Think of it more like bands of rogues who will silence people who make too much noise. There’s no registration for it. Tiers are something else entirely.

Everyone has their own way of doing it. But I have to warn you that in a way, it rewires who you are. There’s no greater jump than that of a Tier Three to a Tier Four.

Maybe... maybe you are right, but maybe you are not. There does not have to be an entity that rules in order for there to be a fundamental law. It may not be enforced, but usually consequences tend to manifest even in seemingly 'lawless' realms. And i don't need to learn a state of mind i was living in for the better part of my first life, before you, before any of this. I can return to that mindset without a problem if that is the rule here.

Just... just try not to draw attention to yourself when crawling universes. The more you do, the more dangerous an entity you may attract. I wouldn’t be surprised if we’re on someone’s radar right now.

From what i figured ever since i was pulled from my original timeline and learned such deep wisdoms as the ones we've learned so far, the idea of directionless freedom is but merely an illusion, and really just two perspectives exist, either you exist to serve yourself or to help those ion need. I have chosen the latter and ever since then, even now, i still have something to live for, whereas before i was only self-serving.
