I know everyone is freaking out that Gren has the possibility of being a mobile nuclear disaster, and to be frank, that's kinda the intention of this is discovered IC. I want to see how people would react: Would they see Gren as a threat that needs to be destroyed? Or will they try to help him go for a cleaner, less dangerous alternative? Because I will admit: Gren likes power. He likes the idea that even in his weakest state, he could destroy many people, and many things. The fact that he keeps it a secret is one of the reasons he's seeking Sapphire's position of leadership because he can't be open about how dangerous he can be, like how he was back when he ran with the White Fang. If anyone bothers to try to interact with him and know this side of him, they can chose for themselves if Gren is a dangerous maniac that needs to be put down, or maybe he has issues that need to be addressed and convince him to let go of his power-hungry rage boner.

Hell, the whole reason I even bothered to mention it OoC is to see how people would react to it. And from what it looks like, there is a lot of fear and hatred for what Gren is. For whatever reason. What will you do about it?

You've just given me more reasons for Oswald to put the mad boar down.

Oswald, on the other hand, fucking adores Gren. He gave him meat!

Someone could have come up with a perfectly valid containment system/failsafe in the case the reactor is even remotely close to a breach. You know, sorta like a nuclear reactor? I mean RWBY has access to dust.

And in the first place, why did anyone even consider letting it's so called students run off and participate in activity that is regulated to the police, not 14-18 year olds.

[WONDERS ABOUT VYTAL TORUNAMENT SECURITY INTENSIFY]
Why is anyone even considering allowing a source with power that significant and that volatile to be on a PC where it could blow up or irradiate the entire damn school, again?

Seriously, why?

I'm....pretty sure that's what the past two pages of discussion have been about....
I'd say a Dust-based reactor fits better with lore and has the ability to be just as volatile as Lucius wants it to be (Because DUST/AURA/MAGIC, YO)

Frankly, I have no idea what Ozpin's information or intuition is capable of telling him. For all I know Ozpin really does know the whole truth, and the same with Gren. But Ozpin isn't my character to control, so it's up in the air what he's thinking about it. And yes, I am quite aware I'm creating a conspiracy to overthrow Sapphire's position of leadership by attacking her name and mental stability. I thought this was well established around the same time Gren mentioned that he wanted to be the leader. As you are well aware of Multi, I am attempting to have Gren orchestrate many conspiracies to dethrown Sapphire's position of leadership. What I have spoken of recently is merely one plan on the off chance that Gren and Sapphire ever have to fight, which is actually kinda counter intuitive to how Gren wants to assume leadership.

"Of course Gren wouldn't intentionally try to harm her, just get into position for her to harm him. This relies more on Shiro's willingness to smear Sapphire's name, as well as let Gren be critically wounded."

That's what I meant. His plan is absolutely to intentionally hurt her.

^Also, what Krayzikk said. Gren either has a fusion core inside him (which he doesn't because the amount of shielding required to protect him from the radiation would make him weigh a LOT more) or he has a Dust-powered energy cell of some kind.

Nuclear fusion powers the sun. Having them as a consumable item in Fallout broke immersion for a VERY large number of people. Having it as a permanent feature of Power Armor was one thing, but the technology for a portable nuclear reactor is at least 100 years out. Remnant can't even make a freaking communication system without using a wildly outdated system that is basically Christmas lights.

No more than they know Blake used to run with the White Fang, or that Jaune got in with forged papers. Pretty sure I wrote in our Team Doc that Gren had his papers and accounts forged as well, using a division of the White Fang specifically meant for creating fake documents and papers for their operations. Gren just happens to know someone from a smaller faction within that division who's faction purpose is to smuggle members out of the White Fang, with mixed results.

They, at the very least, strongly suspect Blake ran with the Fang, though. Or at least Ozpin does, as per their conversation in Volume 2.

And yeah, I'm calling BS. That's a direct attack on Sapphire's character (and her pyche) and you know that.
Prince, edit in a hider pls.
As far as I know the -actual- mjolnir, not the comic version has no such limit.

God dammit, we're talking about fictional superhero shit, not ancient mythology!

Batman disagrees.

Yes, let's trust the psychotic vigilante with family problems that make the Jackson 5 look stable by comparison.

You mean Thor's Mjolnir? The requirements for that are to be "worthy" not "good"

Word of God literally says that "Only those of sound moral character and integrity may lift Mjolnir." Sometimes you have to kill people, especially so in worlds with super-powers.
