"What? No, you misunderstand. You see, we didn't create this multiverse, it already existed before we discovered it. For awhile now perpetrators from across dimensions have been brought to Cinix with this technology. We've only recently duplicated it for the purpose of sharing our discovery with individuals such as yourself in hopes of forming an inter-dimensional alliance, of sorts. I do apologize if that wasn't clear before."
Scarlet then tapped R on the shoulder after he had finished his explanation to Meta Knight. "We have an issue, they all tell me that their emblems were destroyed when they were teleported here."
R raised an eyebrow in confusion. "How is that possible? I literally found them by their emblems using my locator!"
"Well, that's strange, and quite intriguing. Could we consider that even without them, there was something that-"
The agent then leaned in and interjected in a hushed tone. "Okay, how about we theorize later? Can you help them anyway? I'd really prefer us not to have a viking invasion on our hands."
"Their people don't have access to the city unless we grant it to them, Agent," the scientist whispered back as if it was obvious.
R let out a sigh, remembering that he had said something along those lines himself earlier at the lounge. "Right, sorry. They're just, really convincing, alright?"
"The emblems were meant to serve as pathways between their worlds and ours," Scarlet continued as she moved over to a computer system and began typing. "Without them, I'll just have to attempt locating these dimensions again. So, I'm looking for?"
"Eternia, I believe, and... Midgar."
"Very well, give me a moment..."

Agent M let out a laugh. "Hear that J? Denial."
J rolled here eyes at M before turning to Link. "I appreciate the suggestion, but the people here, they joke, and they speculate. That's all there is."
At least, that was all there was currently. Even if there was something there, now was hardly the time to be pondering over how she and R really felt about each other. There were more significant issues at hand that had grabbed her attention, like how she had been able to see Link's emblem on her locator earlier without it being intact, and introducing the trio to the rest of the group.
"Rampaging monsters are sin problema, my lady! Where I come from, any living thing can turn into one at any time," Rex responded to J smugly, before turning to Zack. "Those are what we call EVOs, since you were asking earlier. Technically, I'm an EVO too, but I just have control over my nanites."
At Link's retort to Zack's friendship invitation J let out a nervous chuckle before speaking again. "Now, let's all be nice, alright? I just want to say a big 'thank you' to all of you for your enthusiasm in wanting to help us."
"If you'll just come with me, I can take you to meet your, uh... friend?" She first said to Zack before addressing Link. "And introduce you to someone who could probably sort out your emblem situation."
She then turned back to the agent in the towel as she left with the group. "I'll see you around M, and don't forget to get dressed!"

Lena let out an involuntary gasp when the hooded figure turned in her direction and spoke. How did she know she was there? Was this teenage girl a Seijin as well? Though, it was a rather unusual power for a Seijin to have. Lena then considered the possibility of this being a trick of the Sphere, but if so, this girl somehow already knew that she was there, and she was quite confident in her own abilities now that she was under the Sun, should she need to defend herself at any point. Lena stepped out from her hiding place and approached the cloaked girl, who had pulled her hood back to reveal her face. She did not look like anyone she had seen before.
"Raven?" She repeated. "Well, it's nice to meet you. I'm Lena."
She had been contemplating on what to say or do next, when a disturbing sound then tore through the silence of the currently-empty street and agitated the both of them. Lena had no idea where she was, but she had the feeling that something bad was about to happen to this place. She gestured to the manhole she had gone through to investigate.
"Something is going on down there, and it doesn't look good. I've been down there, and what I saw was nothing I had ever seen. Someone is working on something I fear may affect the entire block."
Remembering that the strange object in her pocket was the last thing she had touched before she had ended up in this place, she took it out and showed it to 'Raven'.
"I believe this is the symbol of a well-established group on this block. I think it's a good idea to go back and tell them what I saw."

"Woah! Hey, easy there!" J blurted out in response to Link's 'invitation'. "And for the last time, he is not my b- Ugh, I'm going to freaking murder you, M!"
That was when Rex decided to speak up. "So this is a parallel universe, right? Awesome! Is Ben here too?"
J cocked her head at the Hispanic teen. "I'm sorry, who?"
"A kid in a green jacket, has this cool watch that turns him into all sorts of aliens?"
"I uh, don't think so..."
"Aww, I was hoping we could meet up again."
"We'll... consider him if we find him," J told him as she nodded, before proceeding to answer Zack's question. "Oh, there most definitely are others. My partner is currently addressing them in some other part of the HQ, hopefully. In fact, I believe there's someone here you might know."
She thought back to the other sword-wielding spellcaster they had found as she said this, wondering how things were going back at the lab. The current group she was with seemed a little loopy, but she was glad that she was having a somewhat easy time with them. The two males were enthusiastic, and the elf girl, though arguably crossing the line with her flirting, still looked glad to be here. She could only hope that R was doing alright on his side.
"Well, we still have a few more things to sort out, so do have a look around in the meantime. Apart from the occasional hordes of rampaging monsters wreaking havoc out on the streets, Cinix City is a great place, I promise. There's a ton of stuff to do. Just one more thing, if you need us for anything, just do what you did with your emblems the first time, and it'll take you right back to our base. Are there any more questions as of now?"

R slapped his forehead at the vikings' words. "Argh, right! I'm sorry, way to much going on at the moment. Can you help them, Doc?"
Scarlet blinked a couple of times. "Wait, you promised them what?"
The agent leaned in closer and muttered to her, somewhat panicking again. "You... can do that, can you?"
"Yeah, sure..." she responded, rather hesitantly, before turning to Cloud and the viking couple. "Could I have your emblems for awhile? I'll see how I can help you, and yes, the agency totally screwed this one up, good point."
"Remind me, who's idea was this again?"
"The mayor, I believe. J agrees this is all his fault, you should to."
"Noted," replied R, before addressing the armored ball who had asked him a question. "Well technically, that was what brought you here."
He pointed to the emblem on Meta Knight's mask. "It's something we leave for promising individuals from worlds we have access to. Let me explain, you are currently in a different dimension. Upon discovering a way to cross over to different worlds, we developed this system to seek allies and enable people from across dimensions to communicate. Well, the system is still in development, apparently, but there is another reason why we've decided to do this. You see, any accessible world from Cinix City is possibly under threat, and that clearly includes yours."
