She was the kind of person that could have a solo conversation with someone for hours and call it an 'interaction'. However, her mind was not an empty shell, so the chattiness did not originate from being airheaded. There were moments when Hanna wished that she could shut up, but her mouth just kept going. She absolutely did not have any kind of filters. Everything Hanna said simply jumped out of her with total disregard for context or situation. While there was no particular group of people that Hanna gravitated toward, her positive and happy demeanor naturally pulled at interaction with whoever was sad, depressed, and rejected. Hanna was like social glue that kept the less fortunate from drifting away into the void of whatever their issues were. It was almost as though she could sense a broken aura in anyone standing at arm's length in front of her. Being heavily invested in Ritman's social media presence, Hanna made an effort to elevate the people and parts of the school that did not often see the light of day. Hanna was the kind of person that tried to attend all sorts of extracurricular activities that the school offered or put on. She was also huge into the teams and caught the games almost religiously. Hanna would wear the team jersey, buy a bunch of hotdogs, and be the loudest screamer in the crowd. She was also quite into dancing and artsy theater things. Whenever the artsy students put on a play or did an open rehearsal, Hanna would try to be there and watch it, applauding the loudest out of everyone there. Hanna was truly a high-exposure, be-everywhere-at-all-times kind of gal. While Hanna's appearance gave her some manner of carte blanche with the popular crowd, her interest in and allegiance with the freaks landed her in trouble more than once. It was not an awfully common occurrence, or particularly nasty, but a snarky comment here and there did happen. Hanna had an in with the sports guys, because of her worship of the games, which was almost exclusively her safety net in terms of High School politics. Hanna was also deep into the LGBTQ+ crowd at the school, bringing them much attention through social media presence and daily chatting. ---  -Shortly after graduating from Ritman, Hanna put all of her effort and time into social media presence. She even started to Stream herself on an online platform, playing some video games and just chatting with her viewers. Seeing as Hanna had a natural affinity for talking and being talkative, her interaction with the viewers was quite a hit and made waves online. While there were some fashion and cosmetics sponsors willing to work with Hanna on the influencer side of things, her heart quickly gravitated more toward Streaming and interaction with the infamous Chat. ββββββββββββββββββββββββββββββββββββββββββββββββββThe first six months of Hanna's online persona certainly changed her in real life. While many of her iconic traits from the Ritman days were intact, she had become a lot more sarcastic and outright weird at times. She became the kind of person that would say Chat emotes out loud in public as a reaction to something instead of doing the actual reaction. This was perhaps not a big deal for the online trolls and IRL-rejects, but the kind of people that existed on the influencer side of Hanna's online presence obviously did not understand it. All things considered, though, Hanna did a pretty decent job at keeping up with her physical appearance and attending whatever-important-event in the illustrious NYC fashion scene. Due to how Hanna talks, she often gives the impression of being dumb. She also has a bit of a reputation for being physically clumsy. These two things sort of bond together to create this caricature of a person that does not or should not really exist. However, Hanna is painfully aware of these things, unlike an actual stupid person. Her internal dialog is constantly reflecting on itself as to why something happened or why she said something in a particular way. This is something that rarely, if ever, sees the light of day in terms of words and talking with someone about it. Hanna outwardly seems quirky, perhaps even eccentric at times concerning particular things. She is or has become a bit kinky, too. Hanna's career choices have led her down a less-than-favorable path in a specific sense. The whole influencer and fashion scene or 'consciousness' is some of the most destructive shit she has ever experienced. It is certainly good money, but one must ask if it is really worth it. Unfortunately, the fancy lights and glitter are much akin to any widely spread drug that people cannot stop abusing. It has been difficult for Hanna to say 'no' in many circumstances which only brings obsessive-compulsive narcissists into her life. She has been desperate for a greater excuse, or any kind of excuse, to simply close it all down and get out. |
 - ---Hanna can affect physical and mental health. Health in this case is the state of physical and mental well-being of a person or animal that is clearly alive. She can increase or decrease the healing process to the point of rapid regeneration or indefinitely prevent recovery at all. At some stage, Hanna is able to sense or detect injuries and diseases in an entity before it is apparent or felt. Wounds and diseases that Hanna has healed or prevented are also subject to be re-inflicted by her hand. However, she cannot cause new wounds or diseases with this ability. Moderate to severe pain can be alleviated by physical contact with Hanna. The more contact, the less pain someone will feel. However, the relief will subside the same instant as the contact is broken. This can affect certain mental and emotional duress. However, the effectiveness might depend on who the person at risk is. Physical contact is also necessary when Hanna has to heal a wound. Depending on circumstance and severity, the healing process itself might be extremely painful, as the body is not used to rapid cellular regrowth and tissue regeneration. As for Hanna herself, the ability does not work automatically. She must go through the same process of focus as with healing a third party. However, the process will seem to be automatic in regard to poisons, toxins, viruses, parasites, and other such things. That is, Hanna cannot get infected or sick by external influence. Further, the healing process could also remove minor imperfections of the skin, such as scars, acne, rashes, burning, and other inflammations or harm caused by elements. - ---Hanna's challenge is definitely to voice her internal dialog and break the outside perception of her character. Her own interpretation is that 'it is too late to change', and that voicing her thoughts in this manner would be too 'alien' next to how her social persona is. Whenever someone spends alone time with Hanna, some of the internal demeanor might slip through every now and then, but that is the utmost limit to it at this time. I think Hanna already functions as the 'weapon of the rejects' trope, or has done so during Ritman, due to her physical appearance, which always kicks open many doors in society. But, after her adventures as a Streamer and interactions with the Chat, this would either have gone away completely or been blown out of proportion. I am not sure which direction it will go in, but it will be one of the two or one of the two depending on the situation. So, if Hanna was more of a social jack-of-all-trades during Ritman, she has become more niche now. My idea is that the healing power will bring out Hanna's inner dialog and change her into someone she wants to be or feels that she already is. It will not be a 180 turn, all of a sudden, but rather a change of character perception from 'quirky' to 'reliable' -- perhaps, not sure about the wording here. | - βββββ STRENGTHS & WEAKNESSES βββββ + Immunity to sickness, poison, and parasites.β For serious wounds or advanced diseases, Hanna must eventually sacrifice her own well-being as a health transfer. This will show itself as fatigue, fever, and other common symptoms of a general cold or influenza. - Radiation and other advanced hazards cannot be healed. β This ability cannot de-age or revive someone from the dead.  |
