This is a general interest check for a Tokyo Ghoul RP I'm working on. As it stands I have the base timeline (before the events of the manga / anime), a setting (Ward 8), and a few Quirks (slight alternate universe in which some events happen at different times).

In this RP you have a choice, always a choice.

Will you be a Ghoul, a human, or an Investigator? Will you fight against your inherent nature, for better or for worse? Or will you merely accept what, and who, you are no matter the thoughts of others?

This is an RP of character development, of battles, and where you can explore the depths of your choices and the consequences that follow.

So I have one last question for your to consider, friend...

Reading back over it, Striker definitely would be there since the change requires touch, anyways.

Just a quick note, as your power stands, it's just Shifter unless I'm mistaken. Creative use of it does mimic Brute, but that's just based on what form he takes.

Alice looked at the screen in front of her, in the heart of the facility.

She'd already added several specimens to her personal collection in her body. And now she was contemplating her next move.

It would take several days to make all the connections to her personal Killswitch, a way to prevent any future attacks against her person. What she was going to do would likely make enemies, and she was going to be ready.

Within two hours the CDC was going to announce a cure to nearly a dozen diseases. The cold and flu strains that existed were going to be eradicated. Malaria. Several other less important ones were to be cured.

It wasn't hard to release bacteria and viruses groups in the form of a cure, and they actually would actively work to stop these relatively simple diseases.

All part of the plan.

All part of Alice getting exactly what she wanted.

She sent a message to the local head of the PRT, along with every major crime organization leader that she had access to through simple means over the last two weeks. While all would be worded the same, it wouldn't be apparent that more than one copy existed.

Hello friend! Consider this my official opening to you.

I am the Decider. I have come for enjoyment, merriment, and to gain what I seek.

I am the faceless demon in nightmares, the ever changing face of the void, the Bringer of life and death, the goddess of beauty itself.

Perhaps you hold what I seek, perhaps you don't. As you read this many basic diseases have been cured. That was my doing. And I can do so much more than something so trivial.

So, maybe we talk? Maybe we don't. But I shall leave you with this warning:
Never disrespect me.

As Ace exited the building a man kicked off the wall across from him.

"Follow me," he said, his voice echoing amongst itself. With four arms and a blurry appearance, it left little question that he was a Freak. "I am Shatter. We will walk, and then you will perform your task."

The walk was silent, Shatter unwilling to talk even if Ace tried. The surroundings blurred around them as they walked, and within minutes they were stopping. As the world solidified around them, Shatter spoke.
"Head straight. You can't miss them."

And with that the man disappeared, leaving the only thing of note behind: Ace's bike, in the exact condition he'd left it, even though it was in a new location.

Alex attempted to catch her breath, finally having been freed from the fight. It hadn't been easy, but she'd managed to hold her own. It had been incredibly even of a fight, and she wasn't entirely sure why the fight had stopped and she'd been left alone.

Hey, Rox, I'll be there soon. Trouble found me.

Alex shook her head, walking out of the hospital. She'd seen the ambulances as she had stumbled away from the main streets, her head threatening to split in half. She'd been recognized by officers, and been given the information they had at the time... Which was little.

As the ambulance arrived, she opened the front doors. Inside was a young woman, covered in blood, looking as though she were in shock.

"Hey..." Alex muttered, running a hand through her hair. "Look, uh, I don't know what to say. But after the healers get to you how about you come with me for a bit? I know I'm just a random chick, but being a Hero who may have inadvertently caused your current situation... Well, I want to make sure you're gonna be okay."

Guilt transformed into a monster, Finch joined the Alkahest, Lucky got murdered, Alex is fighting Rend, Mimic and Dian are fighting Magus outside of Dragon's house where Spectrum and Charlotte are....

Uh, think that's all the major stuff.

We know he doesn't actually have a High title, but just by having High in his name will give for some interesting interactions from the actual High. Not something that really needs changed, just a warning from us to you.

But I think that covers everything we wanted changed. So feel free to move over to the CS tab and get started in the IC.

Unless @Regitnui thinks of anything else. In which case we'll just Retcon the CS a bit and all, but I don't think it would be anything to stop you entering the IC now.

What can I say? She's a bitch. She'd totally heal the useless diseases while developing ones that could, say, cause you to instantly shit yourself when it hits your bowels.

Or a super plague in case anyone wanted to get frisky with her.

(Which she'll be working on, for the record. Dead Man's Switch connected to a heart monitor, no pulse for 5 seconds and containers all over Boston release various super diseases she's made.)
