Being truly on my own is a bit of a weird feeling. It's never really happened.

Let it never be said that sometimes extreme brevity isn't the most appropriate post, though. Everything is a tool.

What.

Well, you said Fanilly's not evil, an assassin, or a whatever, so...
And there we go.

Once Fanilly reaches the Princess, something's going to happen.

And no, Fanilly is also not secretly evil/an assassin/whatever.

Lesbian Kidnapper Alien from Outer Space.
To Tyaethe, politics is the art of being the loudest and fastest you can get away with.
Tyaethe was brought out of her confused stupor by the half-dwarf's ribald comment. In the general scheme of things, she wasn't actually opposed to such observations. Given their surroundings it went from 'amusing but blunt' to 'when did she start drinking?' Of course dwarves were stubborn and hard-headed, so any reprimand would require a little more emphasis than normal.

Hence stretching and cuffing the girl round the back of the head. "We're knights and not allowed to say that at balls."

Draining the rest of her beer in a move completely counter to her reprimand, Tyaethe's eyes fixed once again on the princess. Gillian was currently holding her attention but it would be a poor idea for someone so mercenary to report on the knights' actions, particularly as he had no reason ti display the necessary loyalty to the captain. Resolved to prevent any miscommunication, the undead paladin used her small size to slip through the crowd, gain another beer, and squeeze to the princess's size. There was some elbowing involved and the threat of being poked 'by accident' with a sword but overall, nothing disruptive.

"The Captain had a highly successful first mission, surrounding and exterminating the bandits, and getting the better of the Three Hundred-Man Slayer in her first experience of real combat. The lone casualty was to the hands of that vile fiend,"
Tyaethe proclaimed, nodding authoritatively,
"The only time any knights were placed in jeopardy were those who thought to act outside of their ranks."

Speech over, the paladin hoped that the princess would recognise her despite the odd size. Her sword had to be quite well known...
Fanilly will be accidentally engaged to the princess and we'll have to unexpectedly prepare for a wedding.

Or all the food will turn into candy and make Tyaethe sad as all her marmalade is wasted. D:
I just know the setting really well. xD
Well, this took a most disconcerting trend IC. D:
Lost on what I should have Viviane do beyond get someone to announce her finally since her pride demands such

Only Fanilly has questioned who Tyaethe is, so that's an avenue.

She's the most well-known non-captain knight just by sheer age. And nobody was expecting this tiny thing. xD

@IceHeart - Aww, shucks you. I would be interested in seeing Julianna attempt to persuade Marianne into thinking more along her mindset. Though that'd be a hefty challenge because there are decades of tradition to undo.

How could you betray something as adorable as Fanilly!? D:

Absolutely adorable.

That would just mean even more pouting!
