Team Moves
When you share a triumphant celebration with someone, ask them if there is any fear in their
eyes when they look at you. If they say no, take +1 forward and mark potential. If they say yes,
immediately shift your Danger up and Savior down.

When you share a vulnerability or weakness with someone, tell them how they could stop you, if
it came down to it. Give them Influence over you and clear a condition.

Reality Storm: You channel a destructive burst
with your powers. Spend 1 burn to directly
engage a threat using your powers, rolling +
Freak instead of + Danger. If you do, you will
cause unwanted collateral damage unless you
spend another burn

Move: Spend 1 burn to move to any place you
choose within the scene, breaking through or
slipping past any barriers or restraints in your
way. Spend a second burn to move to any place
you’ve previously been.

Constructs: Spend 1 burn to create any
object with your powers, up to the size of a
person. Spend an additional burn to animate
it independently of yourself. The construct
dissolves at the end of the scene.

Elemental Awareness: Spend 1 burn and mark
a condition to open your mind up to the world
around you with your powers. You can ask any
one question about the world around you, and
the GM will answer honestly.

Backstory

When did you first use your powers?
"Well, I've technically been using them my whole life, being the bastard Cambion son of Asmodeus -the demon lord of Lust, in case you aren't knowledgeable about that sort of thing- tends to give you a set of supernatural perks and drawbacks, but the instance where I first actively used them was when a bunch of guys tried to kick my ass cause he caught me talking to his girlfriend . . . okay, more like he saw ne making out with her in a shed, bjut I still think he overreacted a tad with the lead pipes. Anyway, I was getting beat pretty bad, but I felt more outraged and incredulous than scared. Some part me couldn't believe they had the nerve to strike at me. I usually don't pay attention to that side of me, tends to give very bad, very illegal ideas, but in that moment I kinda gave into it. Next thing I know, they're all on the ground bruised, beaten, naked, and utterly broken in spirit. Even to this day, I have no ifdea what happened to them. Anytime anyone brings it up, they shut down, and if any of them see even a picture of me, they breakdown into tears."

"So yeah, can we move on to another question?"

Who was thee first person you hurt with your powers?
"Besides those guys I traumatized? Well, I'd have to say my mom, though indirectly. You see, she liked this guy and he made her really happy and everything couldn't possibly be better, right? Then I decide to look into his mind and see what he was really like, as I didn't like him myself. Before I got involved, he was a pretty swell guy, but after I rummaged through his head? Turned into a sex-crazed lunatic within a week, unable to deal with the echoes of my presence in his head."

"Can you ask me a question that isn't a total bummer, please! This trip down memory road is getting very unpleasant."

Who, outside the team, helps you control your powers?
"Oh, that's easy. My mom has always had a way of calming down my . . . less pleasant urges. I don't know why she's able to do it, but your ass I'm forever grateful for her."

"See, that was much better. Now, keep it up And we might get through this without me bailing out."

Why do you continue to use your powers?
"Well . . . because if I don't use them, I'll never learn how to control them. I can feel myself get stronger everyday, and with that, I feel as if I have to fight that much harder to stay in control of myself. These powers aren't nice, they aren't pleasant, but I'm stuck with them, so might as well use 'em help people, right?"

"That question was a bit iffy, but I'll let it go. But I'm watching you."

Why do you care about the team?
"Well, cause they're all awesome for one, and for two, I like hanging around them. Keep me feeling grounded, keep me feeling human. Speaking of human, I've still got to show Riley the glory that is Game of Thrones. I'm sure she'll like it, maybe. If not, hey,she learns more about human culture either way. Also, need to see if I can figure out who Swarm is. Invasion of privacy? maybe. A fun game of deduction and clue hunting? Definitely. Oh, don't tell her about the game, she'll probably get mad.Andrea. . . I don't think she likes me very much. No idea why though, I've never done anything to her and I've only done sone casual flirting here and there. Do you think it's the demon thing, cause I'm thinking it's the demon thing."

"So we're done now, right? Huh, that wasn't so bad. Well, near the end it wasn't. The beginning was horrible, but overall, a decent interview. Later."

We destroyed our surroundings in the fight. Where was it? What did we destroy?

Jaden Locke & Skorupi: Trainer House: Room #4

While the Marill announced her chosen name and determination to grow with much vigor and energy, the Skorupi didn't seem nearly as enthused. Her light blue eyes watched as the fox scattered away after Arceus knows what, but since her knew trainer didn't seem to notice, she didn't feel the need to alert him. Instead, she thought about a name that she'd like to have, since she'd been given the choice.

"Jacqueline . . . call me Jackie for short." Looking up at her trainer, she reached a hand up to feel the singed bits of her hair, remembering how this man had taken the time to care for her when she had been his foe just moments before. "I'm glad that you saw it in your heart to tale pity on a former foe, Master, and I'll do my best to serve you to the best of my ability."

Jaden nodded as his two knew Pokemon introduced themselves, though the Skorupi's add on to that made him both blush and flinch slightly. He hoped that he'd be able to get her to stop calling him 'Master' soon, cause he still didn't like that title at all.

[color=Ivory]"Well, Azzie and Jacqueline, it's a pleasure to make your acquaintance and I hope we grow to be good friends on the journey to come. Also, Jacqueline, I'd prefer it if you'd call me by my name okay? Being called master is a bit . . . weird, to say the least. At this, the poison-type tilted their head in what seemed to be confusion, the way she felt at where her ponytails had used to be not lost on Jaden.

"But isn;t it a form of respect to call your trainer 'Master', Master?"

"Well, in most cases yes but-

"Then there's no problem with me addressing you as such. You are my trainer, and because of this distinction, I must do as you say, support as best I can, and show you the utmost respect. To do any less would make me undeserving of this second chance that you've given me. Jacqueline's light eyes stared directly into his own, the earnest nature in them breaking down any argument he could come up with as the white haired youth let out a sigh of defeat.

Jaden couldn't help but notice that the Skorupi looked rather pleased with herself, in that self-contained, introverted way she carried herself with. Turning to ask Vix for some help on explaining the issue, he was instead met with empty space.

Jaden watched Clara out of the corner of his eye, noting how not even a word was put up in response. Seeing her be so submissive before him was saddening, he was so used to her speaking out against everything. And yet now, he could almost feel her desire to get away from him, could see it through the way she walked, how she held herself, how she looked at him as if he was a stranger, or worse, a monster. He couldn't blame her for these feelings, she had been manipulated into such an intense a lurid affair only to wake up to piles of corpses and the man she knew as her mentor claiming responsibility for everything that happened. If he were in her shoes, she'd be leery of being near such a person as well, but he still felt some form of hurt deep inside.

More than anything, however, he felt that he had failed his charge. It had been his duty for centuries to watch over her, protect her, and do his best to guide her, but somewhere along the line, he'd grown complacent. He'd simply gotten used to life in control, had forgotten what exactly he had become all those years ago. And she had almost paid the price for his failure . . . just like Diane had, becoming nothing but a lust-filled shell of who they used to be. The thought nearly caused Jaden to break down again, but he held himself together, leading his charge out of the debauched tomb and to the car. However, as Jaden took the wheel, a familiar stubbornness would set itself on his features, placing his hands at the proper positions upon the steering wheel.

"Nice and easy, Jaden . . . nice and easy."

Unfortunately for Jaden and Clara, feeding the former's inner demon did little to improve his driving ability, and his current emotional state actually made him an even worse driver than before. The front of the car was covered in a number of dents and debris from the many things that had collide with it, and Jaden was currently laying his head against the wheel, trying not to think about the dog he'd tried to avoid. The operative word being 'tried'.

"Well then, this day is just getting better and better. Jaden pinched the bridge of his nose as he got out of the car, offering to help Clara as well if she wished to accept. Once inside, he'd wave off any of the serving staff and simply go to his study, where he'd wait for Clara to come and demand answers, as he was sure she'd come to do. He half-expected her to leave him as soon as possible, and while that would probably hurt him deeply, he couldn't very well force her to stay in the same house s the man who violated her, no matter how out of his control the situation had been. It was all his fault, and he'd accept the consequences of his actions.
