Current Getting new RP ideas is agonizing when you realize you need to shelf them until you're less busy.

Liam Matthews

Location: Aunt Sue's Inn #10
Interacting With: Aloise Zamora, Sariel @Morose

Glancing between Aloise and Sariel, Liam still seemed rather useless in the scenario, he had no weapons with him to defend himself or help the hunter as she still seemed particularly focused on the task she'd gotten from him, or perhaps she had taken Sariel's words to heart, and was simply getting prepared otherwise. Either way, he wasn't sure what to really say or do in that exact moment. Maybe out of fear, maybe out of a desire to simply not be the only useless member of their little trio, Liam moved to his desk, pulling open the drawer and grabbing his own gun, making sure it was loaded.

It was in that instant however that suddenly he felt Sariel's hands on him, tackling him down as he fell with a grunt, oblivious as to what was up, but then again, he was no angel. "What? What is it?" He asked suddenly as he attempted to sit up, looking past Sariel toward Aloise and the door, still so far oblivious to the hell which had quite literally been unleashed.

Darren Andrews

Location: 1 Grant Road
Interacting With: Jade Cornish, Reverend Adder @Morose

Coming down the stairs to the sight which lay before him, Darren's eyes widened. A million thoughts raced through his head at that exact moment, but it was fairly clear to Darren what this was the big shebang as it was, the Rise of the Witnesses. As such, he knew something would be after him soon enough. However, it hadn't been exactly what he expected, he had figured ghosts would make the most sense, corpses changed things. Not greatly though, he appreciated, after Jade's last run-in with something trying to kill her, Darren had made a note to mix salt and real rounds together in his magazine, grabbing his gun as he brought it up, moving toward the pair.

Reaching the two, Darren attempted to shove the Reverend away from Jade, bringing his gun up as he pulled down on the trigger three times. One of the shots would be rock salt, and the other two normal bullets. He doubted they'd kill him, but he figured it'd be enough to hold him off as he grabbed Jade by the wrist. "Cmon, get some salt from the kitchen then head down to the basement." He fired two more shots toward the Reverend as he backed up toward the door to the basement, opening it up as he hoped Jade would get what she needed quickly.

Javier Crypt

Location: Crypt Manor
Interacting With: Belladonna Crypt, @Lady Amalthea Chase Barnes

Smiling in a charming manner toward Belladonna as she took his coat, he set his hand on her arm gently as she laced it through his own, feeling a shiver run down his spine just from the mere touch of her nail against him, the slight graze drawing a upward shift of the lip from him. Moving along with her, he allowed his beloved to lead him out of the kitchen and up the stairs, a grin on his face, both from hearing her voice and perhaps the anticipation, but equally the pleasure in seeing his daughter's face as she came out, that look of disgust on her face, so charming.

As she opened the doors however, he grinned, almost seeming thrilled. "Ah, marvelous! A welcome opponent!" Javier grinned, gently releasing his grip on Belladonna, he reached up to the suit of armour beside him, taking hold of the Glaive it held and twirling the weapon about his form. "I wish you only the finest of luck, dear corpse." He would grin, making his way down the stairs toward the body which seemed intent on him, slashing at its neck. "Mi amor! I believe your whip should be under my pillow!" He called out, casually.
@Lady Amalthea@Morose
I will do all those things and much, much more, as I type the post now I promised last night before I fell asleep on my keyboard, lol
@Morose@Lady Amalthea

I'll get a post in when I get home from dinner tonight, promise. ^^
Harry Walsh

Location: Alf Leyla Salah at Opera Square

Harry gave Aziza a somewhat forced smile, it was curious to find someone so eager and happy to listen and interested to get to know his troubles not for the noteworthiness of them, but for how they may have actually been affecting him. In most cases, he was dismissed, most others assumed it was just 'shell-shock', that it'd all pass in a short enough time. Hearing her make such a legitimate offer was not only refreshing, it was unexpected. He realised after a moment he'd been rather dumb-foundedly staring at her and nodded slowly, smiling. "I appreciate it." He said simply.

He chuckled at her next comment, and was about to speak up again when he heard Lauren pipe up with her suggestion. He paused for a moment before chuckling again rather awkwardly, having not expected such a comment, though he'd seen the two talking before, and figured fairly well that they were friends, taking the comment rather light-heartedly as he looked back toward Aziza as she explained her comment. Waving his hand in a slightly dismissive manner, he kept his smile.

"It's quite alright, it would take a great deal more than that to make me uneasy." He assured her quietly, taking another long drink of his first whisky, setting it down as he finished it off and moving onto the next one as he listened to the two chatting, offering Lauren a friendly smile though the two hadn't properly met. He made no effort to intrude on the conversation, simply being polite now as he remained where he was.

William Drake

Location: Egyptian Museum

He rolled his eyes as he listened to her. "Oh don't give me that, you're just a little upset I didn't bring you along on my adventure, figured it might be a nice romantic gesture, huh?" He pointed at her accusingly as he spoke, a smirk on his face as he only seemed amused by her anger as she stood there. He could see a new reply bubbling to the surface, ready for it just as the old coot suddenly burst through the door, making William rather suddenly take hold of one of the guns in his holster, not drawing it yet however.

He did feel Vera jump behind him however, feeling her hands on his arm he, unintentionally of course, flexed slightly in a reaction as he watched the old man closely, seeming to relax somewhat as Vera stepped out from around him, establishing quickly just who the man was. Rolling his eyes as she once more brought up the ruin, he shook his head. "It was nothing, not like I planned on it anyway, so it's just unfortunate." He shrugged with a smirk, reaching out to take Reginald's hand in a firm shake.

"Cowboy heroics are my speciality, William Drake, Archaeologist." He glanced toward Vera, expecting an inevtiable scoff at him using the title for himself as he watched Reginald move over to Vera's desk. Moving closer, mostly out of curiosity, he peered down to the card, watching closely as the man drew and completely missing the significance of the fact the man had seen it as well. "Oh hey, I had a dream with this thing." He commented, plainly and, rather dumbly.
@Lady Amalthea@Lmpkio@The Elvenqueen@Morose@lopsided@fluorescent

Alright, update time, y'all, once again apologies for the slowness of my own replies, i'm coming into a break from uni now so I should be able to be considerably more attentive. However, i'm not the only one who's been having issues with attendance as i'm sure many of you are aware, as such, I am making this clear.

Anyone still active or committed to the RP has 3 days from this post to either notify me here in OOC or by posting to make sure I am aware, otherwise their characters will be considered NPCs and done away with at my leisure through the RP. Depending on the numbers we have after this, the direction planned for everything may change considerably, so do keep me in the loop.

@frapet - You're good to go whenever you are ready. ^^
Luke Teth

Location:The Bridge -> Main Hold

Luke watched Sutton for a moment or two, chuckling at her teasing. She wasn't wrong, however, Luke had always been the type to pick some scummy bar full of criminals and murderers over anything more refined or generally safe. Things just weren't exciting that way, what was life without a little (or a lot) of risk? Watching her at her next question, he shrugged his shoulders, thinking on it for a moment or two as he glanced toward the Senator for a moment "Well, that mostly depends on how long it takes our senator to work her magic."

Then those dreaded words came from Sutton, those ones he was far too familiar with. He'd uttered them himself on numerous occasions, but it always felt like a kick in the gut to hear anyone else say them, especially Sutton. He looked toward Stehrr, hearing the Wookiee's offer to come along, Luke figured he could definitely be handy, the extra muscle would never go awry, especially when it came to dealing with the Hutts, the wookiee at the very least might've made it too much effort to just kill them all if the Hutts were bored. "Wouldn't dream of going without you, bud."

Denali spoke up with a more specific concern, one which made Luke pause, it made sense, the Imperials had started to pay much more attention to Tatooine, but they weren't wandering about in Republic uniforms, once they were on the ground, they should have been fine to blend in. Should have been. He glanced toward Matthew, letting out a slight scoff of amusement but otherwise saying nothing in regards to his bet, looking instead to Kayala as she spoke up to mirror Denali's concerns. For now he signed himself up to listening as more counter-arguments and suggestions popped up, Luke taking each one to heart as he thought.

"We've got contacts in Ancorhead, they'll get us the landing permits and make sure to wave off Imperial security so they ain't snooping around too much." He answered Denali before glancing toward Sutton as she made her own suggestion. "That's an alright idea, okay, Sutton'll stay with the ship along with Kayala, Gol and the doctor, Stehrr 'n' I will take the Senator and Matthew as some extra insurance, our contacts on the ground are insuring me Imps won't be within miles of the place, Ancorhead's still just about the scummiest spot on Tatooine, Imps don't patrol because they'll get their blasters stolen." He'd chuckle, confident as always, more than likely overly-so.

Kordath Targon

Location:The Conference Room

As Kordath moved into the Conference Room past the other stormtroopers who moved out and down the hall onto their usual routines, he cleared his throat and gave a nod toward Jesmand. "Apologies, dearest Commodore, I got caught up." He explained himself plainly, perking up as she insisted he fill in the other leads. He gave another nod, moving to the other end of the table as he looked over all those present.

"Well, as always it is lovely to see you all present, i'll try to keep this as brief as possible." Keying into the console built into the table, a hologram popped up, displaying an image of a Dynamic-Class Freighter, ID'd as The Raven. "I've done a little digging since the initial report and come up with this so far, our incoming rebel craft is a ship called 'The Raven' - usually used for transporting contraband and smuggling scum across the galaxy for the Rebel's criminal enterprises." He took a moment, clearing his throat before he continued.

"Supposedly, this freighter is carrying something a little more important than spice or munitions however, if my contact within Ancorhead is to be believed, there is a 'New Republic Senator' on board." He scoffed in an amused manner, emphasizing the title as if it was nothing more than what one would give to a child playing a game. "I'm sure you all understand what wonderful information we could be accessing from this should we capture those aboard, so, it would most likely be best to capture the crew alive if possible."
Jackson Tanner

Location: Medical Bay

Watching Anisa closely as she gave him that look, he gently took her hand in his own, giving it a firm squeeze as if to confirm that she was actually going to be alright as he slowly helped her up. He knew she hated being on a medical bed but he also knew full well if she wasn't fit enough to be up she wouldn't be trying to get up in the first place. Lifting her up onto her feet, he slowly let go of her hand, lowering his own down as he set his hands on his belt, looking over those present for a moment before Anisa turned back toward him.

It took him a moment or two to recall everything that'd gone on, it'd been a frantic period of time since the shoot out. "Well to start out, that boy ain't gettin' back to patience to deliver your message, got a broken leg from the horse you dropped on him." He motioned out the door towards the kid still on the couch, and still stained with his own vomit after he'd puked on Jackson's foot.

"Daphne and Gideon've head down into the mines to look for anythin' useful for repairs, haven't heard back from 'em yet but they ain't been gone too long." He continued, attempting to recall if there was anything more but it all slipped his mind for a moment or two. "Oh, and 'fore I forget, 'parently there's a blade in Brutus' boot what'll stick you with more of that poison so, you'd best steer clear."

Gregory Quinn

Location: Lounge (Sealed Off)

Quinn made no effort to holster his side arm, keeping it up and aimed at the body as he watched Jahosafat. Something irritated Quinn far more about the man now than it had prior, perhaps it was how relaxed he was. The words he used were, considerably worse. Harness. Was Moreau, was the Alliance in general, really trying to think of a way to use the Reavers? To turn them into some kind of weapon to put the Independents down and keep people in line? Quinn forced himself to keep any comment he had on the man's words to himself, not letting anything slip just yet as he stood there.

"Blood samples will be supplied, doctor, but if you don't mind me asking..." He glanced down to the body, weapon still aimed carefully at its head. "How else do you plan on storing R142A? I would prefer it not to be simply left like this in the middle of my lounge." He commented before gazing back to Moreau, if he knew that it would have been against orders from higher-up, the man would've simply airlocked 'Jayne'. Having a reaver aboard his ship was not something that Quinn was particularly excited about.
I apologise everyone, was more busy today than I expected to be, I will definitely be getting a post in tomorrow though, as well as probably putting up an OOC update to keep everyone in the loop.

Joel Grau

Location: Best Exotic; Dining Hall
Interacting With: Claire, Desh, @Lady Amalthea Alcander, @POOHEAD189 Amber @SouffleGirl123
Time/Date: Early Afternoon/August 2nd, 2016

Glancing back and forth between Desh and Claire as they spoke, he let out an amused chuckle as he only then seemed to realise the fact he'd been quite lucky with his room comparatively to the room of many of the others. Rolling his eyes at Claire's comment, he shrugged his shoulders as she seemed particularly excited about the possibility of having access to air conditioning. "I'm sure I don't actually have any choice in the matter." He chuckled, shaking his head as he watched her with an amused look on his face.

That look was shattered soon however as his attention was drawn to a scream from the level above them. He say as Desh and Claire began to make their way toward it and followed soon after, catching just a glimpse of the two men he didn't know carrying the unconscious woman out of the door. Given the actions of the others, Joel assumed that it wasn't anything shady as it could have appeared, and followed after them again as he listened to Desh, hearing what was going on. Joel found himself quite confused, not exactly understanding what was going on as he stuck with Claire, looking over to Cass as she came down and remaining relatively silent, simply waiting for any sort of explanation as to what had been going on.
