Their... abilities are natural, in the rawest of terms. We obtained special permission from The Council to experiment in Reality+ operations; we allowed several families to independently continue their day to day lives unbounded to our universe. In other words, the first interdimensional generations. This is when we discovered that after enough generations had been born externally, they began to develop certain... aberrations, to say the least. We used this information to determine some influencing factors that determined how these children would be born and what traits they would have. Echo and Delta are from the Jingo line of children, the most successful of the group.

Both of you have your strengths, and I say you both performed exceedingly well. We completed the sim in 45 minutes. Thats the fastest time ever for a 3 man team.
