That'll take you to the resize page. I use resizeimage.net a bit because it's pretty easy to create avatars without the need to use photoshop. I also like the 150x200 sizing generally as it's a bit more visually appealing.

We have had vent threads in the past and they have always ended up with people getting banned. I am not having it.
Keep your conflicts private, that is a site rule
Do not incite drama, that is another site rule.
It's Christmas, I got woken up (literally woken) to reports about a dispute on the Guild on CHRISTMAS... Either everyone involved backs off and spends time with their family, or I will make them spend time with their family and temporarily ban them for the day.
