Are you guys cool with the concept of 'special needs' dorms, that not only cover disabilities of various kinds, but also include students whose powers require special environments?

I know some of you remember Sue/Echo who could turn sound into power, and had to have a completely soundproof dorm?

Imagine various dorms like that.

For example, Kassy's has a large pool in the floor in lieu of a bed, and an air humidifier, among other things.

Connor was almost embarrassed as Kijani asked about classes. Connor had decided to focus more on his weaknesses, and improve them then his strengths this year, as well as to try and not rely on his suit as much. There would be times he knew when he might not have his suit.

And Connor was lacking in his fighting skills. "I'm taking Kraven's class too, as well as Captian Americas, and Dr Connors, of course" He said, "Flight? You can make something to fly with with your paper?" he asked curiously

Mike blushed as she hugged him before he hugged her back and said "My name is Michael Fertar, but I prefer to be called Mike. I'm the son of a dragon". Mike then let her go and pulled a flower out to give it to her. "Consider this a welcome to the Academy gift, I can be your guild around this school if you like Kassandra" Mike offered her with a bright smile and a flirty wink before he offer her his hand to lead her on this grand journey around the school.

Kijani grinned hugely. "I was waiting for you to ask that. I've been doing a lot of work, and I've made a glider that I can really move with. I'm going to need your math and physics expertise to really make sure my designs are really perfected. But... yeah, I can fly." She seemed almost giddy. "I can't wait until we have some free time, and I can really test it out."

"Oh! A gift exchange? I didn't read about this. Hm." Kassy accepted the flower with a big smile, and tucked it beside her ear. Poking around in her satchel, she pulled out a small, shiny gem. "Here, for you!" The blue color of the gem looked like his hair, and glittered in the morning sun. "I hope you like it. Now, can you direct me to..." She checked her schedule. "Ancient weaponry? Apparently that is my next course. Power Development is done, I'm sorry to have missed it."

Achieng gasped in surprise, then started to protest and swear loudly in her native language. Why where these people attacking Kaite? She almost pulled her sword, but it was over before she could convince herself. After staring for a brief, worried second, Achi wiggled her way up in her tank somewhat. Bracing herself steadily on the edge with one hand, she reached down as far as she could with the other.

"Please get up, sir. I may not be a doctor but I think you'll need something soothing for your abdomen. Perhaps some tea for your irritation as well, and if you give me the rank and number of those men, I've been told I write absolutely scathing complaint letters." There was worry in her eyes, but she was trying to cover it with humor. The pain in Kaite was obvious, and it wasn't all physical. "Please? I don't leave the tank for just anyone, you know." Her bottom half was slightly pulled free, and the cool air of the ship felt odd on her skin. How did they survive with something so... so dry all around them? How did it not hurt?

Trying not to bail but I'm getting a slightly overwhelmed feeling. It's not just this RP. I have issues with stress... It's like, I go go go and then I just drop everything for about a month and don't leave my house.

2 things though, Mike. I think the graduating age for the Academy is 24, so your guy isn't gonna be there for long...

And Kassy is 17. So... yeah it's kinda creepy for him to be hitting on her. I mean, he doesn't know that, but when he does know it, he'll need to back off.

Mike chuckled and Said "Unless headmaster says otherwise I would say you look perfect for school though I think you may have gone overboard with the Jewellery thought but it does bring out the beauty in your eyes". Mike wing shook to rid themselves of a little more dirt.

Connor nodded, "yes, he is. But I think he's worried about fighting students-he made two new students fight misread of what he did last year and getting us to fight him" he said "before he had a freak out and ran out the room ending the class" he said, wondering what that had been about but figuring if it was anything that would put the school in danger the students wouldn't be in the dark, "maybe he's being reined in by Wayne"

Kassy chuckled a bit, then removed most of the bracelets. The mirror necklace she left on. "There, I hope that's better." Her orange eyes widened as the boy shook off an impressive pair of wings. "Oh! Those are lovely..." She realized she was staring and probably being rude. "Oh, yes. I'm Kassandra, clan Keigwan. Um..." She looked at her hands for a moment, trying to remember the proper greeting for the situation. She'd read up on human culture, but perhaps too much. Was this country for bowing? Or hugs? Handshakes? Fist bumpers? "Er..." Not quite able to recall, she stepped forward and hugged him, gently and politely. "So pleasant to meet you."

Kijani snorted faintly. "I can't say that I'm at all worried about that." She still remembered her first day, and not with any kind of fondness. "What are you taking this year, besides the required? I've signed up for modern combat tactics with Kraven, and an intro to flight with Angel." She had to admit, she was excited about that second one. Even though she didn't have her own wings, her paper would suffice. She'd been practicing.
