Late November would be a bit darker and mistier and spookier, definitely! Especially the rotting pumpkins and weathered Halloween decorations that people failed to take down....

@Lady Squee Darcy is definitely full of potential! The half-quote style here works really well -- I totally imagined a scene in a movie, Darcy sitting at a diner table talking with unseen company, and her statements followed by a voiceover narrator as she paused to drink coffee. xD Totally approved, please do copy her to the characters tab!
