AI is awful and I hate it but forums have been slowing down a lot longer than that. I think it's because the forum generation has just grown up and gotten new priorities (jobs, families, etc).

Let me explain.
Wilson, it's obvious that a lot of powers can be used to do a lot of damage. But those extensions of one's power generally make some kind of sense to the general reader. Of course someone who controls water can affect the water inside the human body, of course someone controlling air could steal it from someone's lungs, etc. But these are clear distinctions. Quantum physics is not clear and not predictable. While it's great for a character to be unpredictable to other characters, it's not okay to hide everything from the writers. And since you refuse to explain any more about the power, it's disrespectful to those who have given the effort to describe their power and its uses.
Just as well, there's this wonderful little rule against a thing called 'Metagaming', which means inorganically using OOC information IC. If someone uses information on a feature of another character's power that they would not organically have access to IC, then that breaks this rule and the offender is dealt with accordingly. Having your power's information in the OOC does not mean that people are allowed to use that information against you. I've seen people do exactly that and it pisses me off, so personally, I'm not having any of that in here.
Just because you want your character to be special and mysterious doesn't mean you get to break the system with an unecessarily unpredictable power. To the naked eye, it looks like you're bringing physics into this to make your character seem more complex, when the exact same affect could be more reliably achieved with the use of, say, portals based in the paranormal. Of course, that doesn't really fall under the umbrella of elemental, so it just doesn't fit here.
Basically, while an elementalist character should have control over one thing (fire, darkness, light, air, etc.) your power has the capability to affect everything, because physics affects everything. It is purely and simply OP. If you want to make your character deeper, try putting more effort into his personality, or history.
By the way, it's not too hard to come up with a new power. All you need is a little creativity.
So, sorry to rain on your premature parade, but no matter how much further you want to stoop into this immaturity (I'm about done with it myself) you've officially been kicked. We don't want, or need, this type of stubborn negativity in this thread.
Congratulations! No need to keep wasting your time defending your argument. You can take that elsewhere.

@WilsonTurner There is no need to get angry. It is entirely fair to ask a player to use a different power to better suit an RP. While your idea is cool, it is poorly explained (especially now that you've deleted the sheet and I can no longer reference it) and easy to abuse. Cool and complex powers like that have their place, but in an RP setting, where yours is not the main character, it's more complicated than it needs to be.
The possibility to do something 'surprising' is great and all, but in a thread with multiple characters it's a little unfair to keep all your cards up your sleeve when others are clearly charing theirs. It opens doors for a whole bunch of rule breaking actions and a whole lot of opportunities to pull a solution out of your ass and justify it with theoretical science. But I wasn't going to say that.
By the way, I'm a girl. Thank you for your interest, I hope you can find a place for your character somewhere.

@WilsonTurner Well, Haley and I discussed it and we think it might be best to go with some other power. I love the originality of your idea, and I can see you put a lot into it, but it's just a little too complex and unpredictable for an RP setting.
Trust me, I really don't mean to offend, I'm just trying to keep everything even in the scope of powers.

****EDIT Also, Eq looks great, accepted. You might want to consider that 17 is more of a grade 12 age than grade 11, but it works nonetheless. It's pretty much a half and half split anyway, depending on the part of the year.

Alright, @WilsonTurner I would like a least a little blurb about some things Vin commonly used his power to do. This gives us a scope of exactly how far a reach he has (for everyone to see, not just us GMs) and how much relative control he has. I'm not rejecting the power, but if you keep it so secretive it's easy to sort of pull a solution to a problem out of nowhere, that no one could predict. I'm not saying I think you'll do that, but it's more fun and fair to everyone to have your cards on the table. Then, if you have an idea for future evolutions of the power (he learns a skill or discovers a new use for his power) you can talk to a Gm about it, but it's better to keep your initial skills clear.
Other than that he looks pretty good. I appreciate your use of memes, and I would like to see a bit more about your character's personality/mannerisms. How did his past affect him? Does he have trust issues, or fear of fire, or abandonment issues? Nervous ticks? Self soothing habits? These all help give depth to a character. ^_^
