Bio

Welcome to my Bio, random person. Yeah, my name is pretty redundant (Polaris - North Star, North... well north.)

Things you need to know about me?

I live in the Philippines. I'm a student and life gets a bit hectic so please understand if I suddenly become more sporadic when it comes to replies.

I'm involved in a lot of fandoms (mostly anime) and as long as it gets my interest, I'll join. My range is from free to casual [or well, as long as I can get it from the post I'm replying to]. I'm more of a fantasy kid than a slice of life but I think I can join something like that. I'm not much of a romance writer so I keep myself to PG-13 and not exceed anything else.

I honestly find it hilarious that almost everyone is taller than Brendan. I think the only one who is around Brendna's height or smaller is Rhelissa.

Just imagining Brendan interacting with someone makes me smile since he's always looking up.

Leo looked back at William as he asked what he said again. "Breakfast is ready, housekeeper's gathering everyone right now. You coming?" He asked. Well, it's more like he has no choice but to go considering that everyone has to eat for their own good. But maybe William was thinking of skipping? He then waved his hand dismissively as William explained why he hadn't heard him. "Tunnel vision huh? It's no problem really."

Will sighed as the... lifeform backed away from him upon and seeing Mason and pressed itself against the wall. The blond glanced back at his friend who was obviously distressed about the fact that he was trying to interact with some object. "I think it's more scared of you than you are scared of it. So I want you to chill and let me handle this alright? I'm a thief remember? Thieves have built-in alarms so I know what I'm doing." He said, trying to calm Mason down. While the last part was more of just a lie, it was partially true anyway. Although he did snicker a bit when Mason mentioned that the thing didn't have any pockets to pick from. That much was true. He then turned back to the lifeform and then looked down and saw the switchblade. That should be useful. He could make a break for it and take it, but it could aggravate the lifeform.

His ears picked up on something, another voice. "Mason, I think Juliet's awake. It would be horrible if she went on ahead, can you check up on her? I'll yell when this thing tries to attack me." He could take care of himself anyway. He was more worried about Juliet to be honest.

After saying that, he stepped towards the lifeform slowly, as to not scare it away. While he couldn't throw the axe away, it didn't seem like he was about to lunge at it and try to hack it with the axe. So it shouldn't be scared, right? No more than he is at least.

Ah, I hope you got better quickly. Got a little worried when you stopped appearing in the forum to be honest.
Interesting, I was looking for a way to practice... let's say, writing a character that is in, or would be in, a relationship.

Count me in.

— The Imperial Great Hall, The Conclave —

There was a few moments of silence between Brendan's question and the other prince's answer. By that time, Brendan already knew the answer. After all, many nobles, royalty or otherwise, quickly respond to a question. If anything, it was to quickly gain the other's favor. But this one had hesitated, and took some time to speak. Brendan placed his hands in his pockets as he waited, staring off into the amount of new and old students mingling with each other in front of them. While most say this was awkward silence, the blond prince had welcomed it. It also gave him enough time to think of what to say. He was quick to strike a conversation, but that didn't mean that he could keep the conversation going.

A kind smile replaced his nonchalant face earlier as the Aladori prince replied with a simple one word answer. Although there was no follow up, no throwing the question back at him, no introducing himself, no nothing. At least, not for a while. Well, even he didn't know what to say. This conversation was admittedly getting nowhere. Brendan hadn't looked at the other prince in the entirety of their meeting, besides that quick glance to know that there was someone there. It's not that he didn't want to; he admittedly felt a little affected by the awkwardness surrounding them. He glanced quickly at Rivellia, frowning a little seeing that she had not been interested and was looking at something else. Whether it was a person or just the clothing, Brendan didn't know. She understood everything about him but the same could not be said vice versa.

”Ezran…ah…Taake.”

Taake? Brendan casually looked at the prince beside him, extending his hand for Brendan to shake. Now that he had a good look at the other, he could easily say that he is of Taake blood. Those men in Darkthrone are very easy to remember, especially if their blood is still pure. He then pushed himself off the wall and then happily extended his hand to meet Ezran's and shook it. "Brendan Tromvara. It's a pleasure to meet you..." There was a pause in his words as he pondered whether to add Prince to the name or not. They were both of equal status and royalty doesn't seem to matter all that much in The Conclave. "Ezran." He finally said. It wasn't took long of a pause, barely noticeable really, but it was there.

After the introduction was made, he let Ezran's hand go and then placed it in his pocket once more. The posture he was currently making was informal, but he didn't care too much. The smile still on his lips, he continued, "It's either you know me as 'The Rogue Prince of Tromania' or you didn't know I existed at all. I'm used to this so please don't burden yourself with thinking about who I am." He decided to say that early, to avoid seeing the person he was talking to beat himself or herself up just thinking of who this character was.

"To think my first conversation would be with the Taake prince... Most interesting." In all honesty, he had only heard of Ezran from his brother before. Nothing too outstanding really. In fact, the topic rarely came forward whenever he and Isaiah talked. It was surprising, seeing as the male was perhaps the heir to the throne, he expected more stories. Yet none came up. No tales of bravery, no tales of foolhardy actions, no negatives, no positives. "Seeing as this is our first meeting and you saying that socializing isn't exactly what you want, we can bask in a comfortable silence, if you so wish. I am in no rush to be friends." He offered. A kindness that can often be misunderstood. Worded as kindly as possible, that was what Brendan had offered. He didn't mind staying silent, not at all.

Julio looked at the crater as he stepped onto one of the circles. His eyes scanned the entirety of the crater. He then whistled, wondering whether or not this was natural. The crater he means, not the maze. He was half-paying attention to the instructor as he started speaking. Noticing that the others prepared their weapons, he took out his as well, the rifle folding out and then he let part of the rifle on his shoulder. Can't afford to get too tired at the beginning after all.

So they would be graded huh? Guess they're only taking in a small amount of students compared to the vast amount who are taking the test right now. While he wasn't really looking forward to hindering others, considering his helpful personality, he does want to meet someone he can team up with. If not, that's a shame. Taking out a Grimm or two at the same time isn't too hard to do, even when you're alone. Especially since he's a sniper. He couldn't rely too much on the other if he ever makes a group with someone, since they were graded individually based on performance. Being a long-mid ranged fighter really had its downfalls.

Just get out as quickly as possible. That was his goal. And maybe exterminate some Grimm while he's at it. The shining star marks the exit. He drilled that into his brain. He was ready, or at least he hoped he was. Truly, he did.

Will sighed when the left path didn't yield anything more than more diverging paths. Might as well go back. He then looked at Mason and smiled gratefully at him when he told him to rest for a bit to where Juliet was. Will then sat down beside the slumbering girl, looking up. Quite disappointed that there wasn't much he could see. There was no sun. He really did want to get out of here as quickly as possible. He then looked to where Mason had gone to, to the right path, when he heard him shout about something.

The blond sprung to action, grabbing his axe and then heading for Mason's position. There, stood an orange and yellow figure with a... a chip bag? It seems like it couldn't open it. Then it turned to them and began shaking it, as if offering it to them. "Well, might as well. Mason, wish me luck." He said then began walking towards the figure. His right hand loosely gripped his axe as he proceeded to walk.

He then extended his left hand to take the bag. "Do you want me to open it for you or is it ours?" It didn't seem like it could speak but it might react.

"Got it!" Leo said before taking off towards the other rooms, knocking on every single occupied door and then moving onto the next, announcing that breakfast was ready. He was back to his regular self at least. He then reached William's room and then knocked twice.

He then opened the door to see what William was working on some sort of project. Leo was pretty glad to see that someone had a good grip on his powers despite only coming here. "Hey William, breakfast's ready! Come on to the kitchen." He alerted him. Might as well wait for the guy, he was the last tenant he went to.
