Welcome to AS Entertainment!

WELCOME! Here at AS Entertainment, we accept trainees of all nations and races, making us the first Korea-based entertainment company to do so! Our mission statement is simple: to bring up the next generation of young talents, regardless of where they came from. If you want to become a star, AS Entertainment is your best bet. As the globalization of K-pop continues, we invite YOU to be a part of this phenomenon!

TO APPLY:
After passing our three audition process (information on how to audition available on our website), you are accepted as trainee of AS Entertainment. This guarantees you access to exclusive training and classes of all different sorts, all geared towards turning you into a K-pop IDOL. You will also have the opportunity to move into our trainee dorms here in Korea, or visit for training in summer or winter months. We are flexible, but you must put in the work to achieve your dreams.

OUR RULES:
Work hard. Neglect your training, and AS Entertainment will take steps against you, eventually culminating in the termination of your contract as a trainee. Follow AS Entertainment's rules as specified on the contract.

AREAS OF STUDY:
Trainees take classes in all of these subjects in addition to their public/private school education:
Vocal
Rap
Dance
Acting
Beauty
Language

SCHEDULE:
6:00 AM -- Wake up
6:30 AM to 2:30 PM -- School
3:00 PM -- Warm ups
3:30 PM to 5:00 PM -- Mixed Dance Practice
5:00 PM to 6:00 PM -- Boy/Girl Dance Practice
6:00 PM to 8:00 PM -- Vocal Training
8:00 PM to 9:00 PM -- Free Time
9:00 PM -- Dismissal to dorms
9:00 PM to 12:00 AM -- Homework
12:00 AM to 6:00 AM -- Sleep

WEEKEND SCHEDULE includes Acting, Beauty, and Language Classes.

To Note

- Don't trust everything on that flyer; the K-pop industry is a pretty horrible place. While set in a slightly more progressive time, expect prejudice against characters of non-Asian descent (in accordance with reality, Thai, Chinese, Japanese and the like get off a little easier).
- AS Entertainment is not your friend. Entertainment companies rarely are.
- Please don't disappear on me. If you're not posting and you didn't let me know beforehand, I'll PM you.
- Post your Character Sheet in OOC first so I can give you the ok to post it in Characters.

Hi there! I'll get right to the point:

As the title states, this roleplay would focus on teenagers and young adults as they train, study, and live their lives under the watchful eye of AS Entertainment, a up-and-coming record label dedicated to scouting and training young kids to become music stars.

Yes, this is primarily based off the Kpop industry, which has a process very similar to the one described above, but it's a simple enough concept that you don't need a ton of knowledge about Kpop to join. Just know that these kids want to be stars, and this company is training them in the art of show business.

The story starts out with our dear trainees, of all ages and talent levels, who are in the process of become idols. They may have different motivations, or areas of expertise, but all have to balance practice (vocal, dance, and even acting) with school and personal life. Who knows what they'll find along the way? And will they make it to debut? That's what we'll be finding out!
