Bio

Welcome to my Bio, random person. Yeah, my name is pretty redundant (Polaris - North Star, North... well north.)

Things you need to know about me?

I live in the Philippines. I'm a student and life gets a bit hectic so please understand if I suddenly become more sporadic when it comes to replies.

I'm involved in a lot of fandoms (mostly anime) and as long as it gets my interest, I'll join. My range is from free to casual [or well, as long as I can get it from the post I'm replying to]. I'm more of a fantasy kid than a slice of life but I think I can join something like that. I'm not much of a romance writer so I keep myself to PG-13 and not exceed anything else.

Jensen hadn't been too terribly excied for the parade. When he saw the note on the board talking about it, he knew that he'd have to get dressed in something that was far more fancier and more presentable than his usual clothing. All of which he currently did not have. Unfortunate, really. So, he stayed out late last night with Faye to try and find an outfit that didn't look too formal, but looked better than some casual clothing he had lying around.

Having a model who also had no care in the world for fashion accompanying you in this was not the best idea he's ever had. Faye just led him to store after store until it eventually just felt like a date to the mall. To be honest, though, Jensen did enjoy his time yesterday. At least he managed to get out a white collared button up and some black slacks. Faye even gifted his a black bowtie to go with it. He wasn't really sure if this would be enough, especially with what he saw Viorel and Gemina are going to wear.

The morning had come up and supposedly, he was going to wake up to his alarm. He was not expecting a goblin jumping on top of him and yelling at the top of his lungs - "Wakey wakey baby!"

"Fucking hell Blinky!" Jensen exclaimed, letting the cuss word out accidentally. He then rolled off, letting the goblin fall down to the side of the bed but he saw Blinky recover. Jensen rubbed the back of his head as he sat up, looking at Blinky. "And my name's Jensen."

"Baby is baby!" Blinky exclaimed.

He sighed and shook his head. He then reached over to his drawer and then grabbed this chocolate coin in a golden wrapper. He then handed it to Blinky whose eyes glinted.

"Shiny!" Blinky said with a grin. "Scary Face told Blinky to wakey baby."

"See 'ya later Blinky."

The goblin left soon after and Jensen looked over to the clock. Great, it was only a few more minutes before the alarm was set to go. Jensen just turned it off. His outfit was already prepared so he wasn't worried about that. Clearly, Viorel and Gemina were out of their beds. Damn it, Jensen usually woke up earlier than this but thanks to his late night rendezvous with Faye and shopping.

Once he was out of his own bedroom, he knocked on Viorel's door and opened it. "G'mornin' Viorel." He greeted before yawning. He looked around, looking for another face. Gemina wasn't there. Was she already prepping breakfast? Please no. He had some awesome plans for his own breakfast right now. "That's fancy by the way." He then let out a chuckle before leaving.

He headed over to the shower room and took his own shower. He wasn't hearing anybody inside, or anybody gettin in. Honestly, he was used to shower rooms. After all, he used to be in a soccer club when he was young, and then a basketball club, and then a baseball club. You start to get used to showering with other people inside. He was fast in taking his bath - completing it in little over seven minutes before he hopped out of it, feeling more refreshed than ever.

Jensen headed back to his room to properly get dressed. He grabbed his mask and then clipped it onto the side of his slacks. Ever since he started using it when he was a kid, he never really felt it was right to just discard it even if people started to piece together who he was lately. This mask was a part of his persona now, and he never wanted to let it go.

Once he was done musing, he slung over his towel around his shoulders and headed out the door. He wondered how many people were up by now. He wondered how many people were already here and prepped to go to the parade. He didn't find Gemina though so he wasn't sure if she was already at the kitchen. As he was walking down towards the cooking area, he pressed a circular tattoo and muttered, "Alyssa, come out my friend."

The fairy came out and then sat down on his shoulder. "Pancakes?" She tilted her head to the side. "May I eat some as well?"

Jensen grinned. "Of course!"

He continued heading down the stairs until he reached the kitchen. Seeing as Gemina was not there, he rejoiced internally. He grabbed the pancake batter, got a pan and then started cooking - Alyssa now sitting down to the side, dangling her legs and singing a sweet but eerie lullaby.

Jensen never really knew the lyrics nor the actual meaning behind it, but he always enjoyed listening to it, especially when Alyssa is singing it. Somewhere inside, he seemed to understand it. And he loved it.
"We're not so old that we don't know gaming terms." The oldest hero commented. Furitta then nodded after Usagi spoke, even though she was aware that Usagi couldn't see her at all. She made her way towards Serpentine, who was only a few steps away from her to be honest. With Usagi at the rooftop of the building, she covered all the exits Barristris could escape through. They could charge in right now, but she wasn't sure just how well it might go.

If what Talon said was completely accurate, duking it out while inside where the gas would just be contained within the building might not be the greatest idea. She also assumed that Barristris wasn't affected by her own gas which became more problematic. She turned to Serpentine when she took out her video camera - ignoring Talon's distraction for now.

"You planning on getting Rogue Bat the villain on camera?" Furitta questioned in a low voice so no one would hear aside from the two of them. She then placed a hand on the back of her own neck. "I guess it's something..." She did hear about Rogue Bat being hailed as the hero when he was the cause of the villain outbreak. Well, whatever. Furitta was only focused on getting the villain defeated for now.

----

Barristris was humming to herself, hearing the taunts of the eagle boy outside. Even without Rogue Bat's suggestion, she didn't seem like she would budge. She had a perfect set of hostages right here - all cowering in fear. Conscious, but terrified. She's like to see how the girls would deal with this once they burst inside. She then peeked out of the door for a sliver of a moment - to let them know that she was still inside.

And she was waiting.

She was taunting them to charge inside.
@AtomicNut

I see. I see.

Well then, looking forward to seeing her in action more. And provide what I assume to be deadpan narration to what's happening.
I can take those close-to-my-face magical beams if y'all want.

@AtomicNut

How long was Mari out of commission? 'Cause I was wondering if Alex and Mari might have known (or fought with) each other from before.
@AtomicNut

What's up man?

Oohhhh, we can create antagonists? Looking forward to what others might think of.

To her, the moment that not only her partner but also another familiar face entered the fray had come seemed to go in slow motion - like she was shown a frame by frame scene. Hikari had shouted at them in the same manic voice Alex had gotten used to. Before Alex could even react or speak to the Twilight Knight, the Dark Knight appeared - flames ablaze as she scorched those around her.

A chuckle fell out of her mouth. "Well then." She started as she spun the gun in her hand and then stood up. "Guess I'll go in then." With a running start, she lept off of the roof she was in and then over to the middle of the rooftop - just a little bit away from her Hikari and Ami. Alex began to mentally count every single Nightmare on that particular rooftop, but she could clearly see that their numbers were way more than what she was used to. It was as if an entire horde decided to appear this time.

While she was airborne, she aimed her pistol at five Nightmares and then pulled the trigger - one shot after another. Each ball of energy impacting against the Nightmares she aimed at without fail. Once she landed, she skidded backwards, barely getting out of the way from a Nightmare attempting a scratch at her. She spun around and stabbed it with her knife, letting it fall down into a pool of goo.

"Alright, guys!" She yelled so that the others could hear her - lightning crackling around her. "Let's get this over with so we can actually sleep!" He followed it with a loud laugh as the lightning formed a whip and she swung her knife hand towards two Nightmares side by side and it wrapped around them. The lightning coursed through them and they collapsed. She then levelled her pistol on the others and began firing.
Another question forgive me for my many questions, what sort of posting order are we going to follow for fights like this?

Wait for the GM to post each round?
@TheWindel

I personally like it.

Alex wasn't exactly doing much during her downtime. She felt no need to hunt during the day cosnidering the Nightmares weren't exactly active during that time, and school was just something that passed without much problems. Aside from the Detention Club, there wasn't anything memorable in her school. Oh, how she remembered how much fun she had whenever she and Erina would go to school. Those were the good old days. Though now that she was gone, there wasn't much to look foward to at school anymore. Sure there were friends, but to be honest, it often got boring with them around too.

Her alarm began to blare and she tilted her head towards her phone. Ah, it was already night? How could she have let the time pass by so quickly without doing anything. Closing her stove and figuring that she could just eat later, she shut off the alarm and slipped the phone in her pocket. She wondered if their beloved Mascot was out and about, already looking for their next victims. She also wondered who she would see again this time.

Surely, Hikari would be there. Yes, the Twilight Night - her partner. Alex was originally surprised to find out that her partner would be someone younger than her, but she had no reason to refuse. As she always said, it was better to team up than to take everything alone and then fall because of some pride. Alex even learned how to share what they got - as long as they all got it fair and square. The side of her mouth twitched as she exited her apartment with that thougth in mind. No wonder some of her fellow Dark Magical Girls often thought of her as someone who is still well acquainted with the Light. Because of fairness.

Alex had always proved them wrong, time and time agian.

Transforming as she went through an alleyway, she proceeded to take to the roofs to see what she could find. Of course, her first priority was finding her partner. She didn't want the young girl to just suddenly take off by herself, though the idea was amusing by itself. After all, every Magical Girl was capable of defeating their own foes by themselves. But still, the idea of having someone reach her prey first was not exactly comforting in her mind.

Spotting the Mascot as it purred and subsequently noticing the Nightmares present, she lied low first but her Devil Arms ready to slay. Her eyes scanned the area for any other Magical Girls in the area - Dark or otherwise. Though she was especially looking for her partner. The sooner she arrived, the sooner Alex could engage with the enemies. Well, provided they didn't notice her there. The Nightmares or Hikari, whichever came first would be her trigger to attack.
Oooh an antagonist.

This'll be quite fun. She's young though and I can see how that'll affect my character.
