So. In those with only chi, it is that which differentiates a corpse from a live human being. A strong life force makes a human being totally alive, alert and present while a weak force results in sluggishness, fatigue, and can even lead to illness. Chi is also very similar to prana, which is similar in turn to mana. It's a type of life-force energy. Chi goes hand in hand with the seven chakras; unbalanced chi can cause emotions to become agitated, distressed or erratic. Whereas balanced chi can cause emotions to become more smooth, balanced, and stable. The best way to improve it is tai-chi, a type of martial art humans developed.
Is it possible to train with Chi to enhance the seven chakras?

Depends on the type of angel. In general, the energy would be considered "holy" but not "of god" or such. So if the angel has a similar chakra system, it should work similarly.
