*looks to you* as you know, our soldiers are 'trained' to deal with situations in which they must be able to make split second decisions when a possible civilian is approaching them. However, it is becoming more and more of a problem to figure out recently. Is Echo able to Identify this efficiently enough to denote them as safe to approach and/or identify them as an enemy unit? That would be highly beneficial. Crimson Armada had a knack for using their own civilians against us as suicide bombers.

Any other news to report? I'm curious of our progress with reconstruction, if you have any details on that as well. Also, to keep you updated, ive been in contact with several other government agencies across the multivreses. Many are pitching in with relief help. Supplies, rescue efforts, the like. Its nice seeing us all come together, for once. Even if it was due to tragedy, unfortunately.
