Many, many people before me have made the very same mistake, and that's mostly why people call it bo-staff instead of just bo. It's kind of like how language evolves. The most-used way of meaning it or saying it is the most accepted way and it soon turns into what people use more than it's original meaning or way of saying. I'll try to refer to it as bo from now on, though.

I can confirm this. All of my friends screamed "IT'S BO-STAFF" at me before I threw the hard truth at them.

Bo is in Japanese. Alternatively, it's joong bong in Korean, and kon in Chinese. I know there was another way to say it in Japanese, but I think it's just another dilect thing. Also, I do agree with FantasyDreams not only because it is a rule, but it's also a very well-known etiquette to have your character reviewed before you confirm that you succeeded in making a good CS or anything. By posting in the Characters tab, you're risking not only the possibility of intruding a Game Master's roleplay, but also leaving behind a pointless trace in case you don't get accepted. It's insensitive in some viewpoints (i'm sure you remember that one moment where some random dude IC posted at Athalia, @Destinyfailhorror17).

tl;dr - Make sure to think about what others would think about a CS before posting it in a Characters Tab.

I would like it if Daniel wasn't represented by a large, muscular guy. I picture him with more of a lithe build, y'know? Of course, that's just my opinion.

I initially chose that character to represent Daniel due to how the lighter sort of related to "flames," but I can easily choose another character to represent Daniel instead. I will work on this after Sarina.
