I would say no, but I can't speak for you. I've spent my whole life in the water. My family and instructors when I was two said I was more comfortable underwater than above it.

It's literally just floating, which bodies do naturally, and moving your arms opposite to the direction you want to go.
I am returned. Much fun was had. Sunscreen was applied liberally. Waves were large. Swimming remained unlearned. Punches were received and given. Potato chips were eaten in great volume.
EDIT: Did I mention it was fun?
