Dear Mr Curly,
I have done little travelling lately because I have been so dreadfully weary. Can it be true as the old Ecclesiastes said; that all things lead to weariness? Surely not. Perhaps the opposite is true: that all nothings lead to weariness. I have a peculiar feeling, Curly, that I am worn out from something I haven't yet done and the more I don't do it, the more exhausted I become. How strange. Could it be something I haven't realised? Perhaps it's something I haven't said? Something I haven't finished! It must be very large and true whatever it is and a lively struggle in the doing but I look forward to it immensely. I know I need it. First, however, I must curl up in my chair and sleep deeply with the duck. Perhaps I'll dream of this thing and wake up refreshed and do it. My fond wishes to you Mr. Curly, and to all Curly Flat.
Yours sleepily,
Vasco Pyjama

P.S. Not having breakfast can make you weary. That's for sure!

I'm going to be helping with orientation week events today and tomorrow. I'm not sure when I'll be able to get a post in.

She became the goddess of love and was the most promiscuous thing since Adonis?

Well, that and the true answer cross over in the burning sensation upon too much physical contact with the subject.

The idea was meant to play off of his vision of chinks in perfection that chaos would slip through. It wouldn't attract demons lol

Ah, I get you.

Yeah, I should think that a lot of people would be slacking off if Toun got the real world to that point rather than just his daydreams.

You could make festering cracks in the earth that these vile spirits and demons crawl out of, kind of feeding off of Takkal's (or is is Toun? I keep getting the gods mixed up ;-;) nightmarish vision.

Wait, how would Toun's vision attract demons? :S
...What do you think? D'you have any ideas of your own -- they say two heads are better than one.

I still like the possession angle from earlier on if you wanted to try that. It would also mean they would have an easier time hiding from white giants. Though, on that note, it should be made clear that white giants would probably not patrol underground. Underwater, maybe (I haven't decided whether that's worth it yet), but not underground.
No worries. I know the feeling.
We can summarise the training if you would like to move on. There's not really much else that I planned to develop there.
Janius' proper attack was placed as well as it could have been, but Kaleeth did a good job in twisting so that it wouldn't hit her properly. The nature of her next moves were as vicious as Janius predicted. Powerful strikes landed upon Janius' body with impact enough to wind him. He curled his upper body forward with his elbows near his torso and his arms up in an attempt to defend himself.

Though there were opportunities to land small strikes in return, the only big opening was a possible hook to the side of Kaleeth's head. However, the blow that Janius could land might seriously injured her, and at the same time they had agreed to avoid landing blows to the head. Janius compromised by suddenly shooting his knee up into Kaleeth's middle and trying to push her off momentarily.

"Easy. Arms up." Janius said with a bit of strain during the momentary lapse, "Your head was way too open there."

Gallus took Peiter firmly by the shoulder when he approached. "Alright, lad. Did you get to see Ri'vashi fight there? D'you reckon we could take her on?" He let Peiter go and stepped back, "Let me see your stance first." A few check-ups to Peiter's technique would pad the time between now and properly challenging the clan leader to another bout.

Tzirret gave the liver in his hands a look of surprise. He didn't any of what Ma'tanza had mentioned before now. "Wow. Tzirret would have thought that something that did that would be more complicated."

As they took out more and more organs, Tzirret started to get used to the gore. He only had to take a quick break twice. Once after they opened the stomach, and again when they broke open the skull to see the brain. Thankfully Tzirret didn't quite throw up on either occasion.

Each of the organs had features and functions that Tzirret had only heard about for the first time. He didn't know to think about how complex they all were as they worked together, but there seemed to be an endless amount of knowledge in just this corpse. And what Tzirret was being taught was only the basics.

By the time they finished with it, the corpse was unrecognisable and all but butchered. Those in the kitchen only had to separate cuts and portions and sort everything out for storage. Despite feeling occasionally sick, Tzirret had a smile on his face after all was said and done.

"This one thanks you, Ma'tanza. He has learned a lot." Tzirret said sincerely, facing Ma'tanza. He took a half-step towards her, but stopped and looked at his hands. Half the length of each of his arms were covered in blood and bodily fluids. "Uh..." he laughed nervously, "He would hug you, but...maybe we should clean up first."
...But I wonder; will they attack Zephyrion's air elementals? Next turn when I have the Might I'll finally make those. Tons of them....

I'd say you could contrive them not to be considered life by the white giants. In that case, they would be treated like weather events would. White giants might protect frightened creatures in their presence, but not know to actually attack the elementals.
Two b-b-b-billion?!

It was outlined on the sheet that there would be two billion to start and they would never reproduce or die of old age. The thing is, they're simple enough that their impact on the world is less than many things that come in sets of two billion, I should hope.

Nah, I'm waiting for the next turn to come. Gotta get more Might.

Cool beans.
