<Snipped quote by Nimda>

Let's start with you learning how to get it finished, since it's very difficult to use without assistance. The creator of the technique likened it to looking left and right at the same time.
*I form a rasengan above my palm*
Start by trying to shape this into a rasenshuriken. The first step is to supply the chakra, the second is to keep it contained, and the third is to add the razor winds. The rotation and natural traits of the rasengan will allow the rasenshuriken to keep its shape, and it requires very little chakra to keep it going once it's formed. I'll provide the chakra and keep it in place, you focus on adding Wind Nature to it in such a way to evolve it into a rasenshuriken.

*Takes the rasengan and begins to increase its chakra*

The Rasenshuriken is among the strongest wind techniques there is, but you can make a form of it with each release nature, to varying effect. Technically you could make it stronger by combining it with a Tailed Beast Bomb, which we'll be covering later. But yes, in general, the Rasenshuriken is the strongest form of the Rasengan.

*Nods*
Very well. I will continue to practice, in that case.
<Snipped quote by Nimda>

Of course.

Is that the strongest form of that attack?
<Snipped quote by Nimda>

Why is it better to throw? When it makes contact, it expands outward into a sphere. You don't want to get caught in that radius.

I see. But that could be used as a last resort?
<Snipped quote by Nimda>

Well, part of the way to use it and the modifications to your body that will allow for endless chakra will prevent it from hurting you, personally, unless you were to get hit by the brunt of the attack by somebody else.
*The shuriken slowly disperses*
The best way to use it is to throw it, rather than pushing it into someone.

Why is that?
<Snipped quote by Nimda>

*I hold up my hand an a of chakra and wind forms above my palm*
To start, you should probably learn the process of adding to the Wind Style Rasengan, then you can put it into practice once your body is prepared to handle the technique. The danger with this is that the chakra strings are so fine that they can cause cellular damage to you if you use it in close range like a regular Rasengan. This, the Rasenshuriken, will tear apart whatever it touches.

What if I'm able to heal from the damage?
<Snipped quote by Nimda>

Good job. That's a Wind Style Rasengan. From there, with some assistance, you can use a very devastating technique.

What technique is that?
<Snipped quote by Nimda>

*Watches for a moment*
That's a good start, but wrong methodology. You need to pull in the air into the flow of the chakra, so that they flow together as cutting strings of chakra and razor winds.

*Weaves the chakra with the wind*
<Snipped quote by Nimda>

Perfect. Show me what you can do then.

*Forms the rasengan and embeds pockets of the wind nature*
<Snipped quote by Nimda>

Good. Such as?

Adding the wind nature to the rasengan.
