@Sigil @Lady Amalthea

I'd like to submit an application for this roleplay, if you'll have me. :) Please let me know if I need to fix anything, I hope I filled this all out correctly.

Changed the shade for the first few lines of my latest IC post, what do you think, @Morose?

It looks better on my end, but given that I don't have a kindle, not sure about for other people. So yeah. :)
@Witch Cat I should've seen this coming. :P Oh well. Sutton will just have to enjoy death.

And Lady A does have a bit of a point, if you could change it slightly, that'd be cool :)
Not gonna lie, I've started laughing like an evil maniac when I'm rolling for your characters' fates. :D

A collab between the Sheriff and the Reverend running the town meeting will be up soon, waiting for all of the characters to arrive at the town meeting. But don't rush yourselves, let your characters do what they gotta do first. :)
@Pirouette Thanks for the heads up :)
@Witch Cat Sending you an update with information as to what you may see or find in the police station.

Mara Scelus

Mara continued her way forward, pushing aside the brush and attempting to see anything of Rowan's. Of course, she still expected some sort of massive pokemon, perhaps with the beauty of a dragon type, to appear in a clearing and endow upon her some mystic prophecy. In her mind, it would be one or the other. Nothing normal could ever come from taillows pointing all in the same direction.

She wiggled her toes in her shoes a bit, noticing how the mud was cleaned off of them, only to be replaced by an extraordinary amount of water. Positively soaked, it would have bothered her more when she was younger, hating the sensation as her feet would almost prune from contact. Eventually, however, it all seemed to be made worthwhile.

There, off in the distance, she could see a brief pop of yellow. Hesitating for a moment, Mara glanced up towards the trees, before making off in a mad dash towards what she hoped to be Rowan. By some miracle, she didn't stumble or trip, and she made her way into a clearing. The instant she entered, she could hardly see the way out. She hoped that Kira would be able to help her find the way out, but for now, she was letting her dear pokemon rest.

She quickly went over to Rowan who had purrloin curled up in his arms, gently tending to her. In front of him, a mysterious blue floating pokemon shot a burst of water into the sky, and it came down as raindrops, gently hitting them all. Completely astounded, Mara opened her pokedex to inspect the pokemon, amazed and impressed.

She hadn't the faintest idea what it was.

"Who...Who are you?" Mara asked, her eyes wide as she stared at the pokemon. Almost awkwardly, she extended a hand, as if to introduce herself. "I'm Mara Scelus."

Vaguely, she remembered that Rowan hadn't had a clue that the battle was over and that they won. She would have told him, but she remained transfixed by the mysterious pokemon, mystified by it. There were some rumors about the types of pokemon off on Route A, yet they all escaped her, leaving her mesmerized by it.

"Rowan, we won," Mara whispered. She didn't think to explain that Yasha had been left behind, simply staring with curiosity at the new pokemon. It was as if she had been inflicted with paralysis.

Millicent Blair

Location: The Beach
Interacting With: Alice Kennedy @Nallore

Millicent found herself being practically squeezed to death by the soaked figure of her friend. She squealed a bit as the cold bit at her, the wind rustling up against her skin, giving her goosebumps.

"You're completely wet!" Millicent groaned, taking off the pair of shorts she had put on top of her swimsuit. Her skin. as far as she was aware, had already started to burn. Being from Scotland, she still hadn't adjusted to the outrageous amount of sun in Australia. Rubbing her shoulder a bit, Millicent glanced around, chuckling a bit at how Alice was sopping wet.

"We could go exploring," Millicent offered. "Any cool local myths and legends we could check out?"

She wanted, more than anything, to escape her reality for a little while. She didn't want to think about her brother, relapsing constantly in prison. She didn't want to think about the rays of the sun as they probably increased her odds for skin cancer. She wanted to explore, to have fun, to escape, and find something with more meaning.
