• Personality: Makoto is a very happy person. Seriously, he always seems to be having fun, to be smiling and always has good vibes radiating around her. Even when fighting or in lectures, he seems to be smiling. He has been known to even talk jokingly while in mock fights. It has been said that the guy would still be like that even if it was the end of the world.
  
  Despite that, he is actually a reliable person. You can always count on him to do his promises. However, he doesn’t give it out easily. Some say that he only gives out promises once a month. But when things get really serious, he becomes quiet to show that he is taking things seriously.
  
  However, he is a man of many problems. He just decides to hide it under a happy facade so nobody would worry about him. To rid himself of the stress of worrying about these things, he frequently goes to the shrine to meditate or goes to the goddess herself for advice or for some easy talk with an immortal person who has considerably weakened upon materializing on the mortal realm. Makoto could easily say that listening to her is interesting. He is also an avid fan of reading up mythologies because of his father.
• Skills: Makoto had been practicing different forms of archery ever since he was a child, standing still, crouching, on horseback and running. He is also acrobatic since he has to evade when it comes to close range fights. He is more inclined to use long-ranged weapons (bows and guns).
• Equipment: Holy Bow Ichaival - As the name states, it is based upon the Norse Mythical Bow Ichaival which is said to have been wielded by Odin himself.
• Abilities: Ichaival could create up to ten arrows when one arrow is nocked on. The Divine Gear can only create up to six arrows maximum from each arrow. Each arrow can be targeted to different targets. It's known to be allowed for rapid fire as long as Makoto could nock the arrow fast enough and he is pretty fast.The arrows can also be chosen to explode at any point of time making it effective for traps or for more damage.
• Brief Backstory: Makoto was born and raised in Japan. His father was half-Scandinavian though hence his last name. His father was in possession of Holy Bow Ichaival when he married Makoto’s mother. The Divine Gear is known to have been passed down in the Rundstrom bloodline. Anyway, since he is the first born son, he underwent rigorous training to master the bow as HB Ichaival will be passed down to him. And so he did and the bow was soon in his hands.
  
  It wasn’t long until Makoto had to choose what academy he should go in. He was given the freedom of choosing any, even those overseas. However, he really wanted to go to Otsuki Academy. When asked why, he just said that he had a good feeling about the academy. And so he was sent to study there.

As expected, Koga entered the fray and then scolded Avarius once more. He was harsher this time, not using physical force but words. It was a little harsh though. Sure, someone could've gotten hurt but it would probably just blow someone away and give them bruises but it was probably not bad enough to kill somebody. Vincent didn't voice out anything though so he just looked at them.

Avarius seemed like the type of guy who thinks out of the box and tries everything else no matter how dangerous it is. As a curious person, Vincent could relate to his want to do something else but he never acted upon them because it was pretty dangerous.

Still waiting on the possible approval of the dual psychics though but here's what he is. Maybe I'll add more onto his personality and the syndicate as a whole but this is what I've thought of so far.

Felix

Name : Felix Guard
Age : 34

Appearance

Identity: Others - Heading a crime syndicate named "Scarlet Dawn"
Class : Psychic
Ability : Astral Projection - He has trained using his power and has learned how to fall asleep quickly to use it.
Pyrokinesis - He doesn't use it very much since he's rarely on the scene himself. It also only came to him five years prior to today so he's not as good using it as he does with the astral projection. Mainly uses it for self defense.

Personality : Originally, Felix wasn't all that bad. He was a hardworking and respectable man who worked in a factory. He was kind, caring and disliked seeing people get hurt. However, he quickly took notice that no matter how much hard work he puts in his job, he would never get rich to the point of how those people who were born with a lot of money who slack off and such. He began seeing inequality and corruptness in the world. The poor get poorer and the rich get richer. So he broke off from his factory and began going around, spreading his ideals of a new world. He will get it by any means necessary. He's not after the power or money, he's just after equality. He usually gives off what they get from raids to his workers or sometimes even those in the streets. Basically, he's a man who has his morals and methods out of whack.
(Dis)likes : He likes doing what he is doing right now, honest and hardworking people and sometimes enjoys playing cat and mouse with those after his syndicate. He dislikes corrupt people and the way things are being done in the world.
Relationship: He does not have any known family leading many to believe that he doesn't use his original name. Friends with his crew though.

Note: A little background on the "Scarlet Dawn"
- They are basically a bunch of mercenaries (powered or not) which have gathered under Felix's banner as they believe in his ideals. They have unwavering loyalty to that guy and would do anything to get the job done. Most of them are usually robberies and petty things like that. Somehow, they always manage to sneak past the investigations and such. No one knows Felix's abilities yet, or if he has any at all, so they remain clueless on how they escape so quickly. The main reason is that Felix uses his Astral Projection to sneak in and listen to investigations and such. Or he could get in a particular facility, observe it, make a plan and then attack it later on.

They also make an appeal to the masses through hijacked stations and such. It's been said that they are trying to make the people revolt against them so that they could win against the government and replace it using the people's power.
