The Lock and Key.

In the bastard came from the rain, turning and stooping low. His shoulders dwarfed the head jam as the door thudded shut behind him. The reveling of the tavern hall died. All eyes focused on the taupe giant. Not the pigment or tusks of an orc, but the size of one he was. A step to his left and his head would dash the candle chandelier. The naked, bulky slabs of his pectorals quivered and showered water to the floor. A blithe grin cracked the intensity of his conic glare. He scanned the lubricated faces of scrutiny. Many little drunkards. Amused, perhaps, his thick third finger tapped delicately at the bulged pocket of his fur braies. 

“Pip, Pip, Pip.”

Low mutterings of a monstrosity, though they would appear to hold some purpose. Many a patron wondered, others went back to their drink and gamble. But the giant was not done. He would require their attention. 

“I WANT DORIAN!”

The booming rasp of announcement returned silence to the tavern hall. A pretty man in shiny armor stood with a wiry gent of tousled hair by a door, a door at the rear of the room. The pretty man was wary, but nevertheless, used four fingers to invite the large one over to the door. 

This made the bastard happy. An unpredicted smile for fun. As summoned, Budi came.

Detailed Appearance:

Budi, of taupe complexion, will transpose to a Powder-blue pigmentation while morphing. Budi’s human side refused the development of tusks, but his Orc won the battle for height and immense strength. The Orc Man is a towering 7’10 construct of gargantuan muscular form. 

Frost-blue irises jewel Budi’s normally bloodshot eyes. His full bottom lip has a slight protrusion as if from the tusks that never grew. His black hair grows long, yet only along the course of his sagittal suture. Budi does not produce facial hair. His strong nose and natural downward bowed brow characterizes conviction, opposing his blithe disposition.   

Biography:

Budi’s first memory is of a time before his physical existence. It is a memory that recurs often in the form of visions and nightmares, depicting the violent day his human mother was taken by a band of Orc's. Assumptions have been set that the recollection delineates the day of Budi’s conception. 

Budi was abandoned as a child. He was discovered by the Kice, a sect of strictly human Monks, in the wilderness of the Western Rife Mountains when he was a child of undefined age. Budi was clutching a small vial when discovered. He has not since let the vial depart his person. Said vial contains a girl of unknown origin.

The monastery of the remote Kice village, located in the Western Rife Mountains, became Budi’s dwelling. One monk druid by the name of Hon performed Budi’s tutorage. Hon instructed Budi in the ways of Kice Iceform magics, martial arts, and the study of life's harmonic balance. On ‘occasions’ when Budi misbehaved, the Kice Monks would refer to Budi as BB. Meaning ‘Bastard Budi’. A term of dubious endearment relative to Budi’s illegitimate conception. Budi will not accept Bastard or BB references from those who are not close acquaintances. For many a reason, however, Bastard Budi is a term he wears well. 

Excluding the memory of his mother assaulted by a band of hostile Orc's, Budi has not encountered another of his kind. As such, until this present turning of the times, Budi has not experienced the many diversities and races outside the cold mountain region surrounding the Kice village.

Likes:

Budi enjoys minimalism and an unincumbered lifestyle. Having no requirements for extrinsic appendages, he wears minimal clothing and carries only a satchel and a girl in a vial.
Cold is an elemental state Budi is comforted by.
Budi enjoys the savories of a meaty palate, cooked or raw.
Budi is pleasured by destroying those who cross or annoy him.
Women.

Dislikes:

Hot weather.
Those who mock Budi's less than average intelligence.
Cooked vegetables.
Men who have women Budi likes.

Skills and Abilities:

Abilities:

Ice morphing-  The ability to morph limbs into freezing tools and weapons. Portions of skin can be solidified to act as shielding.
Gelid Breeze- The ability to expel varying degrees of cold breath.
Tactile Freeze- The ability to freeze matter with physical contact.

Downfalls:

Ice morphed tools and weapons do not exceed the physical mass of morphed limbs. Shielding, weapons and tools are steel-hard, but damage to one will equate to equivalent damage to the skin or limb.
The range of Gelid Breeze is contained to the reach of ordinary Orc exhalation.
Freezing matter is fatal to most life within range of its effect. Caution must be used in application to prevent undesired death. The effective range of Tactile Freeze is finite, and conditional to density and kinetic properties of connected matter.

Each of these abilities spend the natural magical energy within Budi. Excessive expenditure can be tiring and contingent to Budi’s general energy levels. Budi’s empowered Orc energy does assist in sustainability.

Skills:

Constitution- Budi’s meditations afford him extraordinary recuperative capabilities. Affective in practice, Budi can reside for days without sleep. Perseverance in tasks without sleep can be invaluable.
Arcana- Ice morphing tools and weapons can include tailoring to specific shape and size, circumventing the acquisition of lock keys and custom items.
Medicine- The greatest warriors can heal. Studies pertaining to the harmonic connection of all life accorded Budi the skill of transferring his energy in a bid to aid sick, injured or dying lifeforms.
Intimidation- Requires no explanation.

Extra Information:

A leather satchel contains the total of Budi’s possessions. 

A crystal vial Budi carries in his pocket. The vial is no bigger than a human finger. Corked within the vial is a girl. The girl's name is Pippa. Pippa has a staff.
