@MissCapnCrunch nah more of a magic exist and all that cool stuff. Thing is those who know how to use it are HERETICS. and are being hunted down and killed. Same with magical creatures. Who get either enslaved or just straight up killed.

How much more magic are you thinking? I don't want wizard battles.
I am going to have some unplayable giants, dwarves, dragons, centaurs etc running around but very rare.

Maybe with family lines and names, maybe do a game of thrones (the five places in the world have a Line each. Each region has its own bastard name Ie, a bastard of the north is called ______ Snow and then have a 2 or 3 contesting families)

Interesting addition yes. My co-gm and I (totally haven't told them yet, but now am forcing) @Buddha were talking saying that what we might do is have 2-3 families that our characters will be from and focused on, But of course there will be outlying people and families as well.

In hindsight 12 is just too many to look after and take care. If we focus on a couple families there will be a better chance for us to all develop our characters and story better.

These two families will be wanting the throne for themselves to get these royal bloods out of power. Whether it be diplomatic or assassination of sorts. Up to you guys and who is your leader.

Yes, I'm already on the thought of lower end magic. The type of "magic" I was thinking is more of the voodoo type in a way. Like a person deep in the mountains or woods that takes up little kids and feeds their toes to royal blood that wants to conceive a child type shit. Is that something that interests people or am I just weird af?

Hi everyone! This is a very very sloppy interest check so I apologize in advance.

I've had a couple people already contact me about my status I had posted a few days about wanting to host an extensive Game of Thrones style type of roleplay with action, love, drama, and of course a splash of humor. I know this is a big project already, so I'm looking to everyone for ideas and help to create something that we can enjoy together.

I find that on the guild often we have these great ideas that don't get very far past the first couple days into the IC, and I want something different. I want to make friends with the people I roleplay with. I want people to be able to join and stay. If they leave, I want to be able to kill them off without hurting the rest of the story. I want people to be able to join whenever without feeling like they are out of the loop.

Is that too much too ask? :( I hope not

So far things I've decided and thought about:
- The name of the world is called Lhivoria
1) Should the land be like our own?
2) Should there be creatures like; giants, dwarves, centaurs, dragons, etc?
3) Should there be magic in general?

- There won't be any legitimate ties to the Game of Thrones world. Just ideas from it
1) Is that something people would want?

- To make things not TOO overwhelming there will only be about 5 locations to choose between
1) Is 5 too many?
2) Would it be better to have everyone from 1 location?

- From these locations there will be about 12 last names/lines to come from
1) Is 12 too many?
2) Would it be better to have everyone from the same family?
