Being truly on my own is a bit of a weird feeling. It's never really happened.

Let it never be said that sometimes extreme brevity isn't the most appropriate post, though. Everything is a tool.

Hanako

A child... the children thought she was a child too... as if there wasn't anything more soul-crushing than her appearance, it would be that. Surely Hanako had grown at least a bit since she was in elementary school? Not that an outward observer would really be able to pick up on it, with the girl sullenly doodling in imaginary dirt on the shrine floor. "I'm seventeen..."

Sir Lancelot

"Sir Bedivere... no, I don't believe that he knew. Aside from myself and the wizard, only those who could be described as the king's immediate family were aware of the truth," Lancelot stated, thinking. Obviously, especially with the advantage of hindsight, it would have been impossible for Merlin to arrange everything without having known the truth from the beginning. And the definition of immediate family managed to include even Mordred. "But... don't make things harder for Tristan's Master. He's going to be sad enough already..."

The knight turned slightly to look at Mordred's Master, doing his best to ignore the barb about charming women. That was hardly his intention... and it was somewhat amusing to see that somehow, a Master even smaller than the rebellious knight had been the one to summon her. No doubt Mordred had gotten some amusement out of that advantage.

"It is good to meet you, Miss Kobayashi. If you might excuse me, I need to pay for these and deliver them?"

Gilgamesh

Quite possibly his Master had dropped behind for a few moments to give Waver a warning that he was on his way. If that was the case, the King would allow it; this would be better than Lord El-Melloi making a fool out of himself. He would even be generous enough to grant a few seconds more of warning himself: as Gilgamesh drew closer to the office, there was the unmistakeable but soft sound of metal armour, before a golden figure stepped through into the office, crimson gaze fixed on Waver Velvet--waiting for a response.
Even the children. D:
@1Charak2 Also Melt has no feeling in her hands.

She's an asshole but kind of bad luck in that department.
Hanako

"Ah, no, I don't mind..." Hanako mumbled, looking at the girls and feeling a twinge of irritation. They were nearly the same size as her... and she had the advantage of a hat! The world just wasn't fair sometimes. "Um... do you want my number...?"

If she was going to run off to find Himeko then Nico might end up in trouble, right? If she was in trouble she'd almost certainly call for help, and Hanako would at least be nearby if not already back there... if she could work out how to leave some children at the shrine where it was safe.

Maybe she could come up with another washing machine excuse...

@Ammokkx
I'm so sorry I didn't realise I had a post to reply to.
Still pretty distant. :P
If it wouldn't have seemed OOC, he'd probably have warned her off trying that again. xD
And let's not get into the fact that Fairies are from Gaia and thus generally opposed to humanity, let alone Servants.
Sir Lancelot

There was something going on in the background, but even with confusion etched onto his face, Lancelot reacted instinctively to the sword--Arondight's gleaming length materialising in his hand and shining with a faint radiance even as it did so. Or possibly it was merely reflecting the light of the shop in an unusual manner. He didn't attack though, eyes widening some more whilst looking at Clarent.

"M-Mordred!? How can..." the other Saber started, before thought took over. He knew the story as well as anybody else, how Mordred had tried to be acknowledged as the king's son but been rejected, the rebellion following on from that. Of the many knights, he was one of the few that knew the secret of Artoria's sex, and the idea that the King could have had a son was one that raised confusion. But now with Mordred before him, and knowing Morgan as a witch... "... of course. There can be no other explanation. You look exactly like her."

The sword lowered further, resting easily on the floor. "You, me, Gawain, and the king... I wonder how many more will be summoned."

Gilgamesh

His inkling had been right after all--it was that boy. A man, now, no doubt vastly more experienced than that day--or even the time of the last Grail War. Was that loyalty still left untarnished by the politics of magecraft and daily life? Was nearly three decades enough to forget the final command? Or would the magus use this chance to play the good subject and summon his king?

"Interesting..." Gilgamesh stated, rising out of the chair and placing the glass aside, "I shall be attending this meeting."

Without waiting for the reply, he walked through the door ahead of Hinami. Perhaps he knew the exact place to go, or perhaps not--his Master would know better than to dawdle, and if Gilgamesh was uncertain, discerning his Master's destination would hardly be difficult.
