Guin Stark

"We're in Greenwich - that's where the center of this convergence thing should be," Guin informed Lance first. They were still at the airport so she half walked, half skated away from the private airport and to the sidewalk. Glancing around as she spun in a slight circle, she was busy looking for something obviously horrible. "At least it's dark - I swear everything our parents deal with end up having some huge crazy light show," she mused.

Eventually, she spotted what looked like red lightning coming down from the sky. It vanished a moment later but Guin pointed at it. "That way, I bet. All else fails, we get a compass or something from a convenience store and see which way it points. With all of the disturbances, I bet it'll go haywire and point in the direction of the convergence rather than magnetic north...Or we could turn on our phones and call them, but that's not nearly as much fun."

Scott Rydzynski

Location: His Apartment - Seattle, Washington
Interacting With: Trevor

Scott looked at Trevor for a moment, before a thought occurred to him. He put the safety back on his weapon and hit Trevor in the face with the back of it, breaking the man's nose and knocking him out. "Rule two - I make the rules," Scott told the unconscious nerd, grabbing some supplies and fashioning a gag out of a washcloth. He then made a blindfold and kept Trevor tied up. When Trevor woke up, he'd have no idea who was there and wouldn't be able to make much of a sound.

Pulling out his phone, Scott then sent a text to Janelle: on my way. He then glanced at Trevor one last time, before he zipped up his jacket and made sure all of his weapons were concealed. Grabbing his keys and such, he left the apartment and locked up tight, all of the blinds in the windows down. He was going to head to the comic book store at Pike's Place and grab the kids. Then they'd go back to his place and figure out what else Trevor knew.

Guin Stark

Guin woke up Lance when they landed in Greenwich. She took care of things with the pilot, instructing him to have the jet ready to go in the next two hours. She figured that was about how long it would take for them to find their parents and for Tony and Banner to send them home - alongside the Avengers. There was about a half hour in there for some epic fighting with Sterns as well. Once they were off of the jet, Guin glanced at Lance. She then pulled something from her bag, showing what she had grabbed from the house. "Got my skates," she told him.

She knelt down onto the ground and put them on. She was decent enough at skating that she figured she could just roll around England with them on. "...I wish I could do more to help - have powers like you do," Guin admitted, glancing up at the sky for a moment. It was overcast and getting late in the evening here in Greenwich. "The pilot didn't seem to get any messages...So I'm guessing Pepper must have been a bit slower than we expected on calling our parents." It had been about halfway through the flight that Pepper had called Tony.

Guin Stark

Guin nodded, putting on Wreck-It Ralph. She then pressed a button and Lance's chair collapsed down into a little bed for him. She let go of his hand, got up, and grabbed a pillow and a blanket from storage. It paid to be rich. Tossing them at him, Guin smirked slightly. "Get some rest, Sleeping Beauty," she teased him. She then went and sat down a few seats away from him, hugging her knees to her chest. Her long hair flowed out in front of her as she looked out the window, barely even watching the movie as it started to play silently.

They had a long flight ahead of them to England. She figured Pepper would notice they had left within the next hour or so and that she'd call Tony. Maybe it would take them a little longer to realize that they'd gotten onto a jet. She pulled her phone out and shut it off. She then took the watch off of her hand with her digital assistant, P.H.I.L. - and she crushed the A.I. under her foot. She didn't want Tony to be able to track her.

Guin Stark

"Yeah, I might break Europe or something if I go by myself," Guin joked. She took her friend's hand and held it once he sat down. There was nothing romantic about it to her - it just made things a little bit less scary. The pilot and the crew were decent. She knew that they'd be fine. She was just worried about her dad - Sterns was clearly insane and the type of tech that had created the Hulk...It could wipe out anyone who went near it. "Do you want to watch a movie on the plane? We could watch Wreck-It Ralph?"

Her first thought had been Hercules, but she got the feeling that Lance would shoot that one down. Besides, she knew for a fact that the plane's movie system did have Wreck-It Ralph on it. It had been the only birthday present Maddie had gotten Guin that hadn't been a psychological ploy - meaning that Guin largely suspected that Maddie hadn't sent one and that Pepper had done so instead, just putting her biological mother's name on it.

Guin Stark

Despite her reckless driving, Guin managed to get them there in one piece. She made pretty good time as well and she parked the car, throwing the keys in her bag after shutting it off. She figured her dad would rather she kept the keys on her than just abandon them in the vehicle. He had gone through a lot of work to assemble his car collection. "Maybe I should race cars when I grow up," Guin mused. She then ran into the jet, dragging Lance along with her. Once she was inside, one of the stewardesses gave her a smile.

"Oh, Ms. Stark - will anyone else be joining us?" she asked.

"Oh, no, my dad wanted to send me ahead to England with my friend here - he's got some business to take care of here in California for a few more hours. Had to borrow my phone to get the jet ready, actually, since his was on the fritz. Figure he's honestly just working on another new suit...You know how he gets."

The stewardess nodded, going to get some sodas for the kids. Twenty minutes later, everything was prepped and the jet took off, on course for England at the point where the nine realms would converge - Greenwich. Guin sat down in a seat next to a window, taking her Dr. Pepper. She thought for a moment, glancing at Lance. She then couldn't help but smile at him. "No one else would do this for me, you know..." she said softly. "Drop everything and go to Europe with me...Thank you, Lance. I don't know what I'd do without you."

October Crypt

Location: the Alucard Institute @Nallore

"Yes - I mean, S.H.I.E.L.D. wanted us to gather information on Faust, identify him," October reminded Carolina. The S.H.I.E.L.D. agents had been quite clear on these mission parameters. Of course, that didn't mean that the girls couldn't go and fight him themselves. The more October thought about it, the more she was certain they needed two simultaneous plans - one group go and dig up his bones for insurance, the others trap the demon and force him to comply.

"As for the fire...I think it's perfect," October grinned. "We construct a Devil's trap under the rug - your art skills are wonderful and you should have no trouble with it - and we threaten him. Get as much information on the 0-8-4 as we can...And then, send it to your sister and find a new school to haunt." She looked at her friend for approval.

Walnut had to estimate that the answer to Titian's question was a grand number. As they entered the room, Walnut's eyes widened slightly as she examined the plethora of firearms that decorated the place. She gave the room a helpful moniker in her mind, yet glancing at the servant she had to wonder something - these could hardly be all of the guns within the mansion, no? It would be extremely inconvenient to always have to journey to this room, given how large the manor was - and in the matters of self defense, that was impractical.

"There is something that I find curious..." Walnut admitted, glancing at the servant. She had to wonder if the servant would have any information for them - the help often did. They would trade gossips and secrets, using rumors and little hints they had caught from their employers to pass the time. "How do you find it here, Shadowell Manor and its inhabitants?" Professor Walnut asked the servant, looking him in the eye.

Nora Kingston & Gene Benaszewski

Location: The Ferry - Elite Deck (Lady Munn's Rooms)
Skills: N/A
Nora nodded, stepping over a bit of the chaos that had developed in Lady Munn's rooms as she went to the bell and paused for a moment. No, it would not have been the purser. They would have had access to master keys and would not have needed to resort to jimmying the lock. Besides, what would they stand to gain? Lauren beat her to it, ringing the bell five times, as Nora's eyes drifted back towards her companions. Just as no one could leave the ship, Nora knew that there was a simply enough way to dispose of forbidden knowledge - chuck it overboard.

"Do you know if these waters are safe to swim?" Nora pondered. If they had gotten the information they needed and jumped overboard, even then Nora was not certain if that option was a suitable path. These waters could be infested with some life threatening creatures. If they had taken some method of transportation off of the ship, such as a life raft, one would be missing and unaccounted for. As long as they remained calm, they could solve this issue with reason.

Gene then considered Lauren's question - if they should remain in pairs or not as they investigated. "At the very least, stay in pairs - so that way, you won't be blindsided," she said, pulling a sweet out of her pocket and popping it into her mouth. She was really horrible at rationing these. "Talk to the crew first - I've got to stick to Lady Munn, as I'm her security. But don't make a fuss around other passengers. If the thief is one of them - and I think that's likely - they'll notice us making a scene."

"Of course, if they're still on the elite deck, then they might know we know already...Doubt it though. Why steal the journal just to peruse its contents here? If I were them, I'd've gone to the busiest, most crowded, loud and annoying place that I could fine. You can vanish into the crowd there and toss the journal into the bins afterwards." It was mostly Gene thinking aloud. At any rate, she wasn't letting Lady Munn go alone. They'd have to stick to pairs at least - if not going around like one large social group.
