Good news, I'm not failing out of my cooking course tomorrow! Bad news, it's only because I nearly sliced a chunk off my finger practicing for it and needed stitches.

Al too was in no mood for jokes. In fact, he was finding himself in a position that scared and confused him, even more than the rest of the whole ordeal had.
"I think a little bit of me is gonna die just by saying this, but I think I actually agree with him." He said, turning to Na. "Everything thats gone wrong over the last few days has been related to him in some way. Hell, he's being chased by, what, the mafia?! If we stay with him, we'll die. No if, just when. That's why we've gotta leave now, when he's actually giving us the chance."

Bah, this isn't rotting away yet! I'm pretty sure the only reason it even slowed down was because everyone was waiting for me to post, while I was delaying it until I could get good enough at this new job to not drop dead whenever I make it home. But now that I've accepted that it'll never happen, I'll get more posts out, and everything'll go back to normal!

Well, he won't actually see her in a rival, at least in anything other than the friendliest sense. It's just that he's also kind of chuunibyo-ey, so depending on how it goes, he may declare her 'his glorious, eternal rival' or something like that.

Jeremy asked, both surprised to see that the woman who'd been shouting abuse at him and the others from before had decide to follow him, and momentarily confused at just what the hell she was talking about. "What're you even saying? We don't have a budget, we're a diner. I-, wait, are you saying you still think this is a friggin prank?!"
He threw his arms up into the air in frustration.
"OH. MY. GOD. NO." He said in exasperation. "How can this even be a prank anymore. Like, physically, how would that be possible. I mean, watch this!"
And then he ran around to the front of the diner, waved his hands around and jumped a bit, before running back.
"Tell me, what kind of budget would I need to completely ignore physics and build a set that bends space and time? Because I'll bet its beyond the price range of a small diner in the middle of nowhere!"
And then he paused, realising that Negan had been with him when he ran around to the front, and yet he hadn't returned. He spun quickly back to look in that direction, vaguely realising that he'd just said something about going to the police station.
"What, no!" He said, following him. "Wait up a sec Negan, have you never watched a horror movie before? We can't keep splitting the party! That's actual suicide at this point! No, I say we try and find Venkman. This seems like a pretty messed up, dangerous place, but I reckon it's a fair bit less dangerous with a laser gun, ya know? Also… well… the police station is down near the lake… and it's really misty down there… and can we please not?"

Sorry I didn't get anything out, I've been kinda dead from work recently. I dunno how long it might take, but hopefully I'll be able to get something out either tomorrow or on the weekend.
