Well to explain... I'm like a sponge for magical power. The seal is both for myself and for the people around me. If I remove it, I can absorb much more, but I'm also not able to output it with much control. In the end, I might end up hurting people even when I don't mean to. I only remove it when I'm absolutely desperate. It could even kill me, too much energy and I may pop like a balloon with too much air inside.
