Well, besides him trying to hurt you, I can't really think of any that can track him exactly. Meta tracking stuff will onky give you a general area of around a 10-20 ft radius at best(Metas with these abilities) and 10-20 meters at worst(Meta tracking devices).

@AcerRo I just realized that Damien could possibly beat Eli, cause of advanced healing and his ability to absorb energy. Insomnium could also trap him in a shadow construct, siphoning out the oxygen with special vents and fans to keep him from trying bust out of them.

@Archmage MC Insomnium will gladly pick a fight with Light, as he's currently insane to the umpteenth degree. Plus, fight between the two would be awesome. If you want to Collab, though, it'll have to be in the PMs

@AcerRo Yes, yes I am. Kuro didn't know that there were people other tham Cer and William that knew of his abilities, so if Cedric or Nathan spill the beans, Kuro's going to probably spend all of his time in the zone to hide from Eli, who is not a guy you want to be mad at you.

Also,@Letter Bee I don't think your writing skills are the issue here. Leadership is hard, even when it's fictional, and people make mistakes and not everyone cut out for it. Maybe Cedric was a brilliant soldier, but that win't make him a good leader, especially since he's only 20 years old. I say take these mistakes and use them to raise Cedric higher, have him learn from them. Every leader makes mistakes, but a good one doesn't focus on them. And as a GM, I think you're doing fine.

Kuro was walking through the Reformist HQ, bored as hell, when he heard some yelling coming from the infirmary area. Curious to see what was going on, he saw a 3 guts and a girl discussing something, though Kuro didn't care enough to pay attention. He did, however, see a wondeful pranking opportunity set before him.

Kuro . . . Jackson warned. Don't do it, man, this looks like something serious and we shouldn't interrupt

Kuro sneaked into the room,slipping into the Zone as he approached his targets, ignoring everythi g they were saying in preference for his own thoughts on those gathered. Their was a scary looking dude who'd be skipped the stripping but would be subjected to marker doodles, two other guys who was going to be stripped to his underwear, a woman to be pantsed and that's it. He shivered to thinj what Cer might do to him if she found out he used his power to strip a woman, he didn't know the full extent of her energy manipulation, and didn't want to find out by having her use it on him.

Refocusing on his task he drew a bunch of warts, penises, poop piles, and a moustache on the scary looking dude(Eli), Stripped the other two(Nate and Cedric) and pulled the woman's pant's down. He took the collected clothing and placed it neatly on a bed, then walked over to a far corner to watch the chaos that was sure to come. Once he had reached said corner, each person would be able to notice what happened to them and react accordingly.
