Love Wolves/Werewolves? Come check this out ! =]

I want to do a werewolf ^{(or just regular wolf pack)} role play. I have two in mind that I can bring back from the dead - OR - I can create a Wolf Pack RP because I have yet to make one of my own, here on Guild.

The first idea I have for a werewolf role play would have to be from my favorite werewolf series called Shiver. The RP is called Wolves of Mercy Falls. I really like it because it gives a new twist on the whole change from human to wolf, and how much time is spent as one or the other. If you've read the Shiver series, you know exactly what I'm talking about. If not, go ahead and click on the RP link and read the intro OOC post to find out more. :]
The second one, would be an old RP I created from my own imaginings and help from a couple of old friends, @LoneSilverWolf and @lonewolf888978 ^{(who are both currently [for the majority] inactive members)}. The RP is called Wolves of the Apocalypse. We originally wanted to reboot it back up, but due to some of our own personal situations, we only were able to get our characters up but never started the RP, itself.

As for the wolf pack RP, it would be titled something like 'Wolves of Shadow Ridge' or 'Shadow Ridge Wolf Pack'. I have yet to really set up the whole thing, but it would just be your average wolf pack RP. I am currently apart of a pack RP called Vandrow, and there are tigers incorporated into the mix, so I may figure out how to slip in some form of big cat into the mix. Maybe mountain lions, or something. Maybe lions and bears. ^{*tries to ignore the 'lions and tigers and bears pun I could make*}

Nodding in response to Lila's command, Kai immediately took off through the trees towards the sound of Shadow's call, tilting his head back with a long, drawn out howl to let his sister know he was coming to aid her.

Shadow

Shadow sat at the edge of the mountainside staring up at the goats that stayed huddled together on the cliffs. Slowly, she got up from her haunches and began a steady advancement towards the little herd. Shadow didn't pick up any other scent, but could hear something coming up on her and turned to catch a glimpse of Tikaani. With a short huff of relief, Shadow smiled a bit towards her pack mate as she talked to her, responding softly, "Thanks, Tikaani. Every bit counts, right!" Turning back towards the prey who seemed to become more anxious with another wolf in their presence, Shadow continued, "Well, Kai should be on his way, so-" Before she could even finish, the poor devil being spoken of came bursting through the treeline behind them and slowed down, panting as quietly as he could possibly manage. Shadow gave him a look and simply nodded off towards the other side of the herd, and without hesitation, Kai ran off to start spreading out and attack from multiple sides. Just as they'd been taught years before by Desaius, himself. Shadow looked back at Tikaani and murmured, "Kai knows what to do. He'll take right flank, usually I'd go left but now that we've got you, this will be a piece of cake. Would you like left flank or come from behind? With three of us, they'll have no choice but to run towards one of us or down the cliff."

Aleu

Aleu nearly turned back when suddenly she saw a pure white wolf pop out of the brush, waving his tail back and forth in a friendly gesture. Aleu's fur stood on edge in that moment. Not in a bad way, though. Her tail began to wag when suddenly she saw the male leave and disappear out of sight. Aleu's tail dropped completely and she made a mental note to come back out here to find him. Kita's voice brought her back into the moment and she trotted a little to catch up with the two pups who'd gotten a few paces ahead of her. "We're going to have to. I'm sorry, girls. Maybe tomorrow we'll pick back up with the hunt, ourselves." Entering the clearing again, Aleu led the two girls back to the opening of the den, then turned to look out at the treeline to see if she could spot him again. The thought was intriguing but she knew all too well the casanova wouldn't dare enter further into the territory unless he wanted to challenge Reaver.

Desaius

None of the other wolves really made much of an impression on Desaius like his adopted mother and father, and this she-wolf who'd become quite the Beta. Everything about this fae reminded him of his adopted mother, the late Alpha Female of Vandrow. So wise, caring and understanding. Watchful and protective. It dawned on Desaius that it was probably the reason he adored the young fae so and came to have such respect for her. She always took the time to help him, if needed. Especially after Lani was taken from him. Desaius craned his neck and gently caressed his muzzle into Lila's neck fur as they walked, chuckling softly. "Well, you'd be the only one who'd miss this old dog. I'm glad at least someone will, though." In a round-about-way, Desaius saw Lila as a daughter. Closest thing he ever had to one since Lani couldn't have pups. Desaius had been almost afraid of pups, at one point, only due to not being sure how to handle them. Lila had been the one to help Desaius grow out of that fear, only with Lani's help, of course. "Thank you for looking after me. I know you got better things to do than look after a senile ol' wolf like me. What about the hunt? Wouldn't you care to join the twins?" Desaius never cared too much for Kai nor Shadow since they came of age, but could always remember them as pups and how rambunctious the duo were. Nothing changed, of course, they just put it to good use becoming hunters. He'd been the one to teach the two of them to hunt, and subconsciously he was a little more than proud of the huntsman and huntress they'd become.

Aleu
Aleu smiled at Anum's eagerness as well as Kita had, being sure to stay just close enough to both girls. Stepping over closer to Anum when she mentions smelling something, and that's when it hits Aleu hard. Wolf. Foreigner. Male. The very same male Aleu had scented out earlier. Was he tracking her? Aleu shook her head and got rid of the thoughts, scanning the woods around them before looking back down at the girls. "I've made a mistake. Girls, it's time to head back to the den. It's not safe out here." Nosing both the girls in the rear to help nudge them towards the direction of the den, Aleu stopped mid-step to glance back over her shoulder to search for the male that was hiding close by. Without knowing it, she could have been staring him dead in the eye.

Desaius
Desaius couldn't help but crack a small grin at the words Lila said under her breath, agreeing wholeheartedly. Letting out a deep sigh, he looked back over his shoulder towards the country that was pronounced the Tigers land and then brought his eyes back to Lila's. Slowly nodding, Desaius spoke, "Alright, Lila. We'll leave it to Cahira and the runt to talk it out with the cats if there is to be a new law laid down." Taking a moment, Desaius slowly got to his paws and began to hobble back towards the den area, adding, "I know I wouldn't be missed, Lila. I'm the son of the enemy. I know you know the story."

Kai
In the distance, a howl sounded off and Kai knew all too well who it was. His sister, Shadow, was requesting his assistance in the hunt. Immediately, Kai shot up and nearly took off but stopped dead in his tracks to walk over to Lila. Sitting down, Kai fidgeted slightly as he hesitantly asked for permission to leave, speaking up softly, "Lila, please excuse my rude haste, but Shadow is requesting my help. Am I free to go?" Normally, Kai would have just taken off but had high respect for Lila and knew it best to ask permission rather than suffer the consequences later if it wasn't okay. As much as Kai was a rebel, his sister and him were switched in this role. He tended to ask permission first, while Shadow tended to ask for forgiveness rather than permission, first.

Hunger Games or Harry Potter-Based (Still Searching for RP Partner)

@ViolentViolet I think I'll have to hold off for a while. I just got back after having to take an extended mental vacation, and already am having more issues pop up in my life, right now. I don't want to start something and another unexpected 'vacation' come up to pull me away. My life's about to get hectic, but if you still wanna work with my crazy schedule, by all means. Feel free to message me if you're still interested!

Had another issue pop up. I fixed it for now, but I neglected to keep track of time while out tonight trying to keep my mind off of what happened and it's now 230AM that I'm finally home. Didn't wanna just not say anything, so here I am. I will be waking up early ^{(9AM is early, in my opinion..especially without coffee.)} so when I get over to my family's house, I will get on and make a response. I managed to read the previous posts, though. So when I am able to log in tomorrow morning, I can immediately respond. Should be on by roughly 1030AM PST. Sorry, loves. I just gotta get some sleep so I can actually wake up tomorrow.. Night </3

Back and ready for action... GhostWing was already informed about my absence the other day, but I wanna formally apologize to the group for disappearing. Had a lot of personal things happen, I kinda just..broke, and had to take a break from everything for mental health reasons. Been way too stressed lately and I'm just going through it right now. I'll be getting on later tonight to read up on what I've missed and post, as well. I'm posting from my phone right now, just got off work.. but I will be back on tonight for a post. Again, I'm terribly sorry, everyone. Hope y'all are doing well!
