Current Projects/Freelance work

  • I am a voice talent and script writer for Faerun History
  • I have a much smaller personal Youtube channel that I use to make videos on various subjects. Only been making videos for 2 years, but it's growing!
  • I'm the host of a Science Fiction & Fantasy Podcast where I interview authors of the genre.

Interests (Includes but is not limited to)

  • Writing/Reading (Love writing and I own too many books)
  • Video Games (Been a gamer for close to 23 years now)
  • Working Out/Martial Arts (Wing Chun/Oyama Karate mostly. Some historical swordplay as well.)
  • History (Military History is my specialty)
  • Zoology
  • Art (Mostly Illustrations. Used to be good. Am picking it back up)
  • Voice Acting/Singing
  • Tabletop Gaming (Started late in the game. Been at it for 3 years. I was the kid who bought the monster manuals and D&D books just for the lore for the longest time. I've played 3.5e, 5e, Star Wars D20, Edge of the Empire, PF, and PF2.)
  • Weaponry of all kinds
  • Anime (mostly action/shonen. DBZ & YYH being my favorites)
  • Movies (Action/War/Drama films being my go-to)
  • Music (Rock of all kinds, as well as historical folk songs, sea shanties, pub songs, a bit of classical music, etc)
  • Guitar (am learning to play, but being left handed makes it challenging)
  • There's more but if you care enough you can PM me :P

Roleplay F.A.Q.

  • Fantasy, Sci Fi, and Historical are my genres. Fantasy being my favorite and Sci Fi/Historical being close seconds.
  • Advanced / Nation / 1x1 / Casual (only in certain circumstances)
  • I generally write at the 'Advanced Level' meaning 4+ Paragraphs with good grammar.
  • I am usually busy with many projects and RPs, but if you wish to do a 1x1 with me, you'll need to present your case. Those I already do it with have my trust as a Roleplayer.
  • I love many, many fictional universes so me trying to list them all is an effort in futility!

@MacabreFoxI did and saw a chatzy at least. It's no worries ^^
This thread has just exploded into something that I can't even comprehend anymore.
Was it made awhile ago? Cuz' I haven't seen it the past 20 pages since I joined.
Meldarion's eyes squinted a bit in recognition of something occurring below. Rylen felt his demeanor changing more than saw it, and he glanced to his half breed friend. "What is it?" he asked him. Meldarion didn't answer at first, holding his gaze to the battlefield below. He saw the figure of Soka approaching Mikasa, holding his sword in one hand, his other arm almost limp, blood dripping off his fingers from his hand holding his head steady.

"Don't you get it, Mikasa?" Soka seethed, walking towards her in a steady but slow stride. "The war between our nations is inevitable." His words fell upon her like a portcullis, signaling an unspoken fear aloud for the world to hear. "Better it begins on our terms, and brings the right people into power. The Westerners will be used like the weapons they are, and we shall reap the benefits once this conflict is over. But first, it has to start. We are now on the brink..." He was very close now, his dark eyes promising her a swift death.
I severely doubt anyone is waiting for me still, but if so there's no need. I'm swamped with stuff atm.
I guess I did amazing on keeping up with the post time limit.

"Kinda both," he replied, giving her a smirk and a casual shrug. He meant it as, he did the former so he could do the latter if need be. She suddenly had to take a phone call however, and he nodded as she stepped up. Well, here's hoping the waitress here speaks a bit of english as well as Hindi. He was getting better with his lingo, but he wasn't entirely sure how to say "breakfast sandwich" which was what he had in mind to eat this fine day.

She was a cute, young girl. Her caramel skin accentuated her bright eyes, and she nodded enthusiastically. "Yes?" she asked in english, heavily accented. Oh thank god. "Hello, yes. I was wondering if I could get the breakfast sandwich." he said. She shook her head, though he could tell it was because she couldn't follow all of that. He gave her a Hindi greeting, which he imagined sounded just as odd to her as her yes did to him. "Breakfast Sandwich?" he said, pointing to the picture on the menu. "Oh, yes yes." she said, nodding now and smiling.

Uriah holstered his bolter, conserving the large gun's ammunition for bigger opponents. As of now, he waded into the entryway passed Ferreus, having followed him through the arch. Civilian workers were mixed with enemy soldiers and unarmed vehicles in a ubiquitous mix. He was not about to be known as one who killed civilians, but there was a job here to perform, and he would do so to the best of his abilities.

His plasma Pistol in his right hand, he wielded his Gladius in his left. The Ultramarine moved tactically, somehow remaining behind crates and vehicles more often than not, eviscerating and gunning troopers down with nearly every movement. Lasgun rounds singed his armor every few moments. They were mere glancing shots, and the Astartes kept moving. That is, until the Turrets suddenly came online. He gutted another soldier with a back handed thrust, before glancing up and noticed the danger that approached. "Brothers! Get down! Turrets at the center!"

With long strides and speed that seemed all too fast for someone of his bulk, he bolted 20 feet to the nearest exit, ramming into a large wooden door and reducing it to splinters with one collision, making it past the Rockrete wall and finding himself facing two patrolling troopers. He towered over them. They couldn't even get a shot off before they fell dead and bleeding. His back now to the wall, the exit was to his left, and a long corridor to his right. Uriah was not about to leave his fellow Astartes however. He couldn't quite get a good vantage point to aid them tactically at the moment, unfortunately.
Calanon (& Brogach)

Location:The Tree

Interacting with: Gretchin, and Cremwise

Calanon blinked, nodding to Gretchin in a respectful manner. "Very well, friend." he said, taking a small bite out of his jerky and enjoying it. The food burned as it slid down into his stomach, for he had not eaten in quite a bit. He took another sip of his Guaren juice and let out a satisfied 'aah' before slipping them into his pack once more. He'd conserve what he had for when he parted company with the group eventually. For now though...

He looked over to the woman when she asked about this next town. "I've not, sorry." he said. "Though most towns in the forest aren't particularly varied. Just people making a living, from what I can gather. I've only ever been in one large city, but I'd rather these small towns to that. They're full of more honest folk, I'd like to think."

YAW! Immediately Calanon blinked, his eyes going from amiable to predatory in an instant. At first he thought Cremwise and the wagon were being attacked, but from how everyone around them were reacting, it must be something entirely different. He slung his pack around his back. "Brogach!" he called. The Elk shot up at attention, having already been alerted to the suddenly moving wagon. Calanon leaped from the tree and mounted Brogach without touching the ground. "Show them the meaning of haste." he whispered to his friend. He glanced back at Gretchin as Brogach reared up, giving a wave, then shot after the cart with bounding leaps, the Elf's eyes on the road ahead of them. As they moved, he strapped his pack to Brogach's back, and drew out his sword and shield with an audible shing. He knelt down as Brogach sped faster, Calanon's hair whipping.
