blowing up Itokuma Island. I need all of you to subdue the Jashin Worshipers once and for all so that the destruction of Itokuma won't happen!"Zeno further explained the team ups and tasks that they are to partake. Yamato, Daiki, and Aoi are the new Jonin and this will be their first mission ever that is S Class.
Itokuma Team
Team Yamato comprises of Yamato Minamoru himself, Detective Sentou Uchiha, Jaakuna Sawada, and Yuna Hojo. They are to work together with Team Daiki which comprises of Daiki Naito himself, Reihana Minamoru, Momoi Yasei, and Detective Shin Maru. The purpose of the police detective is to watch over and share Intel between their groups in spite of Daiki and Yamato being the leaders of the team; Sentou and Shin are given tasks that are related to the Police Department. Alpha is the name of Teams Yamato and Daiki. They will be dealing with the strife in Itokuma Island and will be splitting into two teams to cover more ground but for now have not split.
Each and everyone of them are given the necessary tools to study the island, these tools are ISPhones meaning ISentou; devices given by Sentou to all, it is used as a medium of communication, hacking device, multipurpose of taking pictures, and plenty more. They are also equipped with SG, Sentou Glass which is HD and allows the wearer to see microscopic entities from a chakra stand point, it also allows the user to see chakra as the gadget itself is powered by chakra, in other words infrared.
Sand Location
Omega Squad would be Aoi's team comprising herself, Akio Tendou, Shouken, and Rin Reikan. Their base of operations would be in the Sand Village. They are to meet with their client and the Kazekage's representative. Their mission is to confirm if the rumors are true; Rumor has it that countless civilians are being kidnapped and voices are heard at night along the borders of the wind country, land of waves that leads to a passage in the Hidden Mist.
Gamma Squad would be Tsukiko's team; herself, Saburo Uchiha, Giichi Uzumaki and Tatsuya. they would be the aide of Omega Squad, sharing needed Intel and night shifts.
Special Ops Squad comprises of: A new Chuunin, Chihiro Hyuuga, and Gin.
