The dwarf's dark eyes widened at the sight of Saris' reaction, giving a quick glance over as Aseir simultaneously broke free from the vines. A split second before she released the magic crafted for the entanglement, Jun swept in and swung at the vines fruitlessly. The plants withered away, releasing Saris from their grasp. She didn't want to look at the wizard and when the lights flickered her attention diverted easily. With a quick incantation, her eyes shimmered as she forced herself to look at Saris once more. He wasn't dead or even undead, interesting.

The druid stepped forward to Jun's side and placed a hand over Saris' since she couldn't reach his shoulder. She had bore witness to such responses before in her near century of life, thought rarely among the humans. "Tis al'ight lad. Yer safe, ter safe. I dinnae mean to startle you so."

Tenria would feel as though she were being watched as she practiced with her rapier, as though someone was tracking her movements despite the fuss at the center of the room with four others of their strangely assembled group.

Meeting up at the library would be a good location to get everyone start working together.

I'm working on catching up today/tomorrow, as mentioned by Kenshi IRL took precedence and will also do so for me.

Additionally with @Kenshi pulling out, I'll have to rework what is going on with my characters. Likely just rewind to the start of the morning as though Creed and Jim hadn't come to town.

When it comes to character actions/behavior I tend to step back on describing unless it is pending on dice rolls or when asked by the player to intervene on the description. As will become more obvious when we get into true combat scenarios

As soon as the dark elf fell, Petragar begun looking about the room to try and catch any source of the magical mishap. Was it even a magical mishap or something else? She couldn't be certain of the source since what magic she was capable of all focus on stones and rocks and the elements of the earth beneath her feet. Frowning with concern as Kiska muttered about this being against a plan, her suspicions of the situation might have been accurate before this diversion. Perhaps the diversion was a part of it all, she considered briefly before her attention was torn by the commanding voice of the Orc.

Petragar darted after the Orc, glancing back over her shoulder at Kiska. Where they supposed to abandon their handler? It didn't seem to matter now, whatever the original plan for the group of initiates had been things were clearly not going to turn out how the Guild anticipated. Adaptability to changing situations, surely that was a trait the Wayfarer's could appreciate from their members. She shook her head, following as swiftly has her short legs could manage to keep up with the heavily armored orc. On the move she drew out her bladed fist weapons, gripping them tightly in anticipation of a fight.

It's a struggle, but Aseir is able to break from the gripping vines. His move speed is slowed due to the difficult terrain caused by the vines.

The dwarven woman had enough of these foolish boys, her staff rising just a few inches from the ground before slamming back down. Despite the adobe brick ground, vines crept up and entangled the two men before drawing them apart from one another. With a huff, the woman stood.

"Look he'e boys," she scolded as she turned glaring dark eyes from the pale skinned human to the darker skinned man. "I ain't got da patience ta listen to yer squabbling like lil'girls. If ya thinkin' we dwarves all look alike than yer a dafter fool than your puffed pants look. We be he'e at da behest of the greatest wizard known across all da lands, ya canna least act decently until da business is done, ya?"

Now her attention shifted between each of them, a brow arched high as she awaited an answer.
