Gharn pauses with his jaws inches from the man's throat.
"They attacked me first!" he growls. "These humans... Hmf."
He roughly tosses the man to the ground.
"Count yourself lucky human"
The man scrabbles away, wailing in terror.
Most of the crowd has cleared away from the monstrous Werebeast but a few are still trying to get video.
Gharn looks down at Jordan
"What now? Where should we go?"
He transforms back and looks for all intents and purposes as if nothing happened. He calmly steps over the unconscious form of the fainted officer and looks at Jordan inquiringly

Jirah giggles slightly at Doll and Mazzilyn then frowns as she hears screaming.
"What's that? Is a Boy Band in town or something?"

The officers walk up to Gharn. 3 men in uniforms with batons on their belts. One speaks to Gharn
"Alright son now what's this all about?" says one man, putting a hand on Gharn's shoulder
Gharn turns and frowns at them
"What do you mean calling me son!? Get off me!" he snarls, set on edge by Oak and testy.
He shrugs the hand off.
The men back away sharply.
"Woah there, I didn't mean nuthin' by it. Easy there fella, we just come cause you been makin a ruckus"
One puts a hand on his baton which doesn't go unnoticed by Gharn.
"What do you want human?" He glares at the man.
The Cops spread out in a triangle around the young Werebeast.
"You need t'come with us lad" says the first officer. "You been scarin' people. Y'can't run around half-naked"
Gharn frowns in confusion.
"What do you mean? I have done nothing wrong! I will not go anywhere with you!"

He turns to leave, only to find his way blocked by a armed officer
"Hold it! You're under arrest!" says the human.
"What is this? You aim to stop me with a twig?" Gharn laughs until the officer brings the baton down on his shoulder at which point he roars in pain and slugs the man in the face, knocking him down.
Chaos erupts as people watching and filming on phone cameras scream and begin to retreat to a safe distance.
The other two officers draw their batons and begin beating Gharn, who roars in pain and begins to change.
The Officer on the ground spits out a load of blood and a tooth and staggers to his feet.
"Now you've done it!" he shouts, only to be lifted bodily and slammed to the ground.
Gharn, fully transformed, towers over the 2 other men. He looks at them and roars.
The one man faints dead away while the other pisses himself and turns to run. Gharn grabs the man by the leg and lifts him up.
"Foolish human! You will- AGAHGA!"
He drops the man, who lands on his head with a crunch and is knocked out.
The firstman keeps tazing Gharn, trying to bring him down.
"Stop resisting! P-please!" he whimpers as Gharn yanks the cords out and picks the man up.
"Human, you make a grave mistake" he says. He opens his jaws to bite down on the man's throat but might be stopped by Jordan if @letmehaveone2 wants

Several police officers are walking towards the group cause someone reported Gharn as a Drunk College kid running around and scaring people

I was just thinking on how the general populace might know. If there was a Werebear terrorizing the streets at night and someone were to come across it, would it be like "AHHH! A GIANT HAIRY MONSTER!" or would it be "AAAAH! A WEREBEAR!?"

Do the people of the world KNOW that Werebeasts and Vampires are a thing? Or is it kept secret from the general populace

"I have been many places, though none like this. I do not know this place."
He looks around in wonder.
"It is strange, but yet incredible. I have never seen such things as I have here."

Hey quick question about the world in general and NPCS
So is this basically our world except there are vampires and Werebeasts living in semi-secret? Or is their existence public knowledge?
If it's not public am I allowed to NPC civilians and perhaps Police? I'm sure someone would report a strange half-naked man (Gharn) running around a public park
