edit : @rush99999 make sure you name your generic recruits at some point. Not a big deal, especially if your not going to use them on any contracts first turn.
Yea sorry @Gunther starting gear is not free. Also, the equipment bumps all three stats up. Sorry for the confusion. Transaction sheets are a good thing. �

Looks good. Only thing is your generic recruits feats won't kick in until 1st level but it's not a big deal. Thanks for the feat idea, I knew I was forgetting one terrain type! I'm shooting for having turn one notes up by tuesday.

Will be addressing the city tags today. I suppose it makes sense for certain cities to have more than one tag.
Some clarification on a few things:

  • We get 3 free recruits. One is the commander. According to the OOC, "All new recruits start as Generic Recruits." So these would be generics?
  • Since our reputation begins at 0, can we actually hire mercs better than generics at the start?


Yea this is confusing huh? Sorry, trying to work out the kinks as I go. So you start with 3 free recruits at first level. Meaning Hunter, Militia, or Novice. Choose one feat, the race, make up a name and buy equipment and items for them. If you have the right commander trait, you gain a bonus recruit. Mercenaries available for hire will vary depending on the city. Each city that a company has an office in will be updated each turn with hire able recruits, stats and required reputation.

Speaking of equipment...

Greetings everyone, I have just started really playing D&D. I've gotten very much into it already and I have already played a mini-adventure, starting a new campaign with a few others(Not DM'ing), and DM'ing for a small adventure for my friends at my home.

I had recently had a wonderful idea for an adventure, but I need help. You see, I want to tack on a few character creation rules to help make the game more fun by adding in more species. The problem is that I'm not sure if these rules are fair. So, I'm asking for help to see if my rules are too restrictive or not.


What edition of D&D are you playing?
I'm interested as well. Where did they get the 300,000 minds waiting for bodies to be built? Was there a particular reason for doing that? Would you say this RP is more intrigue/political or more action/adventure?
