@Happy Go Lucky Never having heard of Hildibrand and knowing nothing about him except for what I've seen you do with him here, I can certainly see why you'd want to play as him. Hahaha.
@AwesomeZero5

Bondi's playful jumping came to a bizarre end when the little slime jumped up... But didn't come back down. It still felt the rush of air, as though it were falling, and still saw the cave wall in front of it, but nothing was actually moving. A quick look down would tell Bondi everything it needed to know, or at least enough. Below the little slime had appeared a large fan, the kind used for indoor skydiving, which kept the slime creature held aloft.

"Hello Bondi la Vie!" spoke a cheerful, almost vulpine voice. It had come from somewhere above Bondi. Somewhere right above Bondi. The little slime's bow hopped off of its head, floating in front of Bondi, now inexplicably with an enormous afro. "Hiya! Sorry I don't have time to give you the same introduction as the others (well actually I do because I'm a god that can stop all time but I'm not speaking for me but the 26 year old office monkey that controls my actions) so instead take my card!"

The afro'd bow slid a paper card inside of Bondi, which near instantly broke down and was absorbed by the slime's body. As it did so, Bondi was given new memories of a fancy French restaurant, three other figures, the god that gave them their task, the stars in the sky, and finally...

Suddenly Bondi appeared aboard the bridge of the Millennium Falcon, about seven feet up in the air. The ship's artificial gravity pulled the slime creature straight down, amidst all the confetti and the others in the group. Bondi's bow was back in place, and now had a strange blue and white design. Bondi wouldn't have much time for introductions, however. The large sphere outside of the window was looming every closer, and now there was nothing else that could be seen.

The battle station, as Benny put it, could be seen in greater detail now, and it was enormous. Various towers stood on the surface of the thing, as well as what appeared to be large cannons. Lights flickered to and fro, while a teeny tiny opening could be spotted in the distance that was only growing larger. It became apparent to all on board, even Bruno, that they were being pulled into that hole.
As Gaige lowered her shotgun to turn back to Scout, she saw his expression change. Curious, she turned her head back toward the incredibly large man just in time to see a chain flying toward her, yet he still did not appear to be marked red on her ECHO, which meant that he didn't have any kind of killing intent. That didn't stop Scout and the other woman, who Gaige now knew did not own the ranch, from overreacting. First Scout shoved Gaige out of the way, then the woman shouted some words and wall of blazing fire erupted from the earth itself. Surprised, but not totally bewildered, Gaige quickly got up only for Birdie to already be running off.

"Woah woah woah!" she shouted, approaching Scout and the woman without bothering to brush herself off. "What was with that?! Did we get involved in some kind of duel or something? Because that fatty didn't want to cause me any real harm, you know, or are your ECHO devices broken or something? You know I can fix them up." Taking another look over them all, Gaige noticed that they actually didn't have any ECHOs on hand, which she thought was particularly weird. Everyone that came to Pandora was given a free ECHO due to an old promotion run by Dahl that they never disabled when abandoning the planet. Her bewilderment showed clear on her face. That is, until the weird man from the dirt said something.

"I believe you mean Eorzea...! After all, I was just in Ishgard speaking with my beautiful adopted little hildy when I found myself catapulted here! I've never heard of Pandora before! It sounds like a wonderful place! But i've never quite seen THIS part of Eorzea before! Stunning, i'd say! After all, you ARE using technology made by the imperials are you not?"

"Eorzea?" Gaige inquired, raising an eyebrow with a hand on her hip. "Never heard of that planet before..." she muttered to herself, ignoring the weirdo's statement that she was using technology made by the "Imperials," whoever those were. Then the weird man approached the other woman in the group and asked if she was a "black mage." Gaige had to step in, waving him off with her robotic hand.

"No no no, I'm sure it looks like magic to anyone that isn't entirely educated on the matter, but what we have here is a bonafide siren. It's pretty amazing actually. I mean, there are only supposed to be six in the universe at any given point in time, and I'm personal friends with two. You'd actually be the fourth one that I've met!" Gaige allowed herself to drop her guard by storing her shotgun back in her storage deck before she continued to address everyone. "Well wherever we are, anybody know how we got here? I mean, I'm no genius (well actually I am but that's beside the point), but it's pretty clear we're all from different planets, and I need to get back to Pandora. My friends need my help to hunt the Leviathan and scout out the rest of the Vaults in the universe. If you're badass enough, then I suppooooose you can come with me."
Looks like I've got some free time during the last forty minutes of work. I'll try to get a Gaige post out before I leave.
Countries are different worlds? :O So that's why immigrants are called aliens!
Sorry for some delays, everyone. @LePouvantail and I have been in the process of moving to a new house. We're here not, and I got our internet up and working today. Soon as she posts, I'll update for everyone.
Once Gaige had plucked the strange man out of the earth and booked it for the inside of the ranch, she managed to sprint right by another woman. This other girl was dressed interestingly, for sure. She looked like she had stepped right out from one of those fantasy ECHO books that Gaige's dad used to play for her when she was growing up (though she quickly lost interest in them in favor of the scientific non-fiction ECHO books). With green hair, a red dress, pink waist sash, and all manner of colorful beads, Gaige couldn't help but stop when the girl called out to her, saying that the skeletons don't step foot onto the ranch.

Skidding to a stop, Gaige turned back around and approached the other woman, who looked prepared for a fight, but otherwise harmless and hesitant. Good thing I'm here. Gaige thought to herself, Krieg or Salvador wouldn't waste a second in taking this as a threat. Even Zer0 might start something just to see if she'd be a challenge. Pfft, what are you thinking, Gaige? Those three never would have run away from the skeletons! Duuuuh! She sauntered right on up to Terra, hands on her hips and not the least bit winded from her run. "Hiya! The name is Gaige. Glad to meet ya, and even gladder that your ranch wards off those things! So how do you accomplish it? An underground network of wires that power beacons projecting radio waves at the vibrational frequency matching sufficiently degraded calcium phosphate?"

The young mechanical genius didn't get much of a chance to continue her conversation with the other woman. At that point she had noticed two other figures appearing on her ECHO heads up display. One seemed to be deeper into the ranch and slowly working its way toward the, but the other made his presence known immediately. The man completely defied all laws of physics by somehow jumping while still in the air, adding a little flip for flair, then running up to them very fast. The man spoke quickly too, introducing himself as Scout. Another thing he was quick to do was flirt with Gaige and the other woman, but the young mechanic hardly even took notice. Even as the especially flamboyant and hammy Hildibrand made his introduction, Gaige could only focus on one thing. She quickly closed the gap between herself and Scout, deeply invading his personal space by examining his body head to toe, front to back, all while speaking at a million miles an hours.

"Oh my god how did you propel yourself in the middle of the air, I mean theoretically you could have used an O2 OZ kit but clearly you're not wearing one and besides those only work in an atmosphere denser than oxygen and this clearly is a normal atmosphere plus gravity isn't all out of whack so that's normal too, so how did you pull that off I mean are your shoes special, do they have hidden anti-grav propulsers, are you a cyborg OH MY GOD if you're a cyborg then we should totally be besties and we can exchange all of our technological specs oh that would be so cool so what about this bat, does it do anything special because it doesn't feel special but looks can be deceiving, since you know a lot of people see me and just think 'oh she's just a teenage girl' but I'm clearly a mature and sophisticated young woman of great intellect as you can see by my arm which I built all by myself single handedly and I actually mean that literally because I only had one hand at the time, hence the need to build a replacement arm."

Gaige stood back, finally breathing, and glanced out toward the ranch where the other individual was moving toward them. He was a large man, very large in fact, with a yellow mohawk looking like some kind of punk. In other words, he looked like a bandit. Buuuut you can never be sure until they start shooting at you. Still, better safe than sorry, right? Gaige digistructed her TORGUE shotgun, the weapon materializing in her hands in a pulse of blue 1s and 0s, and pointed it in the general direction of Birdie. It was then that she noted that her ECHO HUD hadn't marked the large, punk brutish looking man as a hostile. Realizing her mistake, and musing over how the ECHO net always seemed to know the difference, she lowered her gun but kept it at the ready. "So uh, any of you guys happen to know just where on Pandora are we?"

Heeeeeeeey, guess who has working internet at his new house now? Booyahkasha! I'll catch up on what I've missed and get a post out sometime before the end of the day.
Sweetness, looks like I've got exactly enough to upgrade my style. I don't much care to power up techniques, I have no ideas for his devil arm, and for the time being I'm not interested in creating anything new for him out of the blue, so yeah, looks like we're going Gatewalker level 2. That also means access to another technique, booyahkasha!

So GMs, my intentions in upgrading Gatewalk are as follows, for your approval/rejection/scrutiny: 1) Range is increased from 30 feet to 45. 2) Two pairs of gates can now be made at once.
Update on my situation, not going to have internet until sometime about midday tomorrow.
