Psychology
Focused * Insightful
Personality: Clint Barton is a brave operative with a deadpan focus; dedicated to his job of protecting the innocent. Through his years of being with S.H.I.E.L.D., Barton had made himself one of their best soldiers, tacticians and marksmen, and had shown great loyalty and dedication to whatever his objective is, and always gets the mission done, as he will fight until the end and then keep fighting. However, despite this commitment, Barton has proven himself to be a maverick, disobeying orders in order to do what he believes is right as well as seeing through whatever he does his own way. When Phil Coulson gave Barton orders to use a gun to take aim at Thor but he chose to grab a bow, his signature weapon, as he knew that he is at his best with it.
Though commonly misjudged and underestimated as one of the most under-powered Avengers, with his ability to blend in with his environment, his stoic professionalism, and ability to see and assess from afar, Barton is often valued by his superiors for his ability to keep an eye on people and assess situations.
History
Clinton Barton was born in Waverly, Iowa. He would not finish high school, for unknown reasons. Barton would come to develop a unique talent for marksmanship, mainly with a bow and arrow, being renowned as the "Greatest Living Marksman on the Planet". Later in his life, Barton met and formed a romantic relationship with a woman named Laura, whom he would eventually marry and have three children with.
Barton was hand picked by Director Nick Fury for his leadership abilities, strategic prowess, combat skills, and his tendency to do what he believes is right even when that conflicts with his commanding officers' orders. Barton would soon come to be one of S.H.I.E.L.D.'s most elite agents. Of his associates, only Director Fury knew about his relationship with Laura and he excluded her, their future children and the location of their farmhouse from Barton's S.H.I.E.L.D. file in order to protect them. During one of his missions, Barton was targeted for assassination by Marcus Scarlotti. Through Barton thwarted the attempt on his life, Scarlotti came closer than anyone to successfully killing Barton.
During his time with S.H.I.E.LD., a KGB assassin codenamed Black Widow, started to appear on S.H.I.E.L.D.'s radar as a threat to global security. Fury then assigned Barton to Russia where he would carry out the assassination. Barton arrived in Russia and tracked down Black Widow and confronted her. However, instead of killing her, he opted to let her live, seeing her potential as a good person, giving her the chance to work for S.H.I.E.L.D.. Barton would discover her true name, Natasha Romanoff and the two would work closely. Romanoff was seen as Barton's counterpart and the relationship between the two developed into a lasting partnership, as well as becoming best friends. Together, they ran tactical missions in Budapest, Abidjan and many other locations where they would always be successful, despite never having an extraction plan. The pair became so close that Romanoff was the only other person Barton told about his family. She became a close family friend to them, and adopted an aunt-like relationship with their children.
Assigned by Director Nick Fury to watch over the Tesseract, he was brainwashed by Loki and used as a pawn for his evil schemes. However, following the Attack on the Helicarrier, he was freed from Loki's mental control by Black Widow and joined the Avengers to fight against Loki's alien army in the Battle of New York, ending the Chitauri Invasion before Barton returned to his work as an agent of S.H.I.E.L.D.

Age: 71
Nationality: American
Gender: Male
Appearance
Height: 6'2"
Weight: 183 pounds
Build: Athletic
Eyes: Dark Brown
Hair: Bald
Skin Tone: Warm Brown
Tattoos/Scars/Piercings: Grenade Wound on Left Eye; Numerous smaller scars and wounds all over his body
Psychology
Cynical * Cryptic
Personality: Nick Fury is somewhat of an enigma, but his actions prove him to be bold and pragmatic. It's nearly impossible to read his emotions. He is known to manipulate people and is the bearer of many, classified, global security secrets. Nor does he tell whatever happened to his missing eye. However, while showing Project Insight to Steve Rogers he gives a backstory saying, "Last time I trusted someone, I lost an eye.", insinuating he doesn't trust easily and he is known to compartmentalize.
Fury and his organization, S.H.I.E.L.D., share a cynical outlook. Sometimes, Fury finds that cutthroat actions and clandestine, illegal operations are necessary to protect the world. Fury stated that "the world is filling up with people that can't be matched" and advocates methods for S.H.I.E.L.D. to arm themselves against potential threats, even if it involves creating weapons of mass destruction. Fury himself quotes "that S.H.I.E.L.D. sees the world as it is, not how it likes to be seen"; though Captain America believed that Project Insight was controlling people using fear. Fury's main goal was world safety against alien and human threats, going so far as to create a team of people with extraordinary abilities called the Avengers and secretly planned to use an unlimited power source for weapons as a secondary security option. The latter was kept secret, even from the Avengers.
History
Nicholas "Nick" Joseph Fury was a former Colonel who had served with the United States Army and an espionage veteran of the CIA during the Cold War. Continuing to serve the world, Fury joined S.H.I.E.L.D., a covert international peacekeeping organization which operates as humanity's first line of defense against Earth's most dangerous enemies until was promoted to the position of Director. From this position, Fury refocused his efforts on organising the Avengers Initiative with intentions of bringing together any super powered individuals who could protect the world from any threat. Despite some considerable reluctance from World Security Council members, Fury had still continued all his efforts and eventually managed to recruit both Iron Man and Captain America into their Initiative.
With the Avengers ready, Fury was forced to call them all into action when the Earth was invaded by Loki who managed to brainwash an army and steal the Tesseract. With the Avengers assembled, Fury took charge of the hunt for Loki, leading the volatile team through the mission as they attempted to learn what Loki's plan for the Tesseract was and who he had been working for. This all then came to a head following Loki killing Fury's close friend Phil Coulson, before being tracked to New York City where all the Avengers engaged Loki and his entire incoming army of Chitauri in a final battle, with Fury keeping the World Security Council from nuking the entire city before Loki was defeated and the Avengers were disassembled.

Spider-Gwen

Character Summary
Name: Gwendolyn Maxine "Gwen" Stacy
Aliases: Spider-Gwen
Species: Mutate
Age: 17
Nationality: American (Earth 66)
Gender: Female
Appearance
Height: 5'5"
Weight: 125 Ilbs
Build: Dancer
Eyes: Blue
Hair: Blonde
Skin Tone: Pale
Tattoos/Scars/Piercings: Scar on her right wrist in the shape of a small bite; Part of her head has been shaven
Psychology
Sarcastic * Genius
Personality: Similar to Spider-Man, Spider-Gwen never can stop quipping while she fights. Her comments tend to carry a bit more of a bite to them than Peter's do. She didn't originally fight crime in order to be a hero or to save anyone, instead doing it just to get a good image. She just wanted to get attention and notoriety, even being a bit of a bully. Her behavior even ended up causing great pain in the life of Peter Parker. Eventually, hearing her father say that she could be a force to good (with him not knowing she was the one behind the mask), Gwen decided to change her ways and become a hero. She even became someone that Peter Parker, the kid she once bullied, looked up to.
Beyond that moral dilemma, Gwen is incredibly gifted. She has a gift for learning just about anything, a bit of a renaissance woman when it comes to art, science, technology, literature, and so forth. Anything she puts her mind to can be accomplished, sometimes easily and sometimes thanks to hard work and perseverance. Having learned to fight from Kung-Fu movies, she's a quick study. She also has an incredibly analytical mind and is excellent at solving complex logic puzzles.
History
Spider Gwen's parents were the opposites of each other - her father was the surly and gritty New York Police Captain, while her mother was an artistic and free spirit. Her mother died when she was still just a kid, creating a wedge between Gwen and her father. He wanted her to be more like him, but she was more in tune with the carefree and happy soul her mother had been. This distance caused Gwen to avoid her father at all costs, playing the drums and dancing ballet and throwing herself into her artistic pursuits.
She was friends with the neighborhood introvert, Peter Parker, until high school. Joining a clique of girls called the Mary Janes, they formed a band and Gwen's personality shifted. An attention seeker, she started acting out and getting into trouble. She abandoned her friend. It was at Midtown Tech that Gwen Stacy was bitten by a radioactive engineered spider and she mutated, receiving spider-like abilities. Janet Van Dyne of Pym Technologies gave her a costume and a set of Web Shooters as she became Spider-Gwen, fighting crime (whenever there was a camera to watch, of course).
She kept it up, enjoying the attention and praise she was receiving - praise her father didn't give her. It wasn't until her father mentioned his belief that the crimefighter could really help people that Gwen began to act in the best interest of others. The newly reformed Spider-Gwen inspired a young Peter Parker, and wanting to become more like his hero, he experimented on herself. Her friend turned into a lizard like monster and Gwen was forced to fight him. Peter shifted back, only to die of his injuries.
Ever since, Spider-Gwen has been on the run. She continues to fight crime and hopes that one day she'll be redeemed in the eyes of the public. She was investigating suspicious activity in the Bronx when she accidentally fell into what seemed like a portal and found herself in the quantum realm - a place where the lines between realities blur.

Weight: 119 pounds
Build: Athletic
Eyes: Blue

Resourceful * Unstable
Personality: In contrast with her brother, Scarlet Witch displays a more serious attitude and direct anger, against anyone she perceives as her enemy. Her anger leads her to be vengeful and she is quite calculating. Although she appears to be currently sane, her mental stability is still questionable. Wanda has undergone mental breakdowns, episodes of mental illness, and severe suicidal depression relating to her powers and personal traumas.
History
Wanda Maximoff was born in 1999 in a small village in the European country of Serbia. She was the girl of the household and was expected to learn to cook and clean, despite wanting to spend time out in the woods exploring. She never knew her mother - she had died shortly after Wanda and her twin brother were born - and was instead raised by her aunt and uncle. Her father was never spoken of but it didn't bother her. She didn't need another male telling her what to do.
It was when she was around 10 years old that her brother had discovered his powers, and Wanda discovered her own, and things got a bit strange. Weird things kept happening, and just 2 years later, tragedy struck and the people of their hometown tried to burn herat the stake, calling her a witch. Her brother raced the two of them out of there and away, having them live on their own. That is, until their father found them.
Magneto found his children and took them with him over to the United States, New York to be exact, and started having them work with him in the Brotherhood of Mutants. When Pietro was 20 though, the incident at the Hanson Power Plant had him leave his family behind in order to join the X-Men. He helped the team stop his father's plan to wipe out humanity, and ended up in a relationship with Guinevere Stark. He abandoned his twin sister. Wanda continued with the Brotherhood in anger and rage, quietly keeping tabs on her brother from afar in case he ever did come to apologize.
She then had an inclination that he needed her help during the OMEN incident. She arrived with her father to help. During the ensuing battle, his Future Self died and Wanda snapped, losing it. She gave him a pet turtle, Mr. Dibbles, in hopes that the creature would keep an eye on him - and that perhaps she might mend things with her brother before it was too late.
She is currently imprisoned in the Raft.

She is incredibly empathetic and compassionate, able to see things from different perspectives and come to a peaceful resolution when others fail to. While to some she can seem a bit timid, that is usually when in comparison to her more outspoken husband. She is daring and resourceful and has great leadership skills.
An independent woman, Sue has a passion for science that rivals her husband's. She is incredibly curious and is always asking questions - and tends to stay calm in the lab when others might start screaming and throwing a year's work into the trash. Don't overlook her - there's more to Sue than what meets the eye and if you don't recognize her talents, you'll only regret it later on. She is brave, heroic, kind, and gentle. She is ethical and moral when others are not and does not give into temptation.
History
Sue's childhood was relatively peaceful until the death of her mother, Mary Storm. Her father became an alcoholic and a gambler, eventually murdering a loan shark and being sent to prison. Sue and her brother, Johnny, went to live with their Aunt Marygay Jewel Dinkins. Her aunt ran a boarding house and it was there that she first met Reed Richards, a doctoral student, when she was a teenager. Although it was taboo, the two of them fell in love. She followed him out to California, where she earned her own degree in genetics, and her brother grew interested in aerospace.
Reed himself was working on an experimental space craft for the US government. He invited Sue along, as she was curious to collect data on cosmic radiation and see if it was perhaps responsible for the X-gene on Earth. Ben Grimm was the pilot for the flight and her brother helped to fill out the crew. Unfortunately, Reed hadn't adequately shielded the craft from cosmic radiation and the four were exposed to it full strength after an unexpected solar flare. It transformed the four, giving them unique powers and abilities, as well as an inexplicable bond with one another.
Taking on the code name of the Invisible Girl, Sue Storm was an integral member of the Fantastic Four. The other three had conflicting personalities and often got into fights, meaning it was up to Sue to keep the group together. It was tough and difficult at times, especially since Sue was better suited to being the leader compared to Reed who ended up with the job, but they managed to stick together and save the world. She ended up marrying Reed as well and maybe one day, they'll have kids - but right now, she's content.

Nationality: Wakandan
Gender: Female
Appearance
Height: 5'5"
Weight: 112 Ilbs
Build: Athletic
Eyes: Brown
Hair: Brown
Skin Tone: Warm Caramel Brown
Tattoos/Scars/Piercings: Small scars on her arms and legs from training; Pierced ears

Innovative * Confident
Personality: Sarcastic and blunt, Shuri isn't one to suffer fools. She knows what she's worth and isn't going to let anyone tell her otherwise. She doesn't need praise or compliments, neither pity or sympathetic words. She's an innovative genius with a gift for knowing what will be needed in the future, as well as taking inspiration from pop culture for some of her devices. While a lot of Wakandans are afraid of outside influence, Shuri embraces the culture of the world and can often be seen wearing American style clothing.
She is incredibly brave and fearless, but also strategic and calculating. No one is allowed to hurt any member of her family - including family that is in marriage only and not by blood. The death of her father devastated her, and while T'Challa inherited the throne and not her, she supports him no matter what. Of course, she loves to tease him like any little sibling would as well. But hey, he's her brother. It comes with the territory.
History
The half sister of the King T'Challa, Shuri was born to King T'Chaka and his third wife, Queen Ramonda. Although gifted with science and technology, enough to be considered a prodigy and perhaps the smartest individual in the world, Shuri's dream from a young age was to become the first female Black Panther. Her half brother, T'Challa, promised to teach her how to fight against her mother's wishes as he knew that she was disappointed that he had become the next Black Panther instead of her. She became a gifted fighter thanks to this training, yet once more, her true excellence came in science and engineering.
She became the youngest leader of the Wakandan Design Group in history, creating much of the technology that Wakanda prides itself in - although few outsiders truly know the extent of their intellectual might. Her creativity knows no bounds and it is speculated that she could easily outsmart Tony Stark and Bruce Banner while blindfolded. After her brother married the mutant warrior known as Storm, T'Challa found that he had more and more pressing duties to handle. And as king, it was unwise for him to be the Black Panther as well - if he were out fighting as the Black Panther, who would be there to lead the country? Because of this, at age 16, Shuri's wish finally came true.
She became the first female Black Panther. She's kicking ass and taking names.

Thoughtful * Hyper Logical
Personality: Vision is an android and as of such, everything he does is predicated on logic. It does not matter if the choice would rip his heart out, so to speak, as long as it is the rational route to take. He would damn his loved one in favor of the rational decision - assuming an android is capable of love and emotions. He does not understanding human beings, but spends a lot of time in deep contemplation. He wishes to reason out what cannot be reasoned and while he agrees with his father that the human race is doomed to die, he finds beauty in their struggle for survival. There is a certain serenity in their continued will to fight to live, no matter the odds.

Build: Lean
Eyes: Grey
Hair: Black
Skin Tone: Peach
Tattoos/Scars/Piercings: Tremendously scarred hands
Psychology
Arrogant * Ambitious
Personality: Strange believes in his own power completely, to the extent that he comes off as arrogant and egotistical. If he knows something, then he knows something. He is the expert to be consulted in the room, the one to be calling the shots, and the leader that every situation needs. While a lot of this is just unchecked ego, he has trained tremendously to earn some of this attitude and does really know what he is talking about when it comes to his fields of expertise. However, this ego also helps to fuel his drive and dedication. He will not stop until what is right has been achieved, no matter the cost. Even if sacrificing his own life is needed for the endgame, he will do it and will perhaps be a bit chuffed with his own plan. He's an asshole - but the asshole we need.
History
From a young age, Stephen Strange had been tormented by demons. He was destined to become the next Sorcerer Supreme, and while he and his parents were unaware of this, Karl Modo hated that a child would one day become better than him. The demons were sent in hopes of killing young Strange, but they never did. His passion for medicine came from helping his sister, Donna, with an injury. He excelled academically, having a photographic memory, and was easily accepted into a top pre-med program. Unfortunately, soon before he was due to start college, his sister drowned and he was unable to revive her.
His rapid success in college and medical school fed into his arrogance, with the bitterness underneath of failing to save Donna. Tragedy struck again when he finished his residency, as his mother passed away. He became even more cold and egotistical, only caring about patients so that way he could get paid. He accumulated a lot of wealth and even was married for a brief time, but his wife left him due to how materialistic and obsessive he was. The esteemed neurosurgeon's life was turned upside down once more when he was texting while driving and suffered a bad car wreck. While he lived, his hands were damaged severely and he would never be able to practice again.
Strange tried countless medical procedures, legal and illegal, and his fortune was quickly depleted. With the last bit of his money, he went out in search of the Ancient One, having heard that she healed the spine of a man who could never walk again. He eventually found the Ancient One and while dismissive of the magic at first, he hit rock bottom and committed himself to a life of studying magic. He became a prized pupil of the Ancient One after much work and dedication. After seven years of training, he was made Master of the New York Sanctum and began working to protect the universe from otherworldly threats.
He is also the current keeper of the Time Stone.

In 1944, Erik is forcibly separated from his parents by Nazi SS-troops in German-occupied Poland, specifically at the Auschwitz concentration camp. Under this stress, Lehnsherr's powers began to manifest. Even with four guards pulling him away, he managed to bend open a heavy metal gate separating him from his parents before being knocked unconscious by another guard.
In 1949, Erik emigrates to America where he saw the Statue of Liberty for the first time, thinking it to be the herald of America as the land of tolerance and peace. Erik becomes disillusioned with this fictitious image of America and returns to Europe to pursue his goal of hunting down the Nazi that he believed killed his mother.
In 1963, Magneto was accused of killing John F. Kennedy and was imprisoned by Trask Industries below the Pentagon's centre court. On Friday, February 4, 1964, a trial was held against Lehnsherr where President Johnson noted in a closed-door meeting with the Warren Commission that their prime suspect - Lehnsherr - was in custody. His private trial began the next week. Recently declassified court records indicate that Lehnsherr could not refute being at Dealey Plaza's grassy knoll but he insisted that he did not assassinate the President. As the court ordered him to prove his mutant abilities, Lehnsherr bent a metal crowbar. It took the court five minutes to settle down. Lehnsherr told the court that he did know who killed the President and that he knows who she is and she is hiding in plain sight.
The court found Lehnsherr guilty of first-degree murder and conspiring to assassinate Kennedy. He was sentenced to two consecutive life sentences in a federal correctional facility with no possibility of parole. Throughout the 60's Lehnsherr had destroyed three holding cells until 1971 when Trask Industries built an escape proof cell that kept him imprisoned. He was later recaptured by Canadian government agents and imprisoned in the facility where Experiment X was conducted. In the process of the experiments, his age was reversed slightly, but he managed to escape with Charles Xavier. He returned with a small team and they destroyed the facility, ending the program.
This mission inspired him to form the Brotherhood of Mutants, as he parted ways with his friend and warned Charles to not cross him. Ever since, he has been working tirelessly in order to ensure that mutants inherit the Earth - even at the expense of his children, Pietro and Wanda. Of course, he has other children that he hasn't told them about. One of them is a geology major at university. He keeps tabs on all of his offspring...just preferring to watch from a distance and ensure their safety and success. His success with the Brotherhood gave him the influence to join the Hellfire Club and he was quickly made the White King, joining the Inner Circle.

His cousins would get more freedom, while he was given more restrictions. He never just seemed to get what was fair and when he became an adult, it was more of the same. For reasons Minerva's mother never explained, her family had relocated to the Land of Long Nights roughly a hundred years ago, abandoning a life of wealth, position, and status. Her mother, Luta Skialgdottir, had been married three times, each marriage ending in tragedy. It gained her the name Sort Enke, especially as she had retained the majority of her husbands' wealth.
It was during her third marriage that Luta became pregnant - yet the child was not her husband's. She had fallen in love with the god Loki and he had fathered a child, having been presenting as a male during their romance. Luta had wanted to name her child Asfrith, believing that she was pregnant with a boy due to every possible Magykal test she had heard of, yet she gave birth to a girl, Mildri, instead.
Her mother's lifestyle did not lend itself easily to children. She had caretakers that would watch after her, encouraging the child to learn what she could - yet Minerva always gravitated to untraditional pursuits. When she was 14, her mother conceded to Minerva's requests and sent her daughter to travel the world. Darke Name: Yellah
Age: Appears 19 (9,997 years old)
Gender: Female
Position: Mistress of Chaos - Myth of Four
Summary: Halley was born on Asgard to Runa, the Goddess of Lies and Lance Banner, a mutant scientist from Midgard. The possibility of her birth itself had been a hotly debated topic on Asgard, never within earshot of her parents of course, due to what it could mean. The unorthodox genetic combination resulted in Halley becoming the first Asgardian mutant - though she was not the last.
Her parents spoke Ancient Norse and Olde English to her side by side, causing her to become bilingual in the two languages. Her grandfather, Bruce Banner, lived with them on Asgard and he would tell her stories about Midgard during the 21st century, with its valiant heroes and formidable foes. Her love of stories came from sitting outside with Grandpa Banner, looking up at the stars and thinking back to the age of heroes.
At age six, she began to show signs of powers. Flowers would turn into bubbles; a ladle became a storybook; and the stuffed owl from Midgard her father had given her as a baby began to fly around the home. Her parents consulted with the All-Father, realizing that she was displaying a gift for Chaos Magyk, a force that if not properly handled threatened existence itself. Upon the advice of the All-Father, Halley was given a talisman to channel her abilities at a young age, helping her to learn and grow with them. Her parents also established a set of rules, which molded Halley's personality into becoming the rule stickler that she is today.
Currently, Halley continues to live on Asgard with her family. She prefers Midgardian science to Magyk, a fact that amuses her father. Her life's calling is to investigate the wonders of the universe, but also to protect the Nine Realms - especially her father's planet of origin. There are a few individuals currently alive with a lineage that interests her and her siblings in particular as well.

Captain Harlianne James

Character Overview
Name: Harlianne Elizabeth Winnifred James
Darke Name: Ennailrah
Age: 37
Gender: Female
Position: Captain of the Aricie
Summary: Harlianne James was born in Port Royal during its English occupancy, when five forts defended the port. Two years later in 1692, a massive Earthquake struck Port Royal, practically decimating the settlement. The disaster was speculated to be brought on by the wrath of God, perhaps as punishment for only outlawing piracy in the colony in 1687. Either way, Harlianne's parents perished as part of the settlement collapsed into the sea. The young girl survived by a miracle, as her nurse had stashed her away on a boat, allowing her to survive as the island partially collapsed.
Her small vessel, of course, meant she was alone for a full day. Pirates had come to loot the wreckage of Port Royal, and instead, they found the young girl in a boat, all alone. Her family crest was on her clothing, allowing the pirates to identify the infant by her Christian name. They took the child in, initially intending to hold her for ransom, but realized that her small size could be advantageous. Not only would the English government consent to sending in regular payments to ensure the wellbeing of the young Duchess of Albemarle, but a small kid would be good for thievery, crawling into spots that others couldn't.
She grew up aboard pirate vessels, getting her sea legs properly before she could really talk. The crew became her family and raised her as best as they could, teaching her the tricks of the trade, and ensuring that she'd never go hungry. It was an incredibly different upbringing than what her parents imagined for her. By the time she made it to adulthood, she was sailing under Calico Jack, working with famous pirates such as Anne Bonny. Unlike most of society, pirates didn't care what was between your legs--her sex didn't hold her back.
She eventually captained her own vessel for a short period of time - the Bellona - before it tragically sank the same day she lost her first mate, Sirena Ikaria. She then formed a new crew and sailed in another stolen vessel, the Syren. Yet the others eventually moved on, leaving the Caribbean for new adventures. But the Caribbean was in her blood and Harlianne couldn't leave. Instead, she was offered a rare opportunity by the English government - a pardon. She was sanctioned to commit acts of piracy against the Spanish and the French. The alternative was to be executed.
A few years went by and eventually, Harlianne was surrounded by French navy sailors, their muskets aimed directly at her. She had been in the midst of attempting to sack one of their ports - a rather hairbrained scheme but that was her M.O. - and it had gone horribly wrong. Right as she raised her hands in surrender, a green light enveloped her - and suddenly, the militiamen were gone. The fort had vanished as well - there was nothing left on the island. She constructed a crude but sturdy raft, piling up the needed supplies for a voyage. It managed to get her from one island to another, yet this one was inhabited.
She had stumbled upon a sacred site for the rulers of the Big Wild Land Over the Ocean. Fortunately, their chief wizard recognized that Harlianne was one of the Displaced. After going through a few things of rum, Harlianne finally came around to the idea that she wasn't in the 18th century anymore - not even close to it. She was offered a position as the captain of QuickeSylver, with the only stipulation being that Harlianne tell them everything she could remember about the strange green light that had enveloped her. And while Harlianne doesn't take kindly to authority figures, Asha and Taj never acted like the overbearing peers she was used to. Instead, they treated her as an equal and promised her adventures.
