Personality
Misty has a carefree approach to life and the people around her. Even before Equinox, people had accused her of "living in her own little world," and since the incident such a description has rung more true than ever. Misty is easily approachable but has an off-kilter air about her, as if she were discussing a completely different topic. Misty does not grow attached to people or items in her life and can as easily let go of a childhood friend as she can a discarded candy wrapper.

Subject possesses a versatile anomaly that enables its user to generate arbitrary matter within the 2.5 meter radius of a sphere, permanently affixed to the user. While the effective size of the anomalous region appears to be static, any novel matter generated within dematerializes upon exiting the prescribed radius. Mechanical or functional matter (e.g. artillery) requires an understanding of the mechanisms by which the device operates. Poorly understood devices will appear functional but will fail upon use. History
Misty is the only child of a psychologist and an IT manager. She was regularly cared for by her uncle Jim, a demolition contractor, and the two grew closer as the years went on. As a teenager, she slowly developed severe depression and anxiety that peaked five years ago upon the death of Jim, who passed away as a result of a workplace accident. In the past five years, she has steadily recovered and since Equinox has hid her issues behind her ability. Misty dropped out of college twice, once for psychology and the second for medicine, before settling on taking classes at a local community college until she obtains a two-year degree.
Equinox Impact
It is said that for some people, Equinox was considered rapture. Misty is one of those people. In fact, she considers that day to be the best in her life. Misty always felt like she had no power to control the world around her and was instead carried away by the unstoppable waves of life; when Equinox hit, she found that she could now make the world her own, that she was finally free. Since that day, flowers have blossomed next to her as she walks, only to evaporate when they leave her personal bubble.
