Itsuki didn't reply, merely rolling his eyes in exasperation as he headed in the direction of the clinic, sparing another quick glance in the direction of the white clad individual he saw in the distance while Rin wasn't looking in order to be sure they weren't following the two. While he was confident he could deal with a single Dove easily enough, there was always the issue that it would only bring and more of the white coated bastards on them faster than you could blink, especially in this ward.

Luckily, the Dove didn't seem to pay them any mind, and thus he was able to relax a little, though not too much. Turning back to look at Rin, the two would head back to the clinic in silence, as Itsuki couldn't really think of anything to say. Words were never his speciality, even when he was younger, he usually showed how he felt through what he did rather than what he said. While he didn't necessarily mind the quiet, he figured from the girl's comment that she wasn't happy with him, and while he couldn't think of why she'd be angry with him at the moment([i]she wasn't this annoyed on the walk over here, so it couldn't be because of the fight. . . could it?[i]), he didn't want the two to leave this walk on bad terms.

"So . . . how've you been?"

Moments like this almost make me wish I was back in the 24th. At least there, I didn't have to worry about this sort of crap, just whether or not I'm about to get jumped when I turn the next corner.

Looking at from that perspective, it also helps explain why fusions like Sugulite and Malachite don't work out as well. They're born of more negative emotions than other fusions, as well as lacking any reall high points when they come together. Thus, the fusions come out monstrous, dangerous, and with a tendency to take over the gems within them(a problem that doesn't seem to happen with the other fusions). This also makes me wonder if the emotional state of the two gems while they attempt to fuse could possible change how they look, or even what kind of fusion they become? If Amethyst and Garnet were to fuse again, for example, would they still be as unpredictable and dangerous, or would Amethyst's more mature nature help calm them down, possibly shifting their form to one that is less disasterous.

@DesperatePersonI don't think you need to actually do that since Kronshi had access to your previous stuff through other accounts, since he did let you post the character(I'd probably ask him just to be sure though). I'djust go on and introduce your gem to the ensuing confrontation, but again, probably be best to double check with the GM(s)

Probably because Lapiz is a pro of just going with the flow and really just doesn't care enough about it.

Also, the Road Runner/Wile Coyote nature of this episode was great, especially when Peri and the monster made their own people/monster shaped holes.
