Nick looked to the woman, nervous expression still on his face, and did his best to smile. Of course, it came of as a smirk, but that wasn't his intention.
"Well, as much as love to do that, I wouldn't be much use if I couldn't use my weapons, would I?" He still raised his hands though, trying to go for a placating gesture and hoping she wouldn't just shoot him.
Not that she didn't have every right to...
"Listen, I'm not here to hurt you. I don't like raiders almost as much as I don't like killing."
He jumped in fear when a few more figures jumped into the truck, one of them carrying a small child. He smiled uneasily at the mans words, nodding.
"Don't worry, I get it. But I still plan to help, and I can't do that sitting at gunpoint. If you stop aiming your guns at me, I can help out, and even direct you to the bush the kid who asked me to help was hiding in."
Finally, he turned to the girl who noted the number of weapons he had on him.
"Yeah, I summoned them outside... whatever field is stopping powers. I can't desummon them right now though, or control them. If I could, I'd have saved you all in a couple of minutes, top."
And then he addressed the person in the drivers seat.
"So are we waiting for anyone else? Because I get the feeling we don't have long before those raiders attack us, so if we can get out of here, we're gonna want to do it now.

"Oh, I know a little..." Sage said, almost a little embarrassed by what his socially deprived brain decided was praise. "I know enough to fulfil my duties as a sage, although I'd definitely like to learn a little more."
He looked to the girl who he was sure was the partner of the creature beneath the ground, one eyebrow raised even as she continued to glare at him.
"So wait, does that mean that creature under the ground isn't your familiar?" He asked, confused. "I was so sure you would be, considering the way the spirits said you were leading it around with your staff. Unless that was just a coincidence, in which case we may need to prepare for a fight..."

"C... Cobras!" Joseph whined in his sleep, moving from side to side in the chair. "Cobras with chainsaws... The assassins... They finally found me! Snakes for arms and chainsa-"
And then he leant a little too far forward, falling out of the chair entirely. Seemingly in a daze, his eyes blinked open, staring around at a room which quite clearly was not his alley.
"Huh... What? Where..."
And then he looked around the room, his eyes quickly focusing on Olivia, and his memories of the previous night returning to him like he was hit by a truck.
"Olivia!" He shouted, shooting to his feet so quickly its a miracle he didn't go straight through the ceiling. "Hey, are you alright? How are you doing? Do you want me to call the doctor? I should probably call the doctor. Are you alright?"
He barely breathed as he spoke, each question taking a second at best to escape him. However, after he finished, he realised that an onslaught of questions wouldn't really help her right now, and took a deep breath to calm himself down, slapping the sides of his face lightly. Once he felt adequately in control of his own thoughts once again, he turned back to Olivia, a smile that he hoped looked confident and reassuring on his face.
"Uh, sorry about that. I guess I just got a little nervous." He looked at the clock, which told him it was about five o'clock. "Well, at least you weren't out for very long. I was pretty worried you'd be down for longer..."

So just making sure I don't step on anyone's toes before I try to apply, nobodies looking at Australia, Papua New Guinea and New Zealand at the moment, are they? Because I wouldn't want to make an app for them if someone else has asked and the map/roster just hasn't been updated or anything.

Unfortunately, I can't actually use discord, because circumstances in real life have forced me to use my crappy old iPhone 5, which refuses to update for whatever reason, to RP. So my phone can't download it.
I'm still staying though, but if you don't mind me asking, what exactly did happen? Was it just everyone leaving, or was it something else?
