Worth noting is that, given she's not physically present at all, Merilia is essentially incapable of interfering with proceedings even with magic. Unless the target is willing to stay perfectly still for a protracted period of time. xD

The howling wind was followed by a much more subdued and brief thrumming, along with an ominous build-up that could only be associated with powerful magic. The result was nowhere near as alarming as the rabbit's appearance--it was easy to miss the change on first glance. Kneeling off to one side, yet distinctly above the ground itself, was a small figure in foreign clothing, apparently cataloguing every minor error with the previous teleportation.

The clothes, though resembling Nori's, appeared far more expensive: when it caught the light, white rabbit-like shapes could be seen in the fine blue silk, and no practical clothing would ever have such long sleeves or as elaborate a belt. The person wearing it was distinctly familiar, since her face was on one of Candaeln's many portraits.

Merilia, former Knight-Witch of the Iron Roses, had returned. Only, it obviously wasn't in body: the descending flour fell straight through her and she cast no shadow. It seemed that Akitsushima was too much to her tastes for the archmage to leave for good.

This is acknowledged earlier in Mercenary5's app: "Perhaps soon this youthful innocence [a body spared of scars and ugliness due to a soft and easy lifestyle] will fall by the wayside."

The word "perhaps" is used because this clause is contingent on situations the GM throws at him. He himself will not decide who attacks him when, neither as an OOC player nor an IC character.

Now you're talking about a completely separate person to the one that things this is a perfectly safe place.

"The declining Order, the nobleman thought,..." Is a character allowed to believe the Order is declining even if it isn't?

Short of arguing for the exact positioning of subordinate clauses in every sentence to be exactingly weighed up, it's still easily read as "the nobleman thought that a declining order is a safe place to put someone". In total contrast to reality. The alternative, that the noble is actually delusional enough to believe that the knightly order that lost their captain fighting a rebellion and replenished itself in short order is safe and in decline would be putting words in someone else's mouth.

I missed the skills section too. One line improperly formatted was easy to miss... <_<

• Personality: Fundamentally extremely misanthropic and determined to seek revenge on everyone else for having to be and act as a witch, despite having no real desire to do this herself. As someone who's never been free to make her own decisions nor shown anything except the expectation that she be an evil witch, kindness earns a much less vicious response. She also likes girls in cute clothes, sincere men that don't talk much, and dislikes muscles--a combination of likes and dislikes obviously not suited to ancient Greece.
  Without as much of a desire to keep up with other Servants and 'win', her spellcasting is most likely to be far more subdued, even where it touches on high speed divine words--forbidden magic and laser bombing runs are forbidden for a reason.

Not to put too fine a point on it, but...

It would probably be better to assume that they'd already joined? There's no reason for every new character to manually apply when it can just be assumed they've been in the background. Don't need padding.

Especially because this is basically dinner or later. Not really a time of day to be walking up like that... >_>

@VitaVitaAR I made the edit to his power. I also added a stipulation that he can only spin complete objects, so as that he can't directly break things by rotating only one part while the rest remains stationary.

Does this include not touching someone's clothes and spinning them around so that a shirt effectively decapitates, cuts off legs, and cuts off arms? D:

... or just some sort of limitation on spinning things not overcoming basic physical properties so easily that clothing is a person-specific saw of doom.

Telekinetic powers are so easily turned into gore. xD
