<Snipped quote by Nimda>
I can’t speak for them.
So there may be someone who would do things the way you would want them to?
<Snipped quote by Nimda>
I can’t speak for them.
<Snipped quote by Nimda>
Which is why I continue to do what I do instead of being a creepy old immortal hermit living on a hill somewhere. But I don’t think that I’ll ever reach where I want with other people.
<Snipped quote by Nimda>
History has shown that it’s simply not in my cards.
<Snipped quote by Nimda>
No.
<Snipped quote by Nimda>
It was always the same. Never exactly the same, but the root cause of it would always boil down to greed. Lust for power. I would find myself working with groups of promising people, working to do great things for existence. Every one of them extremely influential in their time. But, time and power corrupt many. And though not all fell to the foolish human trait of selfishness, those were the ones caught in the crossfire of those who did. Everyone I’d ever helped found great power, only to be torn down by none other than themselves. All while I watched.
<Snipped quote by Nimda>
It’s not like it can be used against me. Everyone else I’ve ever called a friend is either dead or not worth calling a friend anymore.
<Snipped quote by Nimda>
No, not really. Contrary to the way I am now, I’ve lived a long time. Gone through a lot of things. There was a time when I had many colleagues... In a manner similar to you.
<Snipped quote by Nimda>
Circles I ran in. Colleagues of eras past.
<Snipped quote by Nimda>
I’ve been dragged into many a scenario by many a party. I was often involved because of being there when someone else made the decision to involve time manipulation.
<Snipped quote by Nimda>
Not by my own choice. But yes.
