<Snipped quote by Legend>

That's the easiest part.

*Walks through a threshold and double doors into a small chamber, where a mist is emitted to sterilize every surface inside it*

You're welcome to watch, or to not watch, whichever you prefer. I don't want to give an estimate on how long it's going to take when I haven't seen the condition.

*The inner double doors open to an operating room where Artemis is laying on what appears to be a large table with a light mist coming from it. Dark Dynamo is laying on another, still glowing green slightly*

Oh, she put him here too. Well, at least we'll be able to keep an eye on him.

*Walks over to Stella next to the table*

Did Envy already start the freeze, or did you want a look first, Stella?

I haven't gotten a chance to yet. I don't get to see enough blood and gore from field patients, so I wanna take my time here.
*Whips out my magnifying glass*
<Snipped quote by Legend>

*Stops halfway through a facepalm*

I see. So she's his daughter, then. I guess we'll have to wing it a little more than preferred.

*I pull out a phone and text Stella: 'If you're up for being a lab assistant for a little while, I could use your help. Envy's setting up Lab K right now.'*

But that shouldn't be a major issue. Just another step to the process, checking that.

*Responds "Absolutely, will be right there" with a sticker of a cartoon black and white marsupial giving a thumbs up, and makes my way to Lab K*
<Snipped quote by Memory>

*Nods back in acknowledgement*
Thanks again.
*Summons a device into my hands in a small flash of light and begins tapping away*

*Waves with one hand and with a single step, sinks into the canyon as if it were liquid*
<Snipped quote by Memory>

I'm a consistent person, to say the least.

I do hope so.
*Nods*
Until next time.
<Snipped quote by Memory>

*Nods*
That, and I personally feel it's safest in your hands over most anyone other than my own.

*The door leads us back to the canyon's surface, with no trace of the original compound*
And I expect you to demonstrate your continued trustworthiness. As I anticipate you intend to.
<Snipped quote by Memory>

Some do. I hate it. We'd not be speaking right now if Nemid's Heart had ended up in someone else's hands, but this is admittedly among the most preferred outcomes.

Well, it is among the most convenient for you.
<Snipped quote by Memory>

*Nods and shifts to a head-shaking motion in a short span*
Not such a unique characteristic, in my relatively very small experience.

Perhaps not. I have not observed that your kind tends to seek out Tier Five's members, in any case.
<Snipped quote by Memory>

I suppose I never would have expected that to be the case. But I know that you know Data isn't even remotely the only one I could be talking about. Just the most prolific example... Admittedly, from a smaller pool now than it was not long ago.

Those who attempt to ingrain themselves into the affairs of Tier Five tend to not last long.
*Pushes against space, which cracks in a rectangle pattern of light, opening like a door*
Not by our choice, either.
<Snipped quote by Memory>

Maybe a little. I've spent so long working on things and being at most a single degree of separation from a lot of your group's work, minor curiosities like that tend to develop. Can't help it.

Tier Five has no single points of failure but no redundancy. Data interacts with you by choice, but by no means represents the Tier as a whole.
<Snipped quote by Memory>

I always wondered how exclusively you guys relied on him, in the handyman department.
*Glances down toward the floor as we walk, and the tone of my voice drops slightly, almost unnoticeably so*
Interesting to know there's some... Overlap in skills.

Fishing for information?
*The torches flicker and the ground falls away behind us as we walk, tile by tile*
