Not actively protecting net neutrality takes just as long to make right and isn't a solution at all.

But you run into the issue of the government "actively" doing anything. If they should be "actively" pursuing any goal, it's getting less involved.

But it's already regulating it by maintaining net neutrality on a legal basis. And for your analogy it'd be like amputating when you're thirty minutes from a way to seal the wound because you couldn't seal it right away and were afraid it would get infected. Amputating will be worse because it'll still take the same time to fix it except now you're actively harming yourself.

That's the problem though; inevitably, getting the government involved is actively harming yourself. It would take very few bills to restore the ISP free market. However, actively protecting net neutrality and preventing government interference would take many. It's a short term solution that takes a long time to implement.

If government enforced net neutrality is the only nn available, then it's worth getting. You don't reject cauterizing just because sutures would be better. That's not arguing for sutures, it's arguing for infection and atrophy.

The problem is that once the government has their hands somewhere, it's extremely hard to get them out. I'd say it's more akin to going ahead and amputating a hand so you can get a prosthetic replacement rather than bleed for a while to try to get some stitches. I fear that as soon as the government starts regulating what can and can't be done regarding the internet, things will go downhill very quickly.

I could seeh ow that would be problematic. I may have a solution if you can tell me whatit is that protects his 'safe' universe.

Unfortunately for you, I cannot.

Zero: do you happen to have any info on him that you'd be willing to share? Wealesses and the like?

There is no rock-paper-scissors game to be played, in which something will be his worst nightmare. He is always protected by his universe and those around it, which is an issue. I would rather simply destroy them, but he does a decent job at hiding its actual location.

Zero: hmm... unfortunate.

Meh.
<Snipped quote by Nimda>

Zero: could you clarify in terms of quantity how much of a differemce there os? I was consodering asking you to a spar, but if you arent as close as possible to his style, itll be a waste of time.

We are not similar enough in the event of a spar to warrant using me to train against him.
<Snipped quote by Nimda>

Zero: I'm mainly interested in his combat abilities and skill.

The difference in our fighting methods is not statistically insignificant.
<Snipped quote by Nimda>

Zero: good, good. Hey, so i was thinking, you are a near identical version of the good you, right?

In terms of what?
