@King Kindred One thing i was wondering in regards to Zen-Aku's character development:

So, being that he's a Power Rangers character, i'm gonna keep any and all references specifically to Disney-Era happenings (Anything that happened between the beginning of Wild Force and end of RPM) One of the idea's that i had for him gaining new weapons, like the rest of the Keyblade weilders, would be that, when he visits worlds, his spirit may wander off during it to learn from the Jungle Masters that are residing on that world, much like how Kingdom Hearts establishes that Final Fantasy character specifically come from Disney World (Zack and Auron are from Hercules World, Setzer and Vivi are from Traverse Town, etc.) I was gonna do it with worlds that make sense to the masters.

E.G: Master Phant would be from Tarzan or Dumbo world, Master Swoop would be from Nightmare Before Christmas, the Masters Rilla, Lope and Guin, being that they exist within "The Spirit World" would be found in the Underworld of Hercules World. Master RJ being the Wolf would be from one of the Dog based worlds (101 Dalmatians, Oliver & Company, Lady & The Tramp, Jungle Book, etc.)

It mostly gives him something to do during the talky scenes where Dotty is being her hyperactive self and he's just brooding in the corner, as well as gives him something to work on.

@Sadu what I meant by "Incorruptible" is that you can't use it to hide yourself. I mean, even in "Mother Knows Best" Mother Gothel is clearly only being affectionate towards Rapunzels hair, rather than Rapunzel herself. During the Mob song, Gaston lies and says the Beast will eat their kids, but ultimately, Gaston never says he's going to save anyone, only kill Beast. Poor Unfortunate Souls, Ursula never strictly lies to Arial and if she wasnt blinded by her own wishes, she would have seen that Ursula was clearly trying to use her. Music brings out the truth, one way or another. It's not the musics fault that Disney Protags tend to be naive and dense.

@Sadu Well, it was mostly to do with the "Music is some of the original magic" idea. Some of the backstory is taken from Lorcana, but i think it fits.

Idea for scene, feel free to use or ignore

"As for the question of her musical transformation? Well, that one is very easy." He pursed his lips a little and began to whistle an eerily familiar tune. As he did so, his body seemed to shimmer and shape itself temporarily becoming much softer and rounder in form "When time began, there was just the inkwell and when the great pen began to create us, there was naught but silence. Then when magic blew through the cosmos, sound came with it, as did music" He looked directly at the ghostly form of Dotty. "Ummm, now blast it, what was that spell again..." He pouted. He rubbed his wand against his head. "Ah, by jove, yes, that was it. SNICK, SNACK, SNORUK!" He waved the wand, before tapping Dotty on the head. She rubbed her head, but the spell didn't seem to do anything. A faint black outline appeared around her that would be visible to everyone for a few seconds, before fading. "Yes, just as i suspected. Your curse will keep you bound to that form." He sighed.

"So, why did she turn back when she was singing?"

"As i said, lad, the song did it. Your curse will keep you bound to each other, but music will weaken it, even if only temporarily. A poxy little curse like that is no match for the unbridled and incorruptible power of music from the heart." Merlin petted her on the head. "I have a friend like you, equally displeased with the idea of being human." He laughed.

"I just don't get how you use fingers" Dotty sighed, waggling her fingers at him. "I just miss my paws. Like, how am i supposed to scratch behind my ear?"

"Well, my friend, why not try this one on for size." He tapped his wand on the ground a few times "ACHEM!" He cleared his throat. "Higitus figitus migitus mum, Prestidigitorium." He sang a few bars. "Now try it, um, loud and clear." Dotty jumped up and down, excitedly.

"OMIGOSHIGETTODOREALMAGIC!!!" She screamed. "Higitus figitus migitus mum, Prestidigitorium." She sang as one ear transformed back into he puppy form. "Higitus figitus migitus mum, Prestidigitorium." She sang louder and more clearly, the child becoming slightly visible to the others. "Higitus figitus migitus mum, Prestidigitorium." Singing faster and louder, her entire head transforming back into a puppy. "Higitus figitus migitus mum, Prestidigitorium." Then the rest of her body as the puppy danced around. "Higitus figitus migitus mum, Prestidigitorium! HIGITUS FIGITUS MIGITUS MUM! PRESTIDIGITORIUM!!!" For a moment, she became entirely visible in her puppy form, before quickly fading from view and transforming back into her human form.

"By jove, i think she's got it." Merlin laughed. "Now, just remember, magical words are all well and good, but music. That music from your heart is more powerful than any Heartless can possibly fathom. Even an old Wizard like me will struggle to use magical words that can match the power of music."

Sorry about that, kinda just got into a rhythm. Anyway, feel free to use some of that or just ignore it entirely. I'm not the DM or your mum.

One other thing i was wondering if we might be able to include in this game is something to solve one of my big inconsistancy annoyances in the games:

So, they say in the first game "Conventional weapons have no effect on the Heartless. Only magic." So, Beast's form is made by a magic curse, so yeah, i see why his claws work. Ariel is literally a demigoddess (Her grandfather is Poseidon) Herc is a Demigod... Maybe Aladdin got that cutlass from Genie... But how the hell do you explain Tarzan? "Only magic can harm them!" Meanwhile Tarzan with his sharpened rock on a sick

Anyway, when i was running my game, i decided to add a point of consistency to this by giving the party Drynwyn. With the idea being that Drynwyn wouldn't work for any of the party members, but, as in the movie, it chooses its weilder by choosing a noble-hearted champion who cannot defend himself.

Just a thought.

@Retired Fair enough. Would Shulky being the Local Prosecutor be allowed. Primarily her serving as a legal consultant just the watching what the others do with A level headed understanding of the politics of Superheroes.

Just trying to think about what kind of story i'd be wanting to tell... Currently is the idea for the show i've been saying Marvel needs to make for the last 10 years.

In the criminal justice system, the people are represented by two separate yet equally important people:

Toxin, who investigates crime;

and She-Hulk, who prosecute the offenders.

These are their stories

DUN DUN!

Pretty much Toxin doing detective stuff while Shulky is the one prosecuting whoever he finds, as well as anyone else that the other players bring in.
