I'll have to see more info before I commit to anything, as usual. Lot of Sonic RPs attract less than well-designed concepts.

Sounds like shades of Other M (Ian Flynn's very inconsistent webcomic from 2001) and "what if the Dark Brotherhood/Legion/etc ruled the world".
 Ritman Field. CJ lights a cigarette as she stumbles in her feet, the combination of burger and copious amounts of alcohol mixing about as well as they can. She is used to drinking more than she should, but there is part of her that is asking the question: should we have paced ourselves better? Her stomach isn’t swirling like it's about to eject a pilot of vomit–but she knows sleep isn’t far from now. Her eyes are looking to Ivy, and Jack, and back to Ivy. Though really she’s still thinking how to get Jack to give her an actual emotional response. To show something instead of slight anxiety. Would pushing her onto the grass do the trick? Pouring the bottle she was holding in her hands on her head? Would Jack actually tell ‘what the fuck’ or would she just sigh in indifference? She doesn’t do either of those things, though. Something inside her makes her just look at the capsule and sigh. “You think you could kick it for a goal?” She quips, particularly to no one, knowing full well none of the ‘athletes’ made the quickshot reunion. “I do like the burning idea, though.” Another long drag of her cigarette, “Set the whole town on fire.
