You can roll 4d6 and exclude the lowest die or you can use the premade stats-
15,14,13,12,10,9.
And just keep it simple basic core book race & classes.

I have honestly never played paintball before in my life, although I'll admit it does look interesting.
What's really fun and a bit more challenging, paintballs with slingshots.
