"Time's up." Luna said as she swung her sword heavily and knocked Maoin's weapon out of her hands. The momentary shock was all Luna needed to put her sword up to the cat's neck, though didn't actually touch it in case she harmed her. "Checkmate. Firmer grip on your weapon, more over-all confidence. You got better at that towards the end though." Luna finished as she removed her sword and sheathed it. "Not bad and it more than helped warm me up Maoin." She added, her stoic face changing back into it's more happy form.

"So why did you pick this. . . What I can only assume is an incredibly uncomfortable position to sleep in?" Katherine had to ask. The cat slowly but steadily got to this point. It was odd in it's own right honestly. "If you've nothing better to do than sleep, you should go get food. The dolls will guide you and everything, you just need to help carry stuff." She explained again.

Day To Day Attire: Typically, Ante wears what is pictured above with varying cute outfits to suit taste. When there are sandstorms, the Bladedancer also has a hooded robe to help keep the sand out. During dance performances, Ante also wears a loose fitting garb that tends to catch in the wind a flow with the dance, making it seem busier than it is, yet more exciting.

Much like Auges, Ante stands at 4’6” and 126 pounds and appearing as a young child around 14.

Charismatic - Ante is great at making friends and talking to other people. Ante also can convince people with that natural cuteness.

Enhanced Physical Abilities - Ante’s Greatest Assets are the enhanced abilities that was received from the overflow from the Philosopher’s Stone.

Heightened Perception and Reflexes - Perhaps another side-effect from the influence of the unfinished Philosopher’s Stone, Ante’s body acts quicker and can register stimuli rapidly.

Weaknesses:

Impetuous: Ante tends to act before thinking and will tend to help people before considering anything else.

Lowered Magical Reserve: Due to the corruption of the Philosopher’s Stone, Ante has a lower magical reserve than before making it more difficult to cast multiple times.

Personality:Ante is a fairly social and friendly person who socially drinks (albeit a bit much.) At the same time, Ante greatly enjoys making a fool of others and playing jokes on them. Things change in combat however. In battle, Ante is lot more forceful albeit not always serious looking. Some have seen the Bladedancer playing with targets before cutting them down ruthlessly however painlessly. However, after the battle, Ante bathes in the laudation from fellow soldiers.

With Auges however, Ante is one of the sweetest kids you’ve ever seen to the point of have having a sibling complex to the point of just about doing anything for Auges, for Auges is the thinker of the two.

A listing of skills, such as horseback riding or cooking and abilities or magic. You can have a total of ten, but temper them to not be overly powerful - except one can be noticeably more powerful, usually the one skill/ability/magic/item that makes them recognizable.

• Elegant Bladedance (Master): Ante fights in an elegant dance, lightly stepping around in a sort of Danse Macabre. Truthfully, it is an actual improvised dance with a blade that uses precise movements and powerful cuts that flow from one strike to another.
• Arcane Magic (Expert): As far as magic goes, Ante was an Expert in Evocation before dying. It was always fun to throw explosive balls of fire at will. At the same time, as for learning from the Sage Julius, both the twins are skilled with Transmutation abilities with Ante’s skill much worse than Auges’ sitting at Expert level as well.
• Philosopher’s Stone’s Influence [Effective Artefact Influence]: Due to close proximity to the imperfect form of the Philosopher’s Stone, Ante was affected in a way unlike Auges. Due to the physical training that the Bladedancer went through, the stone heightened the effectiveness of the training and made Ante more powerful than someone of their age should be. As an alternate side-effect, it artificially allowed for more powerful spells to be cast, albeit at a reduction of amount of casts overall.
• Dance of Fate (Master): Over many years of dancing and the magical research on the Philosopher's Stone, Ante's dancing actually has a morale raising effect. Likewise, it can also have a morale decreasing affect. Typically, it has to do how one sees the dancer.
• Spell: Os Quod Ferro [Transmutation] A spell that increases the strength of human bones, to help reinforce the load Ante can pull.
• Spell: Magnus Igne Ardens [Evocation] This is a giant fireball that causes a giant conflagration in a large area. It takes much magical power to use, and it has limited usability for Ante. However, for the troops, this is the Bladedancer’s Signature spell.
• Infinitus Gladius (Artefact): The Infinitus Gladius is an ancient weapon said to be held by the First Line of Kings of Harena, made by an even older civilization. Many suspected the Emperor mad for giving this weapon out as the prize for the grand opening of the Coliseum, but he was merely excited to see such a young participant win against people three times older.
  
  “Gladius” is in fact, a misnomer. Rather than a sword, it is a weapon that can become any weapon that the user imagines. A sword, Axe, Whip. . . It’s normal form is that of a ring. It is also said to have Magical Energy flow through it that is greater than any normal weapon.

History

Backstory: Alongside Auges, Ante was born in the Capitol City of Harena in the Harenan Empire to a middle-class family. Of the two, Ante was the excitable one filled with unbridled friendliness and Auges was the knowledgeable one and with that, the two would explore the city.

One day while out on an expedition, the two came across a dancing studio, known for producing dancers for the many festivals that were held in town. Ante took note of the location and came back alone later. Telling them that they were interesting, Ante asked if it would be possible to take in a student. With a laugh, the Matron said that if the child could keep up with them well enough, she’d consider it.

Suffice to say, Ante passed.

Years later, when the twins were eight, a man came to their house. A man the two had seen before. A scholar by the name Julius. A friend of their parents. Apparently, he come on request of their parents to teach Auges magic. Not wanting to be seperated from the beloved sibling, Ante joined the two, however, Ante could not keep up with Auges in the department of magic. There was a clear difference of skill and not one that seemed likely to overcome.

Ante then took to the dancing studio, to practice with the troupe. There, Ante learned that there was a huge building going up, a so-called Coliseum. It was supposedly a large arena that allowed for hand to hand combat, boat warfare, chariot races and many other things. The Matron then mentioned that there was going to be a Grand Festival Tournament that the strongest warriors from the Empire would compete in. Thenit was decided, to make Auges give praise, Ante needed to be the victor at this Tournament. A childish dream, as children do.

The foolish child walked into the barracks and asked them help train. . . Before being kicked out for looks alone. “We don’t take girls to train.” The soldier said. Irritated for multiple reasons now, the child went back to the Matron for advice. Expecting such an outcome, the Matron introduce Ante to and instructor of a specific school of fighting that was considered all but defunct. Bladedancing. A combination of dancing and swordsmanship. It was a bit of something one should be skeptical of, but after witnessing it first hand, Ante was impressed.

Two years passed and the twins turned ten. Apparently, Auges and Julius made a grand discovery. Ante was unsure of what exactly it was, but congratulated them nonetheless. It was a rock, by all accounts. But it was to be a secret as well, still, just being around it made Ante feel stronger.

Still, the child could tell it was quite something just by being around it. Regardless, Ante continued training with the Bladedancer. The Instructor noticed that her pupil was progressing exceedingly fast within a couple of months and was impressed.

Years passed and, after proceeding quickly through training, the Coliseum finally opened. Using the skills of Bladedancing, Ante quickly pushed through to the finals over the course of a week, finally defeating the other finalist. Having impressed the Emperor, he gave the child an ancient weapon, “Infinitus Gladius.” A weapon that could turn into any weapon that it’s master could imagine.

In addition, Ante was granted a position as an Officer within the Military that was however decline. Ante’s number one priority of course was Auges. However, the Emperor at least asked if the youth would be a Beacon if conflict were to arise, as it seemed Naasha would attack any time now. Agreeing, Ante took the weapon and turned it into a ring to wear at all times.

It took a year or two but when they twins were 16 the First Naasha War occured. Ante took part in the frontlines as a guest commander and Beacon of Hope. Between the bladedancing and eventually pushing the Naashan forces back to their Capitol where they surrendered, the morale of Harena’s forces were incredibly high by the end of the war.

That said, the Council of Harena decided on harsh repayments from Naasha which heightened whatever tension there was during the time. Meanwhile, the soldiers returned home and were lauded as Heroes.

Ante joined the dancing troupe in celebrating the end of the war and was honorarily granted the title of Head of Ceremonies alongside the Emperor. However, the fun and games could not last forever.

During the journey of a peace mission to help the now impoverished Naasha, the twin’s teacher, Julius, was murdered. While realistically it was like sand marauders or bandits, many in Harena blamed Naasha and used it to fuel another war with the rival state. This was around the time the twins were 18. With the loss of Julius, Ante assisted Auges in whatever was needed to help work on the pet project they called, “The Philosopher’s Stone.” Unbeknowst to at least Ante, this was the object that slowed the aging process eternally.

Years later, tension between the nations rose again and when the twins were 22 war broke out between Harena and Naasha again. Naasha had this time, enlisted aid from an allied state that Harena had never interacted with before, but they brought massive beasts that could trample a normal man with little effort. The military equiped giant spears to counter these monstrosities and pushed back the Naasha again, sacking the city. It took a couple of years, but the brutal bloody war was complete.

After the war, Ante went out and assisted the Empire with various services from participating in the Coliseum and hosting tournaments to various other civil services. Meanwhile, those deeds were used to further the progression of the Philosopher’s Stone in terms of raw materials and food for the twins.

Soon, Ante found that both of the them were considered some sort of chosen by the gods. Auges was even called Saint for whatever healing power was used during and after the war. Still, Ante was happy just being around Auges. After many years, Ante became more and more irritable, unknown to the twins, the influence of the imperfect Stone affected their psyche in unexpected ways. Auges seemed to become more and more reclusive as time went on and this bothered Ante for the deep sibling love the two shared.

At the age of 42, however, things took a complete turn for the worst. Auges revealed that the stone needed one more thing to be completed, but even then only one of them could use it. Ante, irritable as it were, flew into a rage, claiming that Auges knew all along and planned to use it. Things escalated and Auges slew Ante then and there. During the scuffle, the Stone hand ended up on the ground next to Ante’s body. The Bladedancer’s last words were, “I love you, A...” and as Ante's blood seeped into the Stone... It was perfected.

Myth: Ante was attributed as an eternally young girl with perpetual youth alongside her sister Auges. She was a fearsome Bladedancer that sliced her foes up in a flurry. After winning the opening competition at the Coliseum at a young age, Ante was given a wonderful prize by the current emperor. The prize was an old artefact of the Empire called “Infinitus Gladius,” a weapon that could turn into any weapon as well as an officer position in the military after officer training. While the empire was not known for allowing women in the army, Ante was an exception. Ante declined the position within the military, albeit agreed to help in future wars.

Years later, the greatest rival to Harena, Naasha, attacked. The fighting was long, but Harena won and imposed harsh stipulations after many peace talks leaving high tensions between the nations. Ante was a well known figure in the conflict on the Harenan side and boosted morale.

After the war, Ante was lauded as a hero along all the other soldiers. She became the master of ceremony in Harena and participated in the Second Naashan War being a a Beacon of Hope. After this point, there were many mixed tales. Some say that the Bladedancer stayed forever young and live to this day and others say that she faded into obscurity only to be assumed dead, overshadowed by her sister’s accomplishments in the Third Naashan War. But most sources agree that Ante was instrumental in the successes of the First war and a Key Figure in the Second.

Maire is a gentle and mother-like figure. She tends to care for those that she is friendly with, which tends to be anyone that is not an enemy to her. She nurtures those in need, providing succor. Elsewise friendly and helpful to those otherwise.

However, to enemies, she is the very wrath of the natural world, most rueing the day that they crossed the Avatar of Callaeci. That said, it is rare she would outright kill anyone or anything. More often than not, she would capture them and deliver them to the humans that follow her for just punishment.

• Nature’s Tongue (Blessing): Maire can understand all creatures and speak the language of anyone in the direct vicinity of her. This also allows her to speak to animals and humans alike.
• Manipulation of Wind (Blessing): With her fusion with her Spirit of the Bird, she also gained the ability to manipulate the wind, changing the winds and being able to strike out with great blades of wind as well as grow a pair of wings.
• Grand Crystal of Callaeci (Artifact): The Grand Crystal of Callaeci is a crystalized essence of the The Goddess Callaeci brimming with powers over the earth. This crystal allows its owner to control plant life around to grasp things with the roots or grow, create water from nothing, tear the earth asunder or launch rocks, and create bright light though it's overall strength weakens the further out it gets. It is the grand artifact showing that one is an embodiment of nature itself. More often than not, she wears the crystal inside her.

History

Backstory:

Maire was born in the Forest Town of Derwent many, many years ago. A decently sized town, it’s population hovered around the realm of 200 or so people. They practiced an extensive form of Nature Worship with many of the young girls of the town practicing as Maiden Priestesses of the Nature Spirits. Maire was one of these girls.

The Forest Land of Callaeci is home to many animals and Spirits of Nature that resemble these animals. Each of the Maidens would then choose and imprint on one of these spirits. Maire’s was the spirit of a bird. They manifest themselves as a guardian for each maiden, mostly following them around as a permanent companion.

Maire was a special case among the other girls however. She seemed to have a natural disposition towards the forest and seemed to not frighten animals unless they were already on the defensive. Many believed this a blessing of the Goddess of the Forest and put her on a high pedestal.

At first, it made her uncomfortable. She pondered if she should be praised as she were. Was she such a blessed being? Soon though, she came to understand her place in the forest. As a favor to one of the older Maidens, Maire made a pilgrimage into a Sacred Grove, home of the Goddess of Callaeci, to deliver an offering. At first, there was nothing. Her eyes saw nothing, but her Guardian sensed something. Not long after, so did Maire. It was a great force. Not malevolent, just powerful.

Not wanting to make a scene, Maire delivered the offering at the alter as she was asked and did a short ritual and prayer to the Goddess of Callaeci. Before leaving, she felt a pang of shock through her body. She took it as a sign from the Goddess. Hopefully, it was that she did well.

She returned the next day and told of her journey and then of the small pang she felt. No one had a clue what that could have been, but all assumed it must have been because of the Goddess. The next morning, another of the Maidens found something weird on her. What looked like wooden horns. She was brought in front of the Elders of the Maidens and of Derwent. After recounting the available information, they all agreed it must be a sign of the Goddess of Callaeci.

Months passed. Soon enough, Maire decided to return to the Sacred Grove. She needed to know. Perhaps now the Goddess would speak to her. She went alone aside her Guardian. One thing different from last time was the massed amounts animals in the grove. Both prey and predator alike. Deer and wolf. Rabbit and bear.

A being moved towards her. It seemed ethereal, an enigma. It looked as a human woman, but felt far from it. It introduced itself as the Great Spirit Callaeci, what her people call the Goddess of Callaeci and she had chosen Maire to be her Avatar in the days to come. She had already started the process during Maire’s first visit and the only thing left was to become one with her Guardian.

As the highest goal of the Maidens was to watch the forest and heed it’s call, Maire had no choice but to answer in a positive to Callaeci. With that, Maire and her guardian were encased quickly in a tree that came from the ground beneath them.

A year later, the tree split open, revealing a new being. Very human, but not at all. Long hair that dropped to the ground, feathers covered the body, great antler-like tree branches from her head, and bird claws for toes. It was Maire. The same person on the inside albeit her physical appearance changed. Another thing she noticed was a crystal that was in her hand. She quickly found out with experimentation that it could do many things. Controlling water, plants and the earth itself.

She was curious as to the state of Derwent. She had no idea how long it had been since she disappeared. The trees seemed the same to her, but trees don’t age quickly.

As she returned to town, she noticed that it had expanded slightly, but not much. What she received when she entered were not as shocked as Maire would have imagined. They were peaceful. As if expecting an old friend. They were not phased in the slightest at her appearance. She returned to the temple to find that the Maidens were expecting her to return.

While slightly dismayed by their apparent ease at accepting her appearance, she was also happy. She fit back into society with apparent ease. One thing did change though. As she told her story, and why she became as she were, the Elders agreed and crowned her Avatar of Callaeci and Druid. She went about her business, with the additional duties of traveling the forest to make sure everything was in order.

Years passed, and generations have come and gone. Maire’s changed from a pious, naive youth to a wise and gentle matron. She made sure that the humans used the trees for lumber only as much as necessary and did not harm the the natural order. She made sure not to interfere in the natural order of things as the spirits and Maidens both approved.

One day, she received a premonition that soon a giant monstrosity would come to do harm to the forest. She merely assumed it was from Callaeci herself, and prepared for this beast. She was ill-prepared though, as the monster came sooner than expected, a dragon!

It was monster beyond what was expected. A flame spewing beast of which was larger than she was prepared for. She was no dragon slayer, but she did what she needed to do. She fought, and fought, and fought. Eventually, with the help of all the townspeople and the animals of the forest, they eventually won over the beast.

Sadly, the forest was mostly destroyed. To preserve the life of the forest, Maire, who was on the last leg of her life after the fight, and many of the spirits of the forest sacrificed themselves to restore what they could, and grow greenery out of the ashes of the dead.

Tales last through-out Illisk of the selflessness of Maire and those spirits that lost their existence.

Myth:

The stories say that Maire, Avatar of Callaeci, was a figure born of trees and friendly to humans. Many tell of the various innocents she helped, and of the many bandits, thieves and robbers she captured. All sources agree that she did in fact kill a dragon, although many disagree on the method and the amount of ways thought to do so differ as much as the amount of tribes that exist. Still, she lives on as a source of Heroism and as an inspiration to being motherly and kind to those you love.

Many suspected the Emperor mad for giving this weapon out as the prize for the grand opening of the Coliseum, but he was merely excited to see such a young participant win against people three times older.
  
  “Gladius” is in fact, a misnomer. Rather than a sword, it is a weapon that can become any weapon that the user imagines. A sword, Axe, Whip. . . It’s normal form is that of a ring. It is also said to have Magical Energy flow through it that is greater than any normal weapon.

History

Backstory: Alongside Auges, Ante was born in the Capitol City of Harena in the Harenan Empire to a middle-class family. Of the two, Ante was the excitable one filled with unbridled friendliness and Auges was the knowledgeable one and with that, the two would explore the city.

One day while out on an expedition, the two came across a dancing studio, known for producing dancers for the many festivals that were held in town. Ante took note of the location and came back alone later. Telling them that they were interesting, Ante asked if it would be possible to take in a student. With a laugh, the Matron said that if the child could keep up with them well enough, she’d consider it.

Suffice to say, Ante passed.

Years later, when the twins were eight, a man came to their house. A man the two had seen before. A scholar by the name Julius. A friend of their parents. Apparently, he come on request of their parents to teach Auges magic. Not wanting to be seperated from the beloved sibling, Ante joined the two, however, Ante could not keep up with Auges in the department of magic. There was a clear difference of skill and not one that seemed likely to overcome.

Ante then took to the dancing studio, to practice with the troupe. There, Ante learned that there was a huge building going up, a so-called Coliseum. It was supposedly a large arena that allowed for hand to hand combat, boat warfare, chariot races and many other things. The Matron then mentioned that there was going to be a Grand Festival Tournament that the strongest warriors from the Empire would compete in. Thenit was decided, to make Auges give praise, Ante needed to be the victor at this Tournament. A childish dream, as children do.

The foolish child walked into the barracks and asked them help train. . . Before being kicked out for looks alone. “We don’t take girls to train.” The soldier said. Irritated for multiple reasons now, the child went back to the Matron for advice. Expecting such an outcome, the Matron introduce Ante to and instructor of a specific school of fighting that was considered all but defunct. Bladedancing. A combination of dancing and swordsmanship. It was a bit of something one should be skeptical of, but after witnessing it first hand, Ante was impressed.

Two years passed and the twins turned ten. Apparently, Auges and Julius made a grand discovery. Ante was unsure of what exactly it was, but congratulated them nonetheless. It was a rock, by all accounts. But it was to be a secret as well, still, just being around it made Ante feel stronger.

Still, the child could tell it was quite something just by being around it. Regardless, Ante continued training with the Bladedancer. The Instructor noticed that her pupil was progressing exceedingly fast within a couple of months and was impressed.

Years passed and, after proceeding quickly through training, the Coliseum finally opened. Using the skills of Bladedancing, Ante quickly pushed through to the finals over the course of a week, finally defeating the other finalist. Having impressed the Emperor, he gave the child an ancient weapon, “Infinitus Gladius.” A weapon that could turn into any weapon that it’s master could imagine.

In addition, Ante was granted a position as an Officer within the Military that was however decline. Ante’s number one priority of course was Auges. However, the Emperor at least asked if the youth would be a Beacon if conflict were to arise, as it seemed Naasha would attack any time now. Agreeing, Ante took the weapon and turned it into a ring to wear at all times.

It took a year or two but when they twins were 16 the First Naasha War occured. Ante took part in the frontlines as a guest commander and Beacon of Hope. Between the bladedancing and eventually pushing the Naashan forces back to their Capitol where they surrendered, the morale of Harena’s forces were incredibly high by the end of the war.

That said, the Council of Harena decided on harsh repayments from Naasha which heightened whatever tension there was during the time. Meanwhile, the soldiers returned home and were lauded as Heroes.

Ante joined the dancing troupe in celebrating the end of the war and was honorarily granted the title of Head of Ceremonies alongside the Emperor. However, the fun and games could not last forever.

During the journey of a peace mission to help the now impoverished Naasha, the twin’s teacher, Julius, was murdered. While realistically it was like sand marauders or bandits, many in Harena blamed Naasha and used it to fuel another war with the rival state. This was around the time the twins were 18. With the loss of Julius, Ante assisted Auges in whatever was needed to help work on the pet project they called, “The Philosopher’s Stone.” Unbeknowst to at least Ante, this was the object that slowed the aging process eternally.

Years later, tension between the nations rose again and when the twins were 22 war broke out between Harena and Naasha again. Naasha had this time, enlisted aid from an allied state that Harena had never interacted with before, but they brought massive beasts that could trample a normal man with little effort. The military equiped giant spears to counter these monstrosities and pushed back the Naasha again, sacking the city. It took a couple of years, but the brutal bloody war was complete.

After the war, Ante went out and assisted the Empire with various services from participating in the Coliseum and hosting tournaments to various other civil services. Meanwhile, those deeds were used to further the progression of the Philosopher’s Stone in terms of raw materials and food for the twins.

Soon, Ante found that both of the them were considered some sort of chosen by the gods. Auges was even called Saint for whatever healing power was used during and after the war. Still, Ante was happy just being around Auges. After many years, Ante became more and more irritable, unknown to the twins, the influence of the imperfect Stone affected their psyche in unexpected ways. Auges seemed to become more and more reclusive as time went on and this bothered Ante for the deep sibling love the two shared.

At the age of 42, however, things took a complete turn for the worst. Auges revealed that the stone needed one more thing to be completed, but even then only one of them could use it. Ante, irritable as it were, flew into a rage, claiming that Auges knew all along and planned to use it. Things escalated and Auges slew Ante then and there. During the scuffle, the Stone hand ended up on the ground next to Ante’s body. The Bladedancer’s last words were, “I love you, A...” and as Ante's blood seeped into the Stone... It was perfected.

Myth: Ante was attributed as an eternally young girl with perpetual youth alongside her sister Auges. She was a fearsome Bladedancer that sliced her foes up in a flurry. After winning the opening competition at the Coliseum at a young age, Ante was given a wonderful prize by the current emperor. The prize was an old artefact of the Empire called “Infinitus Gladius,” a weapon that could turn into any weapon as well as an officer position in the military after officer training. While the empire was not known for allowing women in the army, Ante was an exception. Ante declined the position within the military, albeit agreed to help in future wars.

Years later, the greatest rival to Harena, Naasha, attacked. The fighting was long, but Harena won and imposed harsh stipulations after many peace talks leaving high tensions between the nations. Ante was a well known figure in the conflict on the Harenan side and boosted morale.

After the war, Ante was lauded as a hero along all the other soldiers. She became the master of ceremony in Harena and participated in the Second Naashan War being a a Beacon of Hope. After this point, there were many mixed tales. Some say that the Bladedancer stayed forever young and live to this day and others say that she faded into obscurity only to be assumed dead, overshadowed by her sister’s accomplishments in the Third Naashan War. But most sources agree that Ante was instrumental in the successes of the First war and a Key Figure in the Second.

I've been looking for an excuse to make a trap character and it could be really fun to play around with this.

This makes me think of Fate a bit with the Heroes from the past bit. XD

Another thrown weapon? Well, that itself was easy enough. She didn't have a shield or anything and attempting to parry it in midair was a bit risky, so the only option was to dodge. Luna jumped out to her left. She could roll to her feet again hopefully in enough to to nullfy any advantage Maoin would have. The problem came with Maoin dashing around to do something. The cat hit her foot hard enough to throw her off her mark a bit. She expected a roll forward and a spin around, but instead she made a thump on the ground and slid for a small bit. She adjusted quickly and rose to her feet quickly. "Geez, wasn't completely expecting that. I'll keep it in mind."

"You have my thanks, Miren." Kozue said as she went to study the books.

Eith made herself comfortable on a chair, just watching Kozue and Miren converse about. . . Whatever. Eith didn't particularly care. Or perhaps she just couldn't. Regardless, Miren eventually walked over and talked to her. "Nice? I don't think I've noticed. That one typically just glares at me and calls me a demon or something." Not that it was untrue. Her roots were apparently in Hell, or so Myrilla had said. She couldn't really know with this cap on her thought process. "Not that it bothers me. I don't think I could."

"I wouldn't say jealous. Selfish maybe. What's mine is mine after all." Katherine said, practically ignoring the cat rubbing her head into her chest. "I'm surprised you think I've had time the last day or two to actually do anything aside take care of you. Besides, two of them show up when they please and the other I've yet to introduce you to yet. Well, not that I don't have more, but they seem to be the 'best'." Katherine said, wondering if there were many other people really.

"Let's not keep this up much longer. Or, perhaps, we won't keep this up much longer." Luna said, taking note of Maoin's condition. She's exagerrated her movements a bit, but she hadn't felt any more tired from the effort. Maoin on the other hand, was looking tired. Luna decided that now was the time to push for it. She put her sword into a doublehanded grip and charged at the cat. She was ready to finish this in a few strikes. All she needed was one good solid hit from the butt of her sword. She wasn't letting Maoin escape this time.

"Oh, very well." Kozue said, looking at the organization of books. It was definitely organized as the rabbit girl had said. "Many thanks Ina...Ba?" Well, the word easily described the girl in front of her. She was a rabbit. "You're helping me very much and I'm here without your name." She added, looking the rabbit in the eyes.

"Are you some kind of idiot." Katherine said, hiding a slight look of disgust. This cat didn't quite understand what she was doing, did she? "Stop that, I'm being serious here." Katherine added as she stood and moved the cat's arms up as if she were on a cross like some martyrful prophet. "I'm just measuring you. And you shouldn't try such a thing in this unsightly cloth." She took the measurements as quickly as she could, having her doll make notes on her designs. "Done. Now put these on." The Puppetmaster commanded as she tossed a dress back at the cat. It would fit as the same one as yesterday and was not nearly as comfortable as the sleepwear. "We don't need people's eyes on you if you leave the house. You are mine after all."

A thrown dagger? How crude. Yet, as Luna watched the cat throw it, it was easy enough to dodge by pulling the entirety of her torso to the left and extending her left foot out a bit. That was more than enough distance to escape certain death. Now the cat was aiming at something. Not that Luna'd let up. It was simple enough to parry the cat's thrust. Maoin could do it to her in the same circumstances. Normally, she'd retaliate with a kick, but her current stance wouldn't allow for it. Rather, she took the moment to instead swing back at Maoin, just to gain some distance.

"If you're willing to help, I'll take you up on the offer." Still, it left a weird feeling in Kozue. "And you have no desire for anything in return?" She had to ask. There didn't seem to be much of anyone willing to do things for free around town. Kozue had learned from experience and word of mouth. "Well, if you could guide me that would be appriciated."

"Making that outfit you liked at the shop. I told you yesterday didn't I?" Katherine said, making a slight change to the plan she had. "Actually, get down here and take your clothes off and put these on." Katherine said whilst grabbing a couple of things. A piece of tape she used for measuring. She needed the cat's measurements after all. She also grabbed two pieces of clothing. "Undergarments. So you're not completely bare." They weren't exactly pretty, but they did their job.
